청각적 생체 되먹임 훈련과 공차기 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 체중지지율에 미치는 영향

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was of scale using auditory biofeedback training and kinging training on walking speed and weight bearing ratio in patients hemiplegia with stroke to determine of the effects of such training would be maintained even after stopping the intervention. METHODS: The 30 subject were classified into three groups : 12 times, 3 times a week receiving the control, the experimental group scale using auditory and kicking training for 4 weeks. In addition, all subjects in the control group and experimental groups received the same general exercise treatment 12 times, 3 times a week for 4 weeks, and underwent follow-up tests. The significance of differences between the control group and the experimental groups was analysis by repeated-ANOVA, Interaction time and groups was analysis by repeated-ANOVA. In case where there were differences, post-hot tests were conducted using repeated measure ANOVA. RESULTS: There were significant differences in 10 m walking speed and weight bearing ratio between the control group and experimental group after the performance of the scale using auditory training and kicking training. Scale using auditory biofeedback training 4 weeks was more effective than kicking training. After 8 weeks weight bearing ratio maintained on scale using auditory training. CONCLUSION: These finding suggest that the scale using auditory biofeedback training and kicking training has positive effects on hemiplegia with stroke.
건강한 여성에서 체간 안정화와 체간 근육 대칭과의 상관관계

본 연구의 목적은 건강한 여성에서 체간 안정화와 체간 근육의 좌우 대칭과의 상관관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 2014년 2월 전남 순천에 소재하는 S병원에서 근무하고 있는 병원 직원 13명과 그곳에서 실습 중인 실습생 3명을 대상으로 컴퓨터 단층 촬영(CT)을 통해 복부 근육의 근밀도와 근두께 그리고 체간 안정화 팔 굽혀 펴기 검사를 통해서 체간의 안정성에 대한 값을 얻었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 통계 분석 프로그램을 통한 상관관계 분석 결과 체간의 안정화와 배속빗근의 좌우 두께의 대칭과 상관관계가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 체간의 안정화와 뭇갈래근의 좌우 밀도의 대칭과 상관관계가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 정상인의 경우 체간 안정화가 높을 수록 체간의 깊은 근육의 좌우 두께와 밀도가 대칭적이라는 사실을 알 수 있었다. This study aims is to check a correlation between trunk stability and symmetry of the trunk muscles in healthy females. In Feb., 2014, we had thickness and density of the trunk muscles through Computed Tomography for 13 staffs and 3 practicing students working at "S" hospital located in Sun-Cheon, Jeonnam, and had a result on trunk stability through trunk stability push up test. As a result of analyzing the results through statistics analysis program, We have come to know that there is a correlation between trunk stability and the symmetry of the thickness of internal oblique muscle. Also, We have come to know that there is a correlation between trunk stability and the symmetry of the density of multifidus msucle. To conclude, when We have checked that in the case of normal person, We know that the higher the stability is, the higher the symmetry.
Cumberland 발목 불안정성 도구에 의한 안정성과 불안정성 발목의 균형 비교

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the comparison of balance on Stable Ankle(SA), Instability Ankle(IA) using Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool(CAIT). METHODS: Total 54(SA: 27, IA: 27) subjects were volunteered to participate in the study. SA can be defined CAIT score ≥ 28, with no history of injury to ankle. IA can be defined persisting symptoms of giving way and ≤ 24 on the CAIT after ankle sprain. the balance measured using Biodex Balance System®(BBS). BBS instability protocols used static, dynamic balance level less stable(2), moderate stable(4) and level more stable(8). RESULTS: There were significant differences at overall,Anterior-Posterior(AP), Medial-Lateral(ML) of static balance, dynamic balance level 2, 4. The dynamic balance level 8 found significant difference at ML, but not found significant differences at overall, AP. CONCLUSION: We suggest that CAIT is acquired more exact information for IA intervention, as balance measured.
Emotion Architecture 적용 사례 분석에 관한 연구

Emotion을 이용한 컴퓨터 인공 지능, 그래픽, 로봇, 상호 작용 등 다양한 분야에 나타나고 있다. 이에 각 분야에 적용되어진 이론적 배경과, 적용의 특징, 기술 등을 본 글에서 다루고자 한다. 먼저 이론적 접근 방식에 있어서는 심리학적 접근과, 사람의 감정 연구, Behavior-Based 접근, 생물 행동적 접근, 등이 있으며 이를 구현하기 위한 기술로는 학습 알고리즘, Neural Network의 Self-Organizing Maps, Fuzzy Cognition Maps 등이 있다. 적용 분야로는 Software Agent, Agent Robot과 Entrainment Robot 등이 있다. 본 글에서는 이들의 적용 사례들을 살펴보고 Emotion Architecture에 대해서 분석하고자 한다. Emotion Technology is used in many field such as computer A.I., graphics, robot, and interaction with agent. We focus on the theory, the technology and the features in emotion application. Firstly in the field of theory, there are psychological approach, behavior-based approach, action-selection approach. Secondly in the field of implementation technologies use the learning algorithm, self-organizing map of neural network and fuzzy cognition maps. Thirdly in the field of application, there are software agent, agent robot and entrainment robot. In this paper, we research the case of application and analyze emotion architecture.
