In view of the labor-intensive characteristics of the construction industry and the persistent negative image, the problems of continuous aging and manpower shortage in the domestic construction industry are becoming more and more serious, which must be solved for the survival of the domestic construction industry. China has made certain achievements in prefabricated buildings. Through this research, we describe the development process of China’s prefabricated buildings in different stages, and analyze the necessary policy promotion and standard support in the development of prefabricated buildings. Analyze and examine the necessary conditions for China’s prefabricated building achievements and success factors, and make better proposals for the development of the construction industry in South Korea.

In this study, diamond films were synthesized by using a microwave plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). H2 and CH4 gases were used on a Si wafer after pretreatment with a DC bias instead of the conventional scratch method. The synthesis of microcrystalline diamond films (MDC) was carried out in two steps. In the first step, diamond nuclei were created using a DC bias. In the second step, the DC bias was discontinued while an experiment for growing the nuclei created in the first step was performed. The synthesis of nanocrystalline diamond (NCD)films was carried out in a one-step process. The thickness and the surface of the synthesized film were measured using field-emission scanning electron microscopy. The diamond film’s structure was analyzed using Raman and X-ray diffraction. Furthermore, the change in the refractive index of the film was measured with an ellipsometer.
FTS 장치로 증착되 ITO / PET 박막의 표면 거칠기 특성

FTS(Facing Target Sputtering) 장치를 이용하여 polyethylene terephthalate (PET) 필름 위에 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) 박막을 성장시키고 이들의 광학적, 구조적 특성을 조사하였다. 막 두께는 150 nm로 고정하였고, 인가전력과 산소 가스 유량비를 변수로 박막을 합성 하였다. 그 결과 80 % 이상의 광투과율과 Rms 26.8 nm 값을 갖는 ITO / PET 박막을 합성하였다.
