FTS 장치로 증착되 ITO / PET 박막의 표면 거칠기 특성

FTS(Facing Target Sputtering) 장치를 이용하여 polyethylene terephthalate (PET) 필름 위에 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) 박막을 성장시키고 이들의 광학적, 구조적 특성을 조사하였다. 막 두께는 150 nm로 고정하였고, 인가전력과 산소 가스 유량비를 변수로 박막을 합성 하였다. 그 결과 80 % 이상의 광투과율과 Rms 26.8 nm 값을 갖는 ITO / PET 박막을 합성하였다.
Properties of Diamond Films with Various Thicknesses Synthesized by Using the Microwave PECVD Method

In this study, a diamond films were pretreated using the direct current (DC) bias method instead of the existing scratch method and were synthesized using the microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method by applying H<sub>2</sub> and CH<sub>4</sub> gases to the Si wafers. The diamond films were synthesized in two steps. First, a DC-bias was applied for diamond nucleation. Second, the DC-bias was removed, and the nucleus that had been created in the first step grew. To examine the film thickness as a function of the synthesis time of the growth phase and to analyze its characteristics for various thicknesses, we performed experiments under conditions identical to those in the DC-bias nucleation stage. Synthesis times of 20, 40, 60, or 120 min were used to examine the characteristics of the diamond films with respect to the synthesized film뭩 thickness. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) was used to identify the thickness, while Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to analyze the diamond film structure. The change in the film뭩 refractive index was measured using an ellipsometer.

In this study, diamond films were synthesized by using a microwave plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). H2 and CH4 gases were used on a Si wafer after pretreatment with a DC bias instead of the conventional scratch method. The synthesis of microcrystalline diamond films (MDC) was carried out in two steps. In the first step, diamond nuclei were created using a DC bias. In the second step, the DC bias was discontinued while an experiment for growing the nuclei created in the first step was performed. The synthesis of nanocrystalline diamond (NCD)films was carried out in a one-step process. The thickness and the surface of the synthesized film were measured using field-emission scanning electron microscopy. The diamond film’s structure was analyzed using Raman and X-ray diffraction. Furthermore, the change in the refractive index of the film was measured with an ellipsometer.
범죄드라마 시청이 시청자의 현실 인식에 미치는 영향 연구

The purpose of this study is to conform the effect of the viewing of crime drama on the viewer’s awareness of the violent reality. This study investigated the relationship among viewing motive, viewing attentiveness and cultivation effect on watching crime drama. Through online survey, 448 data were collected and analyzed. The results showed that the stronger the motives such as amusement, information, and escape for watching crime drama were, the more viewers watched with concentration. However, escape motive was opposite. The viewing attentiveness of crime drama influenced reality of awareness of magic window and usefulness dimensions, It means that viewers watching crime drama with concentration believed that there was actual reality in crime drama. And also they thought there were lessons to apply in real life. Furthermore the three dimensions(magic window, identity, usefulness) of reality awareness influenced cultivation effect. So that viewers who believed there was actual reality in crime drama (magic window) felt that the character in crime drama was realistic (identity), or thought the lesson in crime drama was helpful for real life were much afraid of crime and showed a low credibility on the society.

본 연구는 서울문화재단에서 처음으로 시도된 국내 서커스 교육 사례를 통해 참여자들의 생생한 현장 이야기로 국내 서커스 교육 방향을 탐색하고자 한다. 서커스 전문가 양성 프로그램의 참여자들은 국내와 해외교육과정을 통해 어떠한 경험을 했으며, 그 경험을 통해 국내 서커스 교육의 지향점은 무엇인지 알아보고자 국내와 해외 과정을 모두 수료한 3명의 참여자들을 대상으로 면담을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 참여자들은 ‘점핑업‘이라는 주제를 가지고 진행된 프로그램을 통해 먼저 국내 프로그램에서 점핑업을 위한 목표설정을 하였고 움직임의 영역을 확장시킬 수 있었다. 참여자들은 해외 프로그램을 통해서 서커스 세상에서 맞볼 수 있는 최상의 경험을 하였고 다시 가고 싶은 갈망을 나타냈다. 이 프로그램이 많은 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음에도 불구하고, 현재 참가자들의 고민은 연습할 수 있는 시설과 공간의 부재와 다음 단계로 연계될 수 있는 프로그램이나 시스템이 구축되어있지 않아 이제까지 배운 것을 어떻게 이어갈지에 대한 것이었다. 이 부분에 대한 대책마련이 필요하며 향후 국내 서커스가 계속 발전해나가기 위해서는 참여자들의 의견은 서울문화재단에서 지속성을 가지고 서커스 교육을 이어나가길 바라며 국가기관 및 교육단체들이 많이 활성화되어 서커스 전문교육시스템이 잘 구축되기를 바란다. This research is to explore the direction of circus education in Korea by the case study of Circus Professional Training Program, which was held by Seoul Foundation Arts and Culture for the first time in Korea. The study was conducted via interviews of three participants who completed Circus Professional Training Program to comprehend their experiences of participating the programs in Korea and France. Result of this study revealed that the participants were able to set their goals to jump up, and expand their movements through the program that was held in Korea. Experiencing the great cirus world in France, they showed eagerness to go back and get more training. Despite of these positive effects, they have faced a difficulty how to continue their leaning and goals for the circus in the absence of circus facilities and places to practice. The system that they can take the next step is not ready yet, either. There should be some solutions to these problems. In order to develop the circus education, they hoped that Seoul Foundation Arts and Culture continues circus education with consistency. In addition to that, many national and circus educational organizations should be activated to establish the circus professional educational system.

This paper deals with the dynamic characteristic analysis & the intervals selection for constant speed control of primary stacks in the moving (aluminum plate) type 3D conveyer system using Linear Induction Motor. The dynamic characteristic analysis method of the vector controlled LIM using coupled FEM and control algorithm taking into account the movement is proposed. The focus of this paper is the analysis relative to selecting primary stack intervals in order to constant speed control in horizon and vertical driving conditions of 3D conveyer system using LIM.
