민감도 향상과 센서 소형화를 위한 자기 및 용량형 안압센서의 개발

We had presented an inductive type intraocular pressure sensor (L-sensor) in previous work. The distance between a micro coil and a ferrite on the membrane was modulated by pressure, and as a result the inductance and resonant frequency were changed. However, L-sensor has some problems to implant in eyes. First problem is low sensitivity. When L-sensor was implanted in rabbit’ eyes, resonant frequency of L-sensor was very hard to detect. Second problem is biocompatibility. Size of L-sensor is 6×7×1.2mm. When L-sensor was implanted in the eyes, it caused the inflammation. Therefore, this study suggests an inductive and capacitive type IOP sensor (LCsensor). The sensitivity of the LC-sensor 27.3 kHz/mmHg under 60mmHg. It is much larger than 14 kHz/mmHg of the L-sensor. And the size of LC-sensor is 47% smaller than L-sensor. After 2 weeks from the implantation of LC-sensor into rabbit eyes, we measured the changes of resonant frequency of LC-sensor according to increased IOP by Balanced Salt Solution (BSS) injection. As a result, the sensitivity of LC-sensor in in vivo test is 25 kHz/mmHg. That is similar to the sensitivity of in vitro test.
평판과 Turbo-B 표면에서 물의 유동 속도에 따른 풀 비등 임계 열유속 향상에 관한 실험 연구

In this study, pool boing critical heat fluxes (CHFs) are measured on a smooth square flat copper heater of 9.53 × 9.53 mm at 60℃ in a pool by pure water. For flat heater experiments, a smooth flat surface and Turbo-B are used to see the change in CHFs according to the surface characteristics. Test results with Turbo-B show that CHFs of enhanced surfaces is greatly improved, as compared to that of a plain surface as various fluid velocities, 0.00, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20 m/s, in pure water. The CHFs of tested Turbo-B is increased over 78% up to 103% as fluid velocities at 0.10, 0.25, 0.20 m/s as compared to that of stoped water. Judging from these results, it can be said that Turbo-B with the variation of flow velocity of water can be used in high heat flux.
Design of a Robot Simuladtor for Development Robot and its Controller

This paper describes a robot simulator which enables a user to model a robot geometrically, and to evaluate performances of various robot control algorithms as well as to obtain physical understanding of robot and acruator dynamics. To achieve these goals, the kinematics and dynamics of a robot and interactive 3-D computer graphics which visulaize the motion of the robot were studied. The developed robot simulator consists of two parts:a dynamic simulator and a graphic simulator. To evaluate the robot simulator PUMA-560, Stanford arm, and RHINO robot were considered and a DG MV/10000 super mini-computer and an IBM-PC/XT personal computer were used.

Nucleate pool boiling heat transfer coefficients(HTCs) were measured with HFC32/HFC152a mixture. All data were taken at the liquid pool temperature of 7℃ on a various horizontal surface with heat fluxes of 10 ㎾/㎡ to 100 ㎾/㎡ with an interval of 10 ㎾/㎡ in the increasing order of heat flux. A smooth flat surface and Turbo-B surfaces are used to examine the effect of composition on pool boiling heat transfer coefficients (HTCs). HTCs are measured on a smooth square heater of 9.53 ㎜ × 9.53 ㎜ in a pool of the HFC32/HFC152a mixture. Test results on a smooth flat surface and Turbo-B surfaces showed a reduction of HTCs as much as 45%, 36%, 58% and 57% at 100 ㎾/㎡ from the ideal values on each surface. The reduction of Turbo-B surface in heat transfer were greater than a smooth flat surface.

In this work, nucleate pool boiling heat transfer coefficients(HTCs) of 5 refrigerants of different vapor pressure are measured on horizontal Thermoexcel-E square surface of 9.53 mm length. Tested refrigerants are R32, R22, R134a, R152a and R245fa. HTCs are taken from 10 kW/m² to critical heat fluxes for all refrigerant at 7℃. Wall and fluid temperatures are measured directly by thermocouples located underneath the test surface and in the liquid pool. Test results show that critical heat fluxes(CHFs) of Thermoexcel-E enhanced surface are greatly improved as compared to that of a plain surface in all tested refrigerants. CHFs of all refrigerants on the Thermoexcel-E surface are increased up to 100% as compared to that of the plain surface. The improvement of Thermoexcel-E surface in CHF, however, is lower than that of the low fin surface. HTCs on Thermoexcel-E surface increase with heat flux. But after certain heat flux, HTCs began to decrease due to the difficulty in bubble removal caused by the inherent complex nature of this surface. Therefore, at heat fluxes close to the critical one, sudden decrease in HTCs needs to be considered in thermal design with Thermoexcel-E surface.
지속가능보고서를 통한 자발적 비재무정보공시가 자기자본비용에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 지속가능보고서의 발간이 기업의 자기자본비용을 낮추는지 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 나아가 CSR성과와 지속가능보고서의 인증여부가 지속가능보고서와 자기자본비용간의 관련성을 심화시키는지 분석하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 자기자본비용이 높은 기업 에서 지속가능보고서를 발간하는 것은 아니며, 단순히 지속가능보고서를 최초발간 하였다고 해서 자기자본비용이 낮아지지는 않았다. 하지만 전문인증기관으로부터 인증을 받은 지속가능보고서를 최초발간 하였을 경우 자기자본비용이 낮아졌으며, CSR성과중 환경(E), 기업지배구조(G)성과가 높은 기업이 지속가능보고서를 발행하는 경우 자기자본비용이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 이와 같은 점에서 국내에서 최초의 연구이며 기업이 자기자본비용을 절감하기 위하여 지속가능보고서를 발행하는지, 기업이 지속가능보고서를 발행함으로써 자기자본비용을 낮추는 가라는 실증적인 의문에 대한 우리나라 기업의 증거를 제시한 점이다. 또한, 본 연구는 국내 기업 들에게 CSR보고에 대한 새로운 시각을 제공하고, CSR을 기업전략의 중요한 일부로 인식하게 하는 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of voluntary non-financial information disclosure through sustainability report upon cost of equity capital. This study was carried out with the focus on whether the sustainability report lowers cost of equity capital. Moreover, it examined whether the performance in CSR and the credibility level in sustainability report deepen this much more. Synthesizing the outcome of empirical analysis, it is not that a company with high cost of equity capital issues sustainability report. Still, the cost of equity capital wasn t lowered merely by having issued sustainability report first. However, the cost of equity capital dropped given first having issued sustainability report, which was certified by the specialized certificate authority. The cost of equity capital was indicated to lower when a company with high social performance out of CSR performance issues sustainability report. This study is a research of being attempted first at home. Its significance can be found in that the evidence of companies in our country was presented about empirical question as saying whether a company issues sustainability report for reducing cost of equity capital, or cost of equity capital lowers by which a company issues sustainability report.
