The Korean society, which faces a new issue of foreign labores, is actively conducing safety consciousness of foreign labors. Foreign labors of domestic industry reached about 360,000 recently. it has become the essential resources to fill up insufficient labor in construction industry. Although most foreign labors participate in safety education well and understand its object, some foreign labors have negative recognition of it. Some foreign labors well comprehend the importance of safety facilities but think those unnecessary. Based on these results, this research pointed out the need to review training manuals, the development of educational programs, improvement of educational facilities to improve safety education of construction, and finally to discussed these issues.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the financial crisis of Korean construction companies and macroeconomic fluctuations. In this study, current ratio used an acting variable for liquidity ratio, and debt ratio for leverage ratio. GNI, L, exchange rate, interest, and CPI were used for the macroeconomic variables. VECM consisted of Model 1 and Model 2 to analyze the relationship between current ratio and macroeconomic variables, and between debt ratio and macroeconomic variables, in order to analyze each model through variance decomposition and impulse response function. This study is a useful research to analyze the dynamic relationship between the financial crisis of construction companies and macroeconomic fluctuations. The financial ratios of construction companies are directly used for analysis, making this a more practical analysis than studying the relationship between macroeconomic fluctuations and the comprehensive indexes of construction business. The collected data are limited, as the time series data of current ratio and debt ratio were secured based on the financial statements of the most capable 50 constructions companies in Korea. If the sample companies were divided in future research according to scale, in order to analyze the relation between financial crisis and macroeconomic fluctuation by company scale, a more developed result could be obtained.

Because the latest housing construction business shows a downward trend, It is difficult to operating construction company. It means that the change of housing construction business has influence on the stability of construction company because housing construction is forming an great part of the domestic construction. Therefore this paper attempts to analyze on the relation between the stability fluctuation of construction company and the change of housing construction business by using Vector Auto Regression Model. The collected data is limited, as the time series data of current ratio and debt ratio was secured based on the financial statements of the most capable 50 constructions firms in Korea. The result shows that housing construction business have an more effect on the stability of construction company than non-residential and civil construction business.

Recently, the large-scale apartment buildings such as high-rise residential buildings are actively constructed. And these buildings are located on the main place. Therefore these buildings are cognized as the representative building in each local, because of the relative difference of scale and the location. These cognition factors can cause demand of the apartment buildings. Finally the concentration of purchasing demand causes rising of price of apartment building to have high cognition. The purpose of this paper is to estimate the value of cognition factors within an apartment housing.

Investment target such as a stock market may have influence on housing demand and housing price as it works as a motive for asset investment. A stock market and real estate market forms a relationship of either asset synchronization or asset replacement depending on a given circumstance. The amount of working capital may shift due to investment rate of return; or the two indicators may move in the same direction in response to overall market situation. In real estate market, investment demand may vary in different regions. Thus, a stock market and a local real estate market might show various and dynamic relationships. In this study, the dynamic relationship between stock index and local real estate value is examined using VECM(Vector Error Correction Model). For this purpose, stock index was analyzed to measure condition of a stock market. For indicator of local real estate market, the housing sales price index in Gangnam and Gangbuk area in Seoul was used. Concerning time-series analysis of each variable, monthly data from the National Statistical Office and Kookmin Bank was used. The analysis result demonstrated that the real estate value showed varying correlation with stock price in Gangnam and Gangbuk area.

매체순환연소 기술은 연소 중 CO2 포집기술로, 순환유동층 공정이 사용된다. 반응기는 크게 공기반응기와 연료반응기로 구성되며, 금속산화물 입자는 두 반응기를 순환하면서 공기반응기의 공기 중 O2를 흡수하여 연료반응기에 이를 전달한다. 전달된 O2는 연료반응기에서 CH4와 반응하여 CO2와 H2O가 생성되고, H2O를 응축시키면 고농도의 CO2가 포집된다. 이러한 공정의 성능을 예측하기 위해서는 공정의 수력학 특성 파악이 요구된다. 한편, 두 반응기 사이의 기체혼합을 방지하기 위해 연료반응기 상부와 하부에 루프실이 설치되어 있다. 원활한 고체 순환을 위해 루프실에 높은 유량의 유동화기체가 요구되며, 높은 순도의 CO2를 포집하기 위해서는 이러한 유동화기체가 양 반응기 중 어디로 배출되는지에 대한 측정이 필요하다. 본 연구는 매체순환연소를 위한 순환유동층 공정에서 수력학 특성과 기체 흐름을 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. Cold mode 장치를 이용하여 실험하였다. 수력학 특성을 조사하기 위해 상, 하부 루프실에 주입되는 기체 유량을 변화시키며 고체 순환 속도와 순환유동층 위치별 압력강하를 측정하였다. 기체 흐름을 조사하기 위해 상, 하부 루프실에 CO2를 주입하였고, 연료반응기 기체 배출구에서 기체 유량과 CO2 농도를 측정하여 루프실에 주입되는 CO2 중 연료반응기로 흐르는 CO2 유량 비를 측정하였다. 고체순환속도가 증가하면 공기반응기에서의 층 압력강하는 증가하였고, 연료반응기와 하부 루프실의 recycle chamber에서의 층 압력강하는 감소하였다. 한편, 기체 흐름은 상부 루프실에서는 66~77%의 기체가 연료반응기로 배출되었고, 하부 루프실에서는 4~6%의 기체가 배출되었다. 이는 상부루프실의 경우 고체유입구와 고체배출구에 존재하는 고체층 높이의 차이가 크지 않아 차압이 크지 않은 반면, 하부루프실의 경우 고체유입구에 존재하는 고체층의 높이가 고체배출구에 존재하는 고체층에 비해 높으므로 차압이 커서 주로 고체 배출구 방향으로 기체가 배출되는 것으로 사료되었다.

Relatively high indoor CO<sub>2</sub> concentration (>1,000 ppm) has a negative impact on human health. In this work, indoor CO<sub>2</sub> adsorbent was developed by impregnating KOH or K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> on commercial activated carbon, named as KOH/AC and K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>/AC. Commercial activated carbon (AC) showed relatively high BET surface area (929 m<sup>2</sup>/g) whereas KOH/AC and K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>/AC presented lower BET surface area of 13.6 m<sup>2</sup>/g and 289 m<sup>2</sup>/g. Two experimental methods of TGA (2,000 ppmCO<sub>2</sub>, weight basis) and chamber test (initial concentration: 2,000 ppmCO<sub>2</sub>, CO<sub>2</sub> IR analyzer) were used to investigate the adsorption capacity. KOH/AC and K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>/AC exhibited similar adsorption capacities (145~150 mg<sub>CO2</sub>/g), higher than K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>/Al+Si supports adsorbent (84.1 mg<sub>CO2</sub>/g<sub>sample</sub>). Similarly, chamber test also showed similar trend. Both KOH/AC and K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>/AC represented higher adsorption capacities (KOH/AC: 93.5 mg<sub>CO2</sub>/g K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>/AC: 94.5 mg<sub>CO2</sub>/g<sub>sample</sub>) K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>/Al+Si supports. This is due to the KOH or K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> impregnation increased alkaline active sites (chemical adsorption), which is beneficial for CO<sub>2</sub> adsorption. In addition, the regeneration test results showed both K-based adsorbents pose a good regeneration and reusability. Finally, the current study suggested that both KOH/AC and K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>/AC have a great potential to be used as CO<sub>2</sub> adsorbent for indoor CO<sub>2</sub> adsorption.
