고성능 컴퓨터의 고신뢰도 보장을 위한 이중 ( Duplex ) 시스템의 작업 시퀀싱 / 스케쥴링 기법 연구

A duplex system enhances reliability by tolerating faults through spatial redundancy. Faults can be detected by duplicating identical tasks in pairs of modules. However, this kind of systems cannot even detect the fault if it occurs coincidently due to either malfunctions of common component such as power supply and clock or due to such environmental disruption as EMI. In the paper, we propose a method to reduce those effects of coincident faults in the duplex controller computer. Specifically, a duplex system tolerates coincident faults by using a sophistication sequencing of scheduling technique with certain timing redundancy. In particular when all tasks should be completed in the sense of real-time, the suggested scheduling method works properly to minimize the probability of faulty tasks due to coincident fault without missing the timing constraints.

신용평가모형의 판별력에 대한 검정방법으로 콜모고로프-스미르노프, 평균차이, AUROC, AR등과 같은 통계량이 널리 사용되고 있다. 이러한 통계량들의 판단기준은 정규분포 가정 하에서 평균차이를 기준으로 설정되었다. 본 연구에서는 모의 실험을 통해서 표본크기, 불량률 그리고 제II종 오류율을 고려하는 대안적인 판단기준을 제 안하고 현재 적용되고 있는 판단기준과 비교해본다. 또한 판별력 정도에 따른 각 통계량들의 의미를 10단계로 정의하고 모의 실험 결과와 현재 적용되고 있는 판단기준을 비교해 본다. This paper presents Kolmogorov-Smirnov, mean difference, AUROC and AR, four well known statistics that have been widely used for evaluating the discriminatory power of credit rating models. Criteria for these statistics are determined by the value of mean difference under the assumption of normality and equal standard deviation. Alternative criteria are proposed through the simulations according to various sample sizes, type II error rates, and the ratio of bads, also we suggest the meaning of statistic on the basis of discriminatory power. Finally we make a comparative study of the currently used guidelines and simulated results.
데이터 마이닝 기법을 이용한 특별고압 파급고장 발생가능 고객 예측모델 구축 및 신뢰도 향상방안에 관한 연구

Distribution line fault has been reduced gradually by the efforts on improving the quality of electrical materials and distribution system maintenance. However faults caused by medium voltage customers have been increased gradually even though we have done many efforts. The problem is that we don't know which customer will cause the fault. This paper presents the concept to find these customers using data mining techniques, which is based on accumulated fault records of medium voltage customers in the past. It also suggests the prediction model construction of medium voltage customers causing distribution line fault and methods to enhance the reliability of distribution system. We expect that we can effectively reduce faults resulted from medium voltage customers, which is 30% of total faults

Faults caused by medium-voltage customers have been increased and enlarged their portion in total distribution faults even though we have done many efforts. In the previous paper, we suggested the fault prediction model and fault prevention method for these distribution line faults. However we can't directly apply this prediction model in the field. Because we don't have an useful program to predict those customers causing distribution line faults. This paper presents the construction method of data warehouse in ERP system and the program to find customers who cause distribution line faults in medium-voltage customer's electric facility management applying data mining techniques. We expect that this data warehouse and prediction program can effectively reduce faults resulted from medium-voltage customer facility.

우리는 지난 1997년말 외환위기로부터 IMF 구제금융이라는 국가적 난관에 봉착했었다. 이는 수출입물량이 3000억달러에 달하는 우리경제에 외환수급이 얼마나 중요한 영향을 미치는가를 보여주고 있다. IMF 구제금융 이후 우리나라의 환율정책은 일일환율변동폭의 제한을 폐지하고, 정부의 외환시장개입없이 시장원리에만 의존하는 자유변동환율제로 전환하였다. 최근 들어 원화가치는 성공적인 외환위기극복에 힘입어 급등하고 있는데 긍정적인 면도 있으나 회생하고 있는 수출여건에 큰 타격을 줄 수도 있다는 부정적인 측면도 있어 철저한 환율관리가 요구된다. Analysis of complex sample survey data frequently use quadratic-form test statistics. Application include comparision of subpopulation means or proportions, simultaneous confidence bounds for a parameter vector, or goodness-of-fit chi-squared tests. One approach is to base the quadratic-form statistics on the inverse of an associated design-based covariance matrix estimator. This Wald-type approach works well for many applications, but in some cases, it can involve an unstable covariance matrix estimator closely related to first-order Rao-Scott adjustment. This paper develops diagnostics to compare the relative stability of the Wald and first-order Rao-Scott statistics based on the eigenvalues of an misspecification effect matrix.
