해상크레인용 윈치 제어시스템 HILS 구축을 위한 윈치 시스템 모델 개발

The floating crane is used to lift the heavyweight on the ocean. The floating crane has a winch system for lifting the heavyweight and the system is controlled by the winch control system. The heavyweight is lifted safely by control of the winch control system. Before the make the control system and controller, there are many restricted conditions to test and validate at design and development steps. In order to solve the problems, commonly use the HILS (Hardware-In-the-Loop-Simulation). HILS is the method of test and validation for the hardware control system. It can be composed of the control system in hardware with surrounding environments which is a virtual model. In this study, we developed the winch system model for HILS of the 150t winch control system in a floating crane. Through this simulation and winch model, it can be applied to HILS for the winch control system.

This paper shows the characteristics of lyrical novels which are presented by “the swamp〈늪〉” and “the lost people〈잃어 버린 사람들〉”, short novels of Hwang sun-won, through the personalization of characters and descriptive method of the plots. If the lyrical structrue is made to advance by the change of consciousness or psycological progress of character's inner life, these two works show how to make progress in plots. At first stage, “swamp”, the psychological changes of Tae-seop and characters are described with free indirect discourse. However} they are described with mixed discourses or first person at the urgent stage. Through this method, the lyrical structures make progress with not the behaviors and accidents ot characters, but the changes and conflicts of the inner consciousness changes. It is a literal trait for the writer to lead the lyrical structures by omniscient-author point of view or displaying the deep thoughts of characters with the view points of speaker and Tae-seop. This is the proper descriptive method in presenting the hero “Taeseop” as a passive and introspective person. When we consider the thematic development and basic background in “lost people”, It is a good work to present lyricism. This work is consisted of the reversed structures rather than the lyric development of time. Moreover, the retroactive presentation is appeared to recall the past accidents or situation in the fabricated present with the seok-i’s view point and narrator’s one being replaced and combined ingeniously. Previous sentences show or indicate the situation description and case development, and latter sentences do character’s inner shape directly or indirectly. The writer’s intentional strategy aims at the effects of descriptive skills. This does perform effectively to make people’s personalization, to make novel poetic, and to make character's secrecies and variousness appeared. These plot developments are not by the behavior’s size, but the character’s inner consciousness and the unigue descriptive method. And, characters are described as passive and adaptive to a fabricated situation. All these things are writer’s unique view-points in novel through lyrical novel skill.
동적 위험 분석을 위한 사고확률 추정 방법에 관한 연구

Recently, various dynamic risk analysis methods have been suggested for estimating the risk index by predicting the possibility of accidents and damage. It is necessary to maintain and support the safety system for responding to accidents by continuously updating the probability of accidents and the results of accidents, which are quantitative standards of ship risk. In this study, when a LNG leakage that may occur in the LNG Fuel Gas Supply System (FGSS) room during LNG bunkering operation, a reliability physical model was prepared by the change in monitoring data as physical parameters to estimate the accident probability. The scenario in which LNG leakage occur were configured with FT (Fault Tree), and the coefficient of the covariate model and Weibull distribution was estimated based on the monitoring data. The possibility of an LNG leakage, which is the top event of FT, was confirmed by changes in time and monitoring data. A method for estimating the LNG leakage based on the reliability physical analysis is proposed, which supports fast decision-making by identifying the potential LNG leakage at the accident.
기본설계 단계에서의 해상풍력 부유식 하부구조물의 피로성능 분석

2050년 탄소중립 목표달성을 위해 해상풍력발전이 높은 가능성을 가지고 연구되고 있으며, 이를 위해 다양한 형태의 부유식 풍력발전 하부구조물이 개발되었다. 대다수 구조물의 개발 단계는 TRL 4~6단계에 있으며, 실용화 단계에 접어드는 기술 수준을 보이고 있다. 이 과정에서 실증 및 상용화 단계로의 진입을 위해, 여러 가지 필수적인 고려 요소들이 제기되고 있다. 그중에서 해상풍력발전 부유식 하부구조물은 선박 등의 일반적인 부유체와 달리, 상부 구조물에 해당하는 터빈과 타워로부터 끊임없이 상당한 크기의 교번 하중이 작용하기에 피로성능의 확보가 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 부유식 해상풍력발전 플랫폼에서 구조물 고유의 구조형상 및 하중 특성에 따른 피로 손상 분석을 진행하였다.

Shale shaker which is one of the mud circulation systems is composed of a basket, a vibrator and a screen. Its purpose of a shale shaker is to induce drilling fluid to flow through a screen, transport solids across a screen surface, and discharge solids off the end of the screen. The new shale shaker for the on-shore drilling system is designed to be smaller than the original shale shaker which has the same capacity with the new on to enable to transport and to operate on the trailer. In this study, structural and vibrational analysis of shale shaker was carried out to evaluate the appropriateness of the design in terms of the structural stability.
반응표면 최적화를 이용한 머드탱크 최적 설계에 관한 연구

Mud tanks used for storing and supplying mud in mud supply systems are essential to secure structural stability according to the mud loads inside the tank. In terms of structural stability of the mud tank can be ensured by increasing the thickness of the structure. However, increasing the thickness may cause a problem of increasing production costs. In addition, this increases the weight of the tank, which can cause problems with the trailer loading weight limitation during transportation. To satisfy both these problems and structural stability, the mud tank should be optimally designed. Therefore, this study conducted an optimum design in consideration of the load of the mud tank through the structural analysis and response surface optimization method in ANSYS.
방사선 투과 이미지에서의 용접 결함 검출을 위한 딥러닝 알고리즘 비교 연구

An automated system is needed for the effectiveness of non-destructive testing. In order to utilize the radiographic testing data accumulated in the film, the types of welding defects were classified into 9 and the shape of defects were analyzed. Data was preprocessed to use deep learning with high performance in image classification, and a combination of one-stage/two-stage method and convolutional neural networks/Transformer backbone was compared to confirm a model suitable for welding defect detection. The combination of two-stage, which can learn step-by-step, and deep-layered CNN backbone, showed the best performance with mean average precision 0.868.
Form Parameter 기법을 활용한 딥러닝 기반의 소형선박 초기복원성 계산에 관한 연구

Approximately 89% of all capsizing accidents involve small vessels, and despite their relatively high accident rates, small vessels are not subject to ship stability regulations. Small vessels, where the provision of essential basic design documents for stability calculations is omitted, face challenges in directly calculating their stability. In this study, considering that the majority of domestic coastal small vessels are of the Chine-type design, the goal is to establish the major hull form characteristic data of vessels, which can be identified from design documents such as the general arrangement drawing, as input data. Through the application of a deep learning approach, specifically a multilayer neural network structure, we aim to infer hydrostatic curves, operational draft ranges, and more. The ultimate goal is to confirm the possibility of directly calculating the initial stability of small vessels.
