기술난이도와 기술성숙도를 이용한 핵심기술 연구개발 위험도 관리에 관한 연구

In the Core Technology R&D of the defence area, the development of the related core element technology could be the foundation to develop advanced weapon system in the future. But it might make various problems if you can not accurately define the TRL of the element technology. In other words, if the technology is not sufficiently mature and then the project starts, it might require an increase in the development period and additional cost. Finally the system will be in an incomplete state and result in user dissatisfaction and the project failure. Therefore it is a very important task to properly assess the TRL for a successful project. In this study, We propose the method for risk management of core technology R&D project of the defence area using the QFD process with degree of difficulty and technology readiness level. It is also presented the process to determine the risk level using TRL and Degree of difficulty. Finally We apply this method to UGV system for verifying the result of this study.

For efficiently processing large amounts of sensor data to be used in UGV system, it is doing a various researches to the standardization studies using Ethernet which is common in commercial Internet . Network for unmanned vehicles are being developed in the form of Ethernet/IP with existing high-volume and real-time data processing, such as CAN-FD, MOST, FlexRay. This study confirms the trends of the network that can efficiently process large volumes of data from unmanned ground vehicles. It presents a design scheme of the unmanned vehicle using the Ethernet/IP, and provides a way to integrate heterogeneous networks effectively. It also is suggested for network design and research directions for the future UGV in the defense system.
텍스트마이닝을 이용한 동의보감의 질병인식방식과 내경편 침구법 경혈 특성 분석

Objectives: DongUiBoGam is a representative medical literature in Korea. This research intends to structurally grasp how DongUiBoGam understands the human body and review the methods of acupuncture and moxibustion in the NaeGyeong chapter of it using text mining. Methods: The structure of DongUiBoGam was analyzed with specific parts of the book that described contents, major premises of understanding the human body, and processes of treatment. We analyzed characteristics of each acupoints in a relationship with causes of diseases & symptoms in the NaeGyeong chapter using a Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency (TFIDF). Results: Three different categories of pattern identification (PI) were formed after structural analysis of DongUiBoGam. Every causes of diseases & symptoms were transformed according to the three categories of PI. After analyzing the relationship between acupoints and causes of diseases & symptoms, 114 acupoints were visualized with TFIDF values of three PI categories. Conclusions: The selection of acupoints in NaeGyeong chapter of DongUiBoGam were linked to causes of diseases & symptoms based on the three PI categories. Through visualization of bipartite relationships between acupoints and causes of diseases & symptoms, we could easily understand characteristics of each acupoint.

Objective: Interests in integrative medicine and CAM(Complementary and Alternative Medicine) are on the rise. However, the term ‘integrative medicine’ is often confused with the concept of CAM. This paper aims at clarifying the concept of integrative medicine. Methods: The definition, concept, and research methods used to explain integrative medicine have been inquired into. Also, the differences between the researches on integrative medicine and those on CAM have been studied. Moreover, domestic researches regarding integrative medicine have been analyzed. Results: The concept of integrative medicine was born in order to create a more patient-centered medicine by actively accommodating the medical system classified as CAM. The biggest difference that discriminates integrative medicine from CAM is the fact that integrative medicine does not depend solely on establishing its grounds through the process of RCT(Randomized Controlled Trial). Conclusion: Domestic researches regarding integrative medicine naturally leads to the concept of unification of medicine, but they do not concern the original meaning of integrative medicine. It is only after active discussions on the meaning, philosophical backgrounds, and research methods of integrative medicine become possible that a truly patient-oriented medicine will be realized.
ASM을 이용한 전기 이륜차 동력 특성 해석에 관한 연구

In this paper, we propose that the way of model based design for electric motor cycle system using ASM. Before prototyping a realistic electric motorcycle, a reliable simulation program is required to test the capacities of the power sources and optimize the parameters of an electric motorcycle. Because of ASM is based on Simulink, we can design the drivetrain and powertrain of vehicle model systems easily. To verify electric motorcycle system the analysis of design parameters such as max power, capacity, state of charge, slope angel is carried out by the simulation and experimental method. The predicted results by the development model were a good agreement with experimentally obtained results. Therefore, the proposed electric motorcycle model can effectively reduce the expenses during the designing of an electric motorcycle system.

Objective : There is a growing interest on Complementary and Alternative Medicine(CAM). But the term ‘CAM’ often causes confusion, for the perception of CAM is determined by how the relationship between CAM and Conventional Medicine is established. Methods : In this paper, we researched the concept of CAM through the change in the terminology and definition of CAM throughout history. Furthermore, we also analyzed related papers in Korea. Results : International studies show that the relationship between Conventional Medicine and CAM has become more cooperative. Meanwhile, in Korea, Korean Medicine is categorized as a type of Conventional Medicine, not CAM. Conclusion : Though Korean Medicine is included in Conventional Medicine in Korea, the research methodology is still restricted in ways of bio-medical science. Further study on the original research method of Korean Medicine is needed.
