        호텔 조리사의 이직에 관한 연구

        This study is about job change hotel kitchen cook, addition, through case analysis, by choosing three hotels in Seoul, the relation job changes was found out, and through the interviews with cooking employees for more than three months, their opinions and reliabilities were collected and analyzed. The surveyed questionnaires were analyzed and studied through SPSS WIN Package, reliability analysis, factor analysis. frequency analysis, correlation, and distribution analysts and T-test were conducted to figure out the population statistical difference. According to the study results, those employees who thought kitchen environment, internal and external working conditions, the welfare for the employees are the most important factors in case of changing jobs scored over average 4 in the statistical analysis. For this reason, in order to reduce the rate of job changes the hotels efforts for and interests in appropriate compensation, improvement of working environment, continuous educational training, fair human resource management, and maintenance of good relation with co-workers are necessary.

        특1등급 호텔 조리사의 직무만족도 분석

        This study was conducted to analyze the job satisfaction of hotel cooks, employees of hotel kitchen. It attempted to find out the true nature of job satisfaction. Then, it investigated the concept based on its nature, and it inquired into its component factors while looking into the trends of previous studies as a research trend. The questionnaire research was used as the research method. Data from it were analyzed and investigated for reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation and distribution analysis by using SPSS WIN. And the t-test was conducted to figure out the demographical difference between cooks in the deluxe 1-st hotels. Consequently, in light of hotel cooks' job satisfaction, hotel cooks showed high interests in promotion based on performance evaluation, internal and external working conditions, welfare programs for employees, education & training, and relations with co-workers. Therefore, deluxe and 1st hotels need to reduce the turnover rate of their cooks and increase the rate of their job satisfaction for this reason. For this purpose, they should make an endeavor for and interests in appropriate compensation, improvement of the working environment, continuous education & training, fair human resource management, and maintenance of good relations with co-workers.

      • 필터 생분해성 증진을 위한 종자 필터 개발 및 적용 효과

        Cigarette filters containing Brassica Rapa L. seeds of the dark brown and round shaped were evaluated to determine the effect of seed addition on filter degradability. The seeds with germination capability under the tar/nicotine condition in the preliminary test, were put into the active carbon part of the filter(12mm) during filter rod making by the kit. The $4{\pm}2$ pieces of the seeds were put into the opened fiber bundle of the filter tow. In order to test the germination rate of the seeds, seed filters were placed either in a petri dish or test-pot in a conditioned area ($25^{\circ}C$, 70 % RH). The seed filters were placed outdoors exposed to natural conditions with the periodic water supply. The seeds in the smoked filters showed 90 % germination rate after a month under the open air condition. No significant differences in the sensory evaluation and analysis were obtained when the control sample was compared to the same cigarettes with the seeds.

        소프트웨어 개발은 협업이 가장 중요시 되는 분야 중 하나로 팀 단위의 소프트웨어 개발의 품질 및 생산성 향상을 위해 팀 단위 프로젝트 방법론이 발달하였다. 방법론의 선택에 따라 개발의 결과물과 만족도에 큰 차이가 나타나게 되는데, 고전적인 폭포수(Waterfall) 방식의 대안인 애자일(Agile) 방법론은 점진적인 개발로 프로젝트 진행도중 발생하는 이슈처리를 효율적으로 해결할 수 있어 현재 많은 개발에 적용되고 있다. 그 중 스프린트 기법을 바탕에 두는 스크럼(Scrum)을 사용하는데 소규모 개발팀은 스크럼(Scurm)의 교육 부담과 스크럼 마스터의 부재로 해당 방법론을 적용하기 어려움을 겪는다. 이에 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 공학의 애자일(Agile) 방법론 중 하나인 스크럼(Scrum)을 실제 프로젝트 관리 시스템의 도구로 사용하기 위해 웹 응용 시스템으로 구현하고자 하며 해당 서비스가 SW개발뿐 만 아닌 다양한 분야의 프로젝트에 적용될 수 있도록 한다. Spring 프레임워크를 이용하여 서버를 구축하고 AWS EC2를 통해 배포하며, BootStrap과 JQuery를 이용하여 웹을 구성하여 팀 프로젝트에 있어 효율적인 관리 도구가 될 수 있도록 한다.

        서비스 품질이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study aims at conducting an empirical research on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty targeting the customers of public enterprise hotel restaurants in downtown Seoul. It seeks to activate management as a result of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty based on the theoretical background and positive research. The collected data was analyzed in factor, reliability and multiple regression analyses by using the SPSS 12.0 statistical program. As a result of this study, it was shown that product service, employee service, customer management service and facility service all have influenced on customer satisfaction. Finally, the customer satisfaction has an effect on customer loyalty.

        프랜차이즈의 불공정 거래유형 및 사례연구

        At the end of 1990s the franchise business, leading by the restaurant business, has been rapidly grown. However, since Korean financial crisis, the instability of employment was deepened and the household incomes were decreased in the sudden change of inner and outer environments of Korean society. Thus, retired employees and housewives were attracted to the franchise business due to its merit of demanding small amount of initial capital to make easy access for business foundations. Vicious franchisers were appealed so many and gathered franchisees, but the actual situation in Korea was that the laws and regulations, which defined and governed the business transactions between the franchiser and the franchisee, were not yet prepared. According to the data from the Korea Consumer Protection Board, since the financial crisis of Korea, from December 1997 to February 1998, the number of counseling cases regarding the damages related to franchisers was four hundreds and sixty-eight, 33.0% increase from the year before. Like those, some franchisers abused the characteristics of franchise business, the ability to direct and control franchisee's operation, and formed the franchise contracts, which were lucrative to them. Thus, they left many disadvantages to franchisees, the weak in terms of financial position, and all kinds of side effects, caused by this, spread as a social problem.
