본 논문에서는 제어밸브에 대한 유공압적, 기계적, 전기적 부분에 대하여 전반적인 기술 적인 사항 및 설계 기술들을 다루었다. 특히 제어밸브를 이용한 시험으로부터 도출하기 어려운 많은 요소의 동특성을 시스템 모사코드인 AMESim 을 이용하여 예측해보았고, 일반 적인 물리적 동특성도 또한 실제 시험결과와 비교 검토하였다. 또한 제어밸브의 단품 상태에서의 동특성 외에 시스템 연계 상황에서의 특성도 예측하고자 하였고, 이를 근간으로 하 여 발사체 엔진 추진제공급시스템의 제어 관련 분야에 응용하였다. This paper deals with technological and design skills for all pneumatical, hydraulical, mechanical, and electrical parts related to control valve. Especially, a variety of dynamic characteristics, which are not easily extracted from field tests using control valves, are studied by system-simulation code, AMESim. The simulated results are also compared and examined with actual testing results in terms of physical dynamic characteristics. In addition, this paper contains the simulated system characteristics including dynamic characteristics in component level of valve itself. Based on the results, it is applied to control system of propellant feeding system in liquid-propellant engine of satellite launcher.
서보모터를 이용한 Inline Co-axil 밸브 제어

Five control methods (Speed Control, PID Gain Scheduling, Loop Time Control, Simple PID, Switching Control) have been applied to the control of an Inline Co-axial valve by the simulation of AMESim. The simulation results have shown that the speed control method is the most stable and the fastest way to reach to the set point in the simulation of the flow control. Moreover, It has been found that the five control methods have the almost same characteristics in the power consumption, the counter electromotive force, and the motor angular velocity. According to the analysis results, the fast and stable control characteristics of the speed control method is the most suitable for the flow control using a inline co-axial valve with a DC(BLCD) motor.

As a brush DC motor, the brushless DC motor is also operated by DC power supply but has no mechanical contacts occurred by a brush or a commutator. Though the performance of BLDC motor is almost similar with that of DC motor, the BLDC motor has the advantage of the high speed responsibility, the high controllability, and the high effectiveness. The control valve using the BLDC motor, which excludes the burnout effect provoked possibly by the vacuum condition during the flight, is employed for the upper stage of a launch vehicle. For the component level analysis, the dynamic response characteristics of BLDC and DC motors to the same design input sources have been studied in using AMEsim.

통신을 비롯한 각종 수요로 위성에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있는 가운데 미국, 러시아, 유럽, 일본, 중국 등 우주기술 분야 선진국에서는 대형 위성을 원하는 궤도에 올릴 수 있는 발사체 기술을 확보하고 있다. 대형 위성발사체 추진기관 관련 기술은 장거리 미사일을 등 군사적인 목적으로 이용될 가능성과 첨단 기술 유출의 기피와 같은 문제점으로 기술 도입이 어려운 실정이다. 이를 위해 밸브 국산화 설계 및 시제품 제작을 통한 기술 축적은 추진기관시스템 밸브 국산화에 기여할 것이며 국내 밸브 설계 및 개발 수준 향상에 크게 기여할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 해외에서 개발된 밸브들과 국내에서 개발된 밸브들의 현황을 소개 한다. 밸브 개발 기술은 KSLV-II 엔진시스템 및 추진기관의 안정적인 운용에 필요한 엔진 제어 시스템 구성에 기초가 될 것이다. Up to date, demands for satellite including communication are increasing. Advanced countries on space technology such as America, Russia, Europe, Japan, China and so on already had secured launch vehicle technology which can insert a large class satellite to proper orbit. The introduction of technologies on the large class launch vehicle including propulsion system is difficult due to the utilization possibility for defensive reason. The acquisition of indigenous technical expertise on the design and manufacture of valves is believed to contribute to the successful local development of valves for propulsion systems and to significant improvement of local technical level of valve design and development. This paper introduces current status of valves developed by other countries as well as valves developed in domestic. The Developed technology of valves may underlie the construction of engine control systems required for the reliable operation of the KSLV-II engine system and propulsion system.

Engineering valuation is a specialized discipline requiring expert knowledge and judgment, which scientifically estimates the economic value of industrial properties. By industrial properties, we mean engineering structures such as mines, factories, buildings, machines, and other industrial facilities as well as facilities of public enterprises. Particular industrial properties can have longer economic life if their performance is excellent and they are still suitable for current manufacturing needs. If not, its economic life will be shorter. As speed of technological progress becomes rapid, life-cycle and development period of a product is becoming shorter. In an industry characterized by rapid development of technology, industrial properties can become obsolescent faster. Even if they are in good working order, they could be no longer suitable for manufacturing new products based on radically different technology. In our research, we apply engineering approach to estimating functional economic life by factoring in technological obsolescence in such an industry.
