신소설 「血의 淚」에 대한 수사학적 접근-이항 대립에 의한 대조법을 중심으로-

In transition to modern ages, the old orders which once ruled Chosun dynasty lost their power, so various discourses for new orders struggled to possess the initiative position. Also the way of writing got rid itself from discipline of medieval grammar that it was once based on, and stared to obtain new compositions of discourses for order of changing world. And also newspapers of this era took a very important role to provide writers with opportunities to try and experiment brand new ways of writing. Newspapers tried to make new compositions of discourses in various artistic and non-artistic types of writing, such as sundry reports, essays, and stories. ‘Shin so-sul’ was made on this background in the era. Because of that, with criteria of modern novels which were established after the time that literature became professional work, ‘shin so-sul can be easily criticized as a premature style that the composition was naive and the writers’ intention was shown too directly. But ‘shin so-sul’ was not a professional writing style, but a new style invented to show the discourse of that era. So the approach to ‘shin so-sul’ should be made with analysis focused on its own compositions of discourses. For that reason, this paper will consider, through rhetorical method, how the era's discourse was composed < The Tears of Blood > by In-jik Lee, known as the first ‘shin so-sul’ was published on {Man-se Bo}. {Man-se Bo} was a bulletin newspaper of ‘Chun-do Kyo’ (a religion developed by Jae-woo Choi), and Lee was a chif editor and played a core role of it. He published many ‘shin so-sul’ like < The Tears of Blood >, < The Sound of Ghost >, and so forth on the bulletin. For him, ‘Shin so-sul’ was a method to teach readers the importance of education and development of knowledge. That’s why we can find out a special feature of transition to modern ages’ style of narrative from Lee’s composition of discourses of enlightenment and education in his works. The most significant rhetoric is antithesis. The antithesis in this work is based on dichotomy and negation. Lee presents a situation which is very familiar to the public reader, and presents a specific situation to make them two terms of a comparison. After that, he makes these two terms confrontational by denying the former and granting the latter. By comparison of general situation and specific situation, Lee emphasizes that the time was very different form the past. And by comparison of the characters, he distinguishes a special person with great ability from ordinary people. Also comparison of old tradition and modern civilization suggests a feature of new society which must be pursued by a self with new identity for new world. The antithesis used for compose the phrase, escalating into a method of narrative composition, emphasizes the discourse of enlightenment. Lee’s < The Tears of Blood > clearly presents the new world order must be chased by the society of the era and new possibility to alternate old things with new things, by comparing them. This antithesis shows that the era's rhetorical feature pursues the langage's transparency and also it plays a effective role to transmit the discourse of enlightenment.

일반논문 : 사회참여가 이주민들에 대한 사회적 거리에 미치는 영향

국내에서 이주민들의 비율이 증가하면서 이주민들에 대한 연구가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 선행연구들이 주로 내국인들의 이주민들에 대한 사회적 거리(수용)에 대한 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 한정되어 연구해오고 있다. 그러나 이민사회로 진입하고 있는 현재의 상황에서는 내국인들과 이주민들간에 존재하는 사회적 거리를 감소시키는 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사회자본의 핵심요소인 사회참여가 이주민들의 수용에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고 있다. 본 연구의 분석결과에 의하면 종교모임, 문화단체, 기타 모 임이나 단체활동 등 연계형 사회참여는 이주민들에 대한 사회적 거리를 감소시키는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 반면에 동창모임이나 친목단체 같은 결속형 사회참여는 이주민들에 대한 사회적 거리를 오히려 증가시키고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이런 본 연구의 분석결과는 이민사회로 진입하고 있는 한국사회에서 사회통합에 대한 학문적·정책적 시사점을 제시하고 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 내국인들의 사회참여를 통한 이주민들에 대한 수용에서 사회참여의 특성을 고려해야 한다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다. There has been increasing interest in the study of Korea immigration in recent years as a result of the growing number of immigrants coming to South Korea. A noticeable trend in the research on Korea immigration is identifying the factors that may influence Korean perception of social distance between Koreans and immigrants living in South Korea. Yet, little is known about ways of decreasing social distance among them. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of social engagement on social distance between Koreans and immigrants living in South Korea. The authors find that bridging social engagement decreases social distance between Koreans and immigrants while bonding social engagement increases it. The research findings offer implications for generating social integration and developing Korea``s immigration policy, especially emphasizing that the types of social engagement should be considered when facilitating immigrant participation in Korean society.

효율적 영상 워터마킹을 위한 HSI 채널 분석

멀티미디어 데이터의 저작권 주장을 위한 방법으로 사용되고 디지털 워터마킹 중에서 영상에 대한 워터마킹 기법이 많이 연구되어지고 있지만, 칼라영상에서의 워터마킹 연구가 미비하다. 본 논문에서는 효율적 영상 워터마킹을 위해서 칼라모델 중에서 HSI 채널에서의 워터마킹 적용을 분석하였다. 실험 결과, 가중치에 따른 비가시성을 확인할 수 있었고, 추출된 워터마크의 상관도에서 만족할 만한 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. Image watermarking schemes are researched in the field of digital watermarking for multimedia data copyright protection, but color image watermarking scheme is a little bit insufficient. In this paper, we analyzed HSI channel analysis in color models for effective image watermarking. Simulation results are satisfied with invisibility and correlation from the extracted watermark.

새로운 자영업과 갑을관계

오늘날 한국사회의 문제점을 대변해주는 ‘갑을관계’가 자영업의 영역에서는 어떻게 작동되고 있는가? 본 논문에서는 새롭게 등장한 이른바 종속된 자영자인 특수고용노동자와 대표적인 영세자영업자인 프랜차이즈 가맹점주를 중심으로 갑을관계가 파생한 문제점과 그 해결책에 대해 고찰해보고자 한다. 먼저 ‘개인하청’에 해당하는 특수형태근로의 경우 노동법상 근로자 개념을 확장 내지 유연화하고, 산재보험을 포함한 사회보험의 혜택을 넓히는 제도개혁이 중요하다. 다음으로 대기업 가맹본점-가맹점의 ‘점포하청’에 있어서는 프랜차이즈법 및 공정거래법의 개정을 통해 가맹점주의 권익을 보호하고, 이들이 직원 인건비를 낮추는 방식으로 생존전략을 찾는 구조를 완화하여야 한다. 아울러 이러한 제도적 개선을 위해서는 사회적 약자인 ‘을’들의 노동3권을 보장하여, 그들 스스로의 연대를 강화하고 ‘갑’과의 대등한 교섭을 가능하게 해주는 방안 역시 필수적이라 할 수 있다. The ‘gap-eul relationship’ has recently become a buzzword in Korea. Literally, gap and eul refer to two parties in a contractual situation, where the gap is a person with a superior position in the contract, and the eul is one with a subordinate position. It is clear that chaebols (family-owned, diversified conglomerates) which have dominated Korean economy can be viewed as a super gap, while there are different types of eul. We confine our attention in this paper to the gap-eul relationship in the realm of self-employment. Given increasing labour market flexibilisation, practices such as outsourcing and contracting-out have blurred the lines between dependent employment and self-employment. There is evidence of workers, who are dependent on a single employer in the same manner as employees but are classified as (economically) dependent self-employed workers. Employers who label their workers as self-employed contractors are then able to ignore labour rights and social insurance contributions. Another key gap-eul relationship associated with self-employment is one between a franchisor and a franchisee. In other words, there is a rising concern about the way large franchise companies such as chaebols use their dominant position to engage in unfair business practices and unequal contractual conditions. This paper aims to investigate what are the main problems with dependent self-employed workers and franchise businesses, and what kind of measures are needed to cope with those problems.

멀티 교차로 환경의 연비 최적 경로 결정 알고리즘

Recently, the technologies for reducing fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emission have attracted much attention at automobile industry. Especially in urban areas where traffic volume is concentrated, environmental problems are more serious and important. With this situation the `Intelligent Transportation System(ITS)` has been developed to collect traffic information and provide it to vehicle and drivers. The traffic information collected at ITS can applied to the vehicle controller to effectively reduce fuel consumption. This Paper proposes path finding algorithm for determining the path, which minimizes fuel consumption, using vehicle model and traffic information. This fuel-optimal route decision algorithm estimates travel-time and travel-fuel-consumption and uses `Dynamic Programming(DP)` for optimization. The cost function used in DP is designed to minimize the fuel consumption used throughout the path. The fuel-optimal route decision algorithm is verified using AIMSUN intersection model that reflects the actual traffic environment.
