관상동맥질환자의 식이이행과 건강신념, 사회적 지지 및 특성 간 상관관계

Purpose: This study was aimed to identify the factors that related the dietary behavior in coronary artery disease patients and to made the data for nursing which is thought to improve the dietary behavior. Method: The study population was the coronary artery disease patients who were treated at outpatient base. The study method was the dietary behavior, diet self-efficacy, perceivedhealthy behavior, social support measurement & characteristics. All of the above tool was validated for its composition proriety and confidence. The statistical analysis was done by SPSS PC 11.0 program. and frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson`s correlation was used for analysis. Results: The score of dietary behavior in the coronary artery disease patients was 4.57 point. The score of perceived-benefits was the highest among the association factor(point) and the score of perceived-barriers(m=2.78), diet self-efficacy(m=5.12), social support(m=4.86 point), exercise and chest pain. Conclusion: The development of the program for the efficient dietary education that prevents the progression of the coronary artery disease is needed.

Induction motors widely use in industry because structure is simple and hard and cost is generally cheap and they are easy to control. In recently, because of saving steel, ventilation and benefit of frame fixing, rectangular core type induction motors use in industry more and more. This paper presents current characteristic according to stator core cutting degree in three-phase induction motor (IM) with rectangular stator core. According to stator cutting degree, magnetic saturation and paths of flux are changed. Because of these situations, phase currents are unbalance and are produced harmonic components and they cause decrease of efficiency. We analyze each 10° from 0° to 30° using 2-D finite element analysis (FEA). Optimal stator cutting core degree selection supplies stable currents and efficiency improvement. In this paper, loss separation test was executed by IEEE Std. 112-98 Method B and we compare with the result of loss separation by Simulation using FEM and by Experiment.

The interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) with its robust rotor construction, using reluctance torque and flux weakening capability is suitable for hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) application where wide speed and torque range is required. Characteristic of permanent magnet is depend on temperature, so flux of motor is varied and torque is also changed according to temperature. This paper presents the novel current compensation algorithm of IPMSM for HEV. To reduce effect of temperature in IPMSM, command current is selected using current map which is obtained by linear interpolation. The datum point is selected at 20, 80, 100 and 150 degrees. We make simulation and experiment to confirm current controllability.

This paper presents that analysis and comparison typical hybrid electromagnetic suspension(EMS) with the new type hybrid EMS by using 3 dimensional finite element method(FEM) to verify the fact that new type hybrid EMS makes more levitational force than typical hybrid EMS.

This paper is intended to research the speed response of switched reluctance motor (SRM) using sliding mode control method when load is changing. The simulation compare only control by PI controller with control by PI controller and sliding mode controller. It compare with speed response using MATLAB/SIMULINK.

Rotating machines are using gears to change the rotary motion into the linear motion, on the other hand, linear motors have a accurate position control and excellent dynamic characteristics because of generating a thrust force directly. But the important problem, one of the linear motor is a high thrust force ripple. Thrust force ripple has a bad effect on the position accuracy and the dynamic characteristics, so it is necessary to reduce the thrust force ripple. Cogging is one of the cause that affect thrust force ripple. Cogging has some connection with the GCD between pole pitch and teeth pitch It is proposed method to reduce a thrust ripple of the linear motor that chamfering, skew, and so on. In this paper, the module phase set shift(MPSS) is used to reduce a thrust force ripple that has a similar effect to skew.
