의료사고 피해 유가족의 의료소송 경험에 대한 질적사례연구

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively understand the experience in malpractice suits of bereaved family who suffered medical accident. Two bereaved families of the victims of the medical accident participated in this study. The data were collected and analyzed according to Stake (1995)'s qualitative case study method. A total seven upper categories were derived. Those are ‘Memory of the victims of the medical accidents’, ‘anger toward the medical staff affiliated with the medical accident’, ‘lonely struggle for the medical lawsuits’, ‘distrust of medical law-related judicial world’, ‘nevertheless standing up for the medical lawsuits’, ‘necessity of institutional improvement for resolving medical accident’, ‘searching for new meaning after the medical accidents’. The results of this study are as follows: “In - case analysis” that independently explains the specific experiences experienced by each participant in the process of litigation after the medical accident, and “Inter - case analysis” summarizing by themes the meaning of their common experiences. Participants were exposed to secondary psychological distress in a special process of medical litigation as well as psychological distress in the occurrence of a medical accident. The necessity to develop counseling manuals for their specific experiences and for policy efforts that can be applied in the field of psychological counseling were discussed. 이 연구의 목적은 의료사고 피해 유가족이 의료사고 발생 후 의료소송을 진행하며 겪는 경험을 종합적으로 이해하기 위함이다. 의료사고 피해 유가족 2인이 연구에 참여하였으며, Stake(1995)의 질적사례연구방법에 따라 자료의 수집 및 분석, 해석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 의료사고 피해 유가족들의 경험은 ‘의료사고 피해자에 대한 아픈 기억’, ‘의료사고 관련 의료진에 대한 분노’, ‘의료소송을 위해 외롭게 고군분투 함’, ‘의료소송 관련 법조계에 대한 불신’, ‘그럼에도 불구하고 의료소송에 맞섬’, ‘의료사고 해결을 위한 제도적 개선의 필요성’, ‘의료사고 이후 새로운 의미를 찾아감’이라는 상위범주로 도출되었다. 연구결과는 각 참여자가 의료사고 발생 후부터 소송을 하는 과정에서 겪게 되는 특정 경험들을 독립적으로 풀어낸 ‘사례 내 분석’과 그들의 공통 경험이 갖는 의미를 주제별로 정리한 ‘사례 간 분석’으로 제시하였다. 참여자들은 의료사고 발생에 대한 심리적 고통뿐만 아니라 의료소송이라는 특수한 과정에서 2차적인 심리적 고통에 노출되고 있었다. 이들의 특수한 경험에 적합한 상담 매뉴얼을 구축하고 심리상담 현장에서 실행할 수 있는 정책적 노력의 필요성을 논의하였다.

To obtain basic information on the breeding of early maturing, short plant height rapeseed varieties, the following 7 varieties, Isuzu, Miyuki, Norin 25, Rang, Yongdang, Cresus and Tower were used in diallel crosses in 1979. Maturing date, plant height and grain weight per plant for the parents, $F_1$'s and $F_2$'s of the 7 x 7 partial diallel crosses were measured in 1981 for analysis of their genetic behavior. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The days to maturing of $F_1$'s showed complete dominance for early maturing, and both additive and dominance genetic variances were significant. Number of effective factors in $F_1$'s was 3, but in $F_2$'s was 1. The degree of dominance in $F_1$'s was partial, while in $F_2$'s was complete. Both broad and narrow sense herita-bilities in $F_1$'s was high, while in $F_2$'s was low. 2. Yield per plant in $F_2$'s was controlled by additive component of genetic variance only, but $F_1$'s was different. The degree of dominance in $F_1$'s was complete, while in $F_2$'s was partial. The direction of dominance showed almost complete dominance over high yield and three effective factors was estimated. Yield per plant was controlled by recessive genes. 3. The plant height was controlled by both dominance and additive variance. Dominance was directed toward tall plant height. Number of effective factors was 2, and broad and narrow sense heritability were high in the plant height.

This study was conducted to explore the possibilities for the maintenance and multiplication of parental lines in rape(Brassica napus L.) heterosis breeding. Growth regulators influencing organogenesis were investigated in stem culture grown on a synthetic nutrient medium. Naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA), Indoleacetic acid (IAA) induced root, where as 2.4-Di chlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D) didn’t induce. The whole plants were not induced when auxins such as NAA, IAA and 2.4-D, and cytokins such as benzyladenin(BA) and Kinetin were added individually. When NAA(0.5-2.0 ㎎/ℓ) was employed in conjunction with BA and Kinetin(1.0-2.5 ㎎/ℓ),whole plant was obtaind. The whole plant induction percentage were 56% and 11% in NAA 1.0 ㎎/ℓ+ BA 2.0 ㎎/ℓ and NAA 0.5㎎/ℓ+ Kinetin 2.0㎎/ℓ, respectively. Majority of whole plant were induced between 3-4 weeks after culture initiated.

Vortex tube is an energy separation device using high pressure for dividing hot and cold air with simple geometry. The phenomenon of energy separation in vortex tube is not identified yet. For this reason, most of study about the impact on performance according to the shape has been made by experiments. In this study, we compared 10 factors what we think affecting performance of vortex tube in low pressure condition using Plackett-Burman Design. We calculate and analyze mass flow rate(m), temperature difference at cold exit(ΔT<SUB>c</SUB>), and cooling power(W) using CFD. The analysis for the results is made for the main effects that do not interact with other factors. As a result, we found inlet mass flow rate and ΔT<SUB>c</SUB> have large dependence on nozzle area factors. If nozzle area is wider, mass flow rate become greater. In opposite case, ΔT<SUB>c</SUB> become greater. And we found cooling power has large dependence on vortex generator diameter and tube diameter. Therefore, performance of vortex tube can be improved by appropriately selecting design factors.

This study was conducted to explore optimal culture conditions and medium constituents for inducing whole plants of Brassica napes L, through tissue culture by in vitro. The results obtained were as follows : Medium with 20 g/ℓ of sucrose showed 58% of whole plants induced but medium without sucrose did not. the addition of 0.2g/ℓ yeast extract to media produced 49% of whole plants which was better than that without yeast extract. Therefore, small amounts of yeast extract added to media promoted differentiation, The PH 6 was optimal for the differentiation and development of whole plants. The 61% of whole plants was induced at 26±1℃ being optimal for tissue culture of rape. Stems were the best in differentiation, followed by petioles, whereas leaves did not differentiate. B_5 medium was optimal for the development of whole plaints because of its higher rates than Murashige & Skoog medium. The B_5 medium containing 1.0 ㎎/ℓ NAA and 1.8 ㎎/ℓ benzyladenine showing 95% was the best in whole plants development. Thus, the growth regulators combined above would be optimal for organogenesis.
