이 연구는 최근 증가하는 인용정보서비스에 대한 관심에 따라 국내외 다양한 인용정보서비스를 분석하여 인용분석을 위한 정보자원과 진행 추이를 살펴보고 국내 인용 서비스에 적합한 모델을 제안하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 인용정보서비스 유형별로 제공 기능 및 활용 자원에 차이가 있음을 발견하고 이를 모델링 하였다. 결론적으로 향후 효용성 있는 인용정보 활용 학술정보서비스 제공을 위한 세 가지 일반 원칙을 제안하고 전문가 서베이를 통해 국내 인용색인 서비스 발전을 위한 서비스 우선순위 및 개인별 서비스를 제안하였다. 이 연구는 국내 인용정보서비스 개발을 위한 기초 자료가 될 수 있을 것이다. We examine several citation information services to analyze their functional items and resources as interests and concerns on citation information services have been increasing. Based on our analysis, we suggest a blueprint and model for national citation information services. As a result, We find that there are different service items and resources among the type of the citation information services. We also suggest three principles and personal services scenarios for developing national scholarly information service using citation information. And expert survey shows the priority of the services. This study would be a fundamental material for drawing big pictures on national citation information services.

본 논문에서는 실내 환경에서 신호세기를 이용한 RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indication)인식 방법과 신호의 도착 시간 차이를 이용한 TDOA(Time Difference Of Arrival )인식 방법을 이용하여 태그 위치 측정 및 오차 보정 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 물체 위치 인식을 위해 기존의 제안된 거리에 따라 발생하는 경로손실(Path Loss) 방정식과 신호의 도착 시간차이를 이용하여 태그를 인식한 다음 삼각측량법과 SX 알고리즘을 이용하여 태그의 위치를 측정한다. 또한, 실내 환경의 다양한 오차를 포함하고 있는 태그의 위치 측정 데이터에 대해 확장된 칼만 필터를 사용하여 오차를 보정하는 방법을 제안한다. 마지막으로 몇 개의 시뮬레이션을 통하여 그 응용 가능성을 증명한다.

21세기 교육패러다임의 주요골자는 학습자 중심의 자기주도 학습의 실현이다. 최근 이 같은 사회적 요구에 기반하여 국내외 주요 대학에서는 보다 혁신적인 교수-학습전략의 개발과 적용에 주력하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 최근 가장 효과적인 교수-학습방법으로 주목되고 있는 문제중심학습의 국내 대학교육 환경 특히 일반 강좌에의 적용가능성을 탐색하는데 있다. 이에 서울 A대학의 여름학기에 개설된 무역상무론과 경제학개론, 그리고 가상강좌인 우주론을 선정하여 사례연구를 실시하고 양적, 질적 분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과 문제중심학습은 기존의 강의법에 비해 많은 시간과 노력을 요구하는 교수-학습방법임에도 불구하고 교수자-학습자 모두에게 실질적인 교육적 효과가 입증됨으로서 한국 대학의 상황에의 적용가능성을 확인하였다. 또한 본 연구를 통하여 새로운 교수-학습 환경으로서의 문제중심학습의 체험과 효과적 학습운영에 대한 인식을 확대하는 한편 대학에서 문제중심학습을 효과적으로 시행하기 위한 교수자, 행정, 시설 및 환경적 측면에서의 시사점을 도출하였다. The purpose of this study is to apply Problem-Based Learning<PBU, which is mostly used in Medical schools so far, to the other academic areas such as social sciences and physical sciences in order to improve quality of university education. The main reason the PBL was experimented in this study is that it is a well-known instructional method characterized as student-centered, group-based, facilitated or guided by professors, developing effective self-directed learning skills, integrating knowledges, and dealing with clinical and stimulating problems. The PBL experiment was done during Summer semester, 2003, in a major university in Korea. This study experimented 3 classes: one from Business, another from Economics, and the other from Cosmology(a on-line class). And the problems treated were 1 to 3 depending on the characteristics of classes. The result of the study shows that students become more creative, synthetic, cooperative, and active in terms of their learning process; students get ready to resolve real problems confronting them in the world; professors become more and more interested in their instructional contents and methodology for teaching.

오늘날 세계적으로 교육의 위기가 보편화됨에 따라 세계 각국의 대학들은 교육구조의 개편을 통한 총체적인 질 관리 노력을 전개하고 있으며 이 같은 추세 속에서 우리나라의 대학 또한 수행역량을 효과적으로 증대시키기 위한 노력을 경주하고 있다. 특히 대학의 책무성에 대한 관심과 함께 교육의 총체적 질관리 도구로써 강의평가의 중요성에 대한 재인식이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 국내에 강의평가제가 시행된지 이미 10여년에 이르고 있으나 아직 체계적인 평가척도나 효율적인 평가방식이 정착되지 않고 있어 많은 우려와 개선의 노력이 요청되고 있는 실정이다.<br/> 이러한 요구에 부응하여 본 연구는 최근의 강의평가를 둘러싼 국내외의 추세를 고찰하고, 외국대학들의 강의평가 사례와 국내 대학의 강의평가 운영 실태를 통해 우리나라 대학들이 보다 바람직한 강의평가시스템을 운영할 수 있도록 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 문헌연구, 국내 대학을 대상으로 한 설문조사 및 결과분석, 강의평가 설문지와 운영지침문서의 수집정리 및 분석 등의 연구방법을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 강의평가문항개발 및 운영을 위한 전문성 확보, 강의평가에 대한 학생의 참여도 및 성실도 유도방안, 강의평가형태와 운영방식의 다각화, 강의평가에 대한 긍정적인 대학문화 형성 등의 이슈를 제안사항으로 다루었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate current tendencies of students' evaluations of university teaching, to review previous researches on those of foreign universities, to analyze those of Korean universities by doing survey with questionnaires, and, finally, to make suggestions on an effective operational plan of evaluation of university teaching. The major research methods for this study are composed of literature reviews, survey, and document collections from Korean universities. 108 Korean universities and 8 foreign universities were sampled for this study. Suggestions made for improving Korean universities' evaluation of teaching are to prepare professional personnel and well-organized structure for the evaluation, to concentrate on increasing reliability of students' attitudes toward the evaluation, to diversify contents, process, or usages of the result of the evaluation depending on individual university's situation, and to establish positive campus cultures on students' evaluation of university teaching.

This study is designed to develop a Scale of Caring to measure caring degrees of adults(college students or older). Based on the general notion of caring, theories of Noddings & Lipman on caring and other leadership theories, 56 preliminary questions, covering cognition, emotions and behavior aspects, were developed. The questions were given to 400 undergraduate and graduate students of universities in Seoul, and exploratory factor analysis was conducted on their answers. The analysis found 23 questions regarding 7 factors, on which confirmatory factor analysis was conducted. As a result, 22 final questions regarding 7 factors, i.e. empathizing emotions, obedience, non-directive attitude, interpersonal relations, responsibility, respect and innovative personality, were developed. The final questions of the Scale of Caring delivered high internal reliability with the Cronbach’s α coefficient of 0.847.
