An offset compensation scheme for rail-to-rail CMOS op-amps with complementary input stapes is presented. Two auxiliary amplifiers are used to compensate for the offsets of NMOS and PMOS differential input stages, and ping-pong control is employed for continuous-time operation. Measurement results show that offsets are reduced about 20 times by this scheme. offset analysis indicate that the offset compensation scheme using auxiliary amps is limited by the charge injection errors of the MOS swiches connected with the offset-storage capacitors. Thus the charge injection errors must be compensated for more accurate offset compensation.

This study aims to inspect several literacy discourses and to deploy the critical literacy discourse. Literacy education must bring up the subject possessing the critical literacy. Critical literacy means 'the ability to interpret the given discourse critically, and to produce one's own discourse which can reconstruct the society and oneself'. But literacy discourses, till now, have been negligent of the 'critical' aspect of the literacy education. The procedures of the study are as following : first, to analyze the ideologies which enable the given literacy discourses, second, to analyze the mechanism of the given literacy discourses of excluding the critical literacy, third, to illuminate and expand the critical literacy discourses. The given several literacy discourses share the premises of objective ideology and interactive ideology. Objective ideology premises that the truth and the knowledge exist independently outside the subject and can be identified by the experience. The literacy discourses possessing the premises of objective ideology consider non-dialectically the relation of the language, the subject, and the reality. And they call the literacy education which exclude the important context such as power, ideology etc., and select the mechanical and functional approach. Interactive ideology dissents the objective ideology and considers the interaction of the subject and the text importantly. But interactive ideology can't construct the critical literacy because it considers the authority of meaning attributes to discourse community not to individual subject. To illuminate the critical literacy, this study spotlights the literacy discourses such as post-modernism, critical pedagogy, cultural studies. These discourses are hoped for the theoretical resources in deconstructing the objective, interactive ideologies and designing the criticial literacy discourse. They emphasis 'reading ideology', 'reading deconstructively', 'producing different genre', etc.. These strategies will be the important elements in the critical literacy education.

교환 시스템이 고장과 장애를 일으키면 서비스에 치명적인 영향을 미치게 된다. 다시 말해서 시스템을 제어하는 교환 소프트웨어의 역할은 매우 중요하다. 그렇기 때문에 정량적인 소프트웨어의 품질 평가 방법은 더욱 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 기능 블록으로 구성된 교환 소프트웨어를 시험하여 얻어진 각종 고장 데이터를 수집, 분석하고 이를 이용하여 각 버전별, 개발 전과정에 대한 소프트웨어 신뢰도를 평가해보고, 기타 고려할 사항에 대해 논한다. 대표적인 2개의 신뢰도 모형(G-O model, S-Shaped model)을 선택하여 소프트웨어 신뢰도를 비교해 보고 품질 향상을 위한 제반 활동과 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트에 맞는 소프트웨어 신뢰도 모형을 제시하였다. The switching system software is large scale, real-time multi-task system which requires high reliability. The reliability assessment of large-scale software is very important for the success of software development project. For this raeson, the software quality measurement is much more important. In this paper, we have learned about the software reliability, metho of the analysis of failure data and estimation of software quality. To estimate the software reliability, using the failure data found during of the system test. We apply the two software reliability growth models, named Goel-Okumoto(G-O) and S-shaped model, to estimate the software reliability. Also, we compared with the results and we reviewed fully not only development cycle but validation and verification of the test data, for each software versions. This paper presents a software reliability model that suitale the software development project and the activeity of quality control for the switching system.
나노 스케일 SOI MOSFET를 위한 소자설계 가이드라인

For an optimum device design of nano-scale SOI devices, this paper describes the short channel effects of multi-gate structures SOI MOSFETs such as double gate, triple gate and quadruple gate, as well as a new proposed Pi gate using computer simulation. The simulation has been performed with different channel doping concentrations, channel widths, silicon film thickness, and vertical gate extension depths of Pi gate. From the simulation results, it is found that Pi gate devices have a large margin in determination of doping concentrations, channel widths and film thickness comparing to double and triple gate devices because Pi gate devices offer a better short channel effects. 본 연구에서는 나노 스케일 SOI 소자의 최적 설계를 위하여 multi-gate 구조인 Double 게이트, Triple 게이트, Quadruple 게이트 및 새로이 제안한 Pi 게이트 SOI 소자의 단채널 현상을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 분석하였다. 불순물 농도, 채널 폭, 실리콘 박막의 두께와 Pi 게이트를 위한 vertical gate extension 깊이 등을 변수로 하여 최적의 나노 스케일 SOI 소자를 설계하기 위한 가이드라인을 제공하였다. 연구 결과로부터 Pi 게이트 SOI 소자는 Double gate나 Triple gate 소자에 비해 단채널 특성 및 subthreshold 특성이 우수하므로 채널 불순물 농도, 채널 폭 및 실리콘 박막 두께 결정에 있어서 선택의 폭이 넓음을 알 수 있었다.
