알루미늄 합금 2024에서 와이어 컷 방전가공조건에 따른 표면 거칠기 특성
이순관(Soon-Kwan Lee),류청원(Cheong-Won Ryu) 한국기계가공학회 2012 한국기계가공학회지 Vol.11 No.1
Currently, the aircraft industry, aircraft parts as well as airframe have been developed in producing, the aircraft parts and fuselages have been produced the product by cutting rather than forging and casting because of the residual stress and stress concentration. In this study, the aircraft is being used in many parts of aluminium alloy 2024 in wire-cut E.D.M. The selected experimental parameters are peak current, no-load voltage, off time and feed rate. It is found that cutting mountain part on surface roughness of the curve 0.3㎜ than 0.25㎜ diameter wire electrode is stable in many uniform distribution.
CNC선반 C축 Turn-mill 가공에 있어서 절삭공구형상이 표면 거칠기에 미치는 영향
이순관(Soon-kwan Lee) 한국기계가공학회 2017 한국기계가공학회지 Vol.16 No.4
Since the aircraft parts industry is a high-value-added industry, mass production order production, and the hundreds of thousands. Therefore, parts produced However, since these parts require high reliability and stability, a high degree of precision is required . In Korea, there on the roughness of the machined surface in cutting process. However, research on the surface roughness characteristic obtained by which is widely used for aircraft parts is still insufficient in Korea. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of turning tool rotation speed and X axis feed rate on the surface roughness of cutting tools in CNC lathes during cutting of aluminum alloy 7075.

A Simplified, New Suture Technique in mandibular vestibuloplasty provided excellent improvement in stability of stent during the healing period and shows minimal to no relapse. In this case, no graft was used. Muscle attachments were repositioned and vestibular depth was optimally increased. Exposed periosteum was healed by secondary epithelialization. Satisfactory result has been obtained with this technique over 1 year.

We have used self compression plates and screws in the treatment of carefully selected 31 cases of mandibular fractures. It provides stable fixation and compression both buccal and lingual sides of the fracture site without rotation. In these cases, this procedure can obviate the need for dental fixation in young and active patients or in patients with multiple injuries. It can also be used for fixing the mandible after osteotomy or ostectomy, for bone transplants and in the temporary transection of the mandible for the surgical treatment of malignant tumors of the tongue and floor of mouth.

High-speed machine is currently attracting considerable world-wide interest from a mould & die and aerospace industry and so on. The reason is that it is possible to achieve significant reduction is production time and cost. Moreover, it must be able to satisfy quality surface integrity of the workpiece. In this study, the experimental design with orthogonal array was applied to investigate the influence of spindle revolution, feed rate, water-soluble cutting oil and soluble cutting oil on surface integrity. It is analysed in item of workpiece surface at water-soluble cutting oil and soluble cutting oil.

In this study, the surface roughness characteristics of MBsBE were investigated according to cutting conditions. The surface characteristics of machined surface are usually investigated at various cutting conditions such as cutting speed, feed rate, cutting depth of workpiece. Experiments were conducted in a CNC lathe and the surface roughness of workpiece for dry and wet cutting were estimated. Machining was performed with cutting speed of 150, 160, 170 and 180m/min, feed rate of 0.05, 0.1, 0.15 and 0.2mm/rev. and cutting depth of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4mm respectively. As a method of evaluation, surface roughness was measured for each cutting
