        설탕 및 사료의 파지혼용 크라프트 지대 개선에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to investigate improvement of kraft paper sack mixed with recycled paper for sugars and assorted feeds. Four Plies of kraft paper mixed with recycled paper(basis weight : $80g/m^2$) were taken place of two plies of kraft paper made from all pulp(basis weight : $98g/m^2$) and one ply of kraft paper mixed with recycled paper(basis weight : $80g/m^2$) for sugar 30kg. Three Plies of kraft paper mixed with recycled paper(basis weight : $80g/m^2$) were taken place of two plies of kraft paper made from all pulp(basis weight $98g/m^2$) for sugar 15kg and assorted feed 25kg. Physical properties, tensile strength, internal tearing strength and bursting strength, were improved by exchanging kraft paper mixed with recycled paper for kraft paper from all pulp and so kraft paper sacks made from all pulp were no damage in handling. They had so high friction coefficient that there was no danger of collapse on pallet by slipperiness in transportation and handling. And they had high printability so disappearance of printing by the contact with other paper sack in transportation was not found.

        Facile Synthesis of ZnO Nanoparticles and Their Photocatalytic Activity

        This paper reports the facile synthesis methods of zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles, Z1-Z10, using diethylene glycol (DEG) and polyethylene glycol (PEG400). The particle size and morphology were correlated with the PEG concentration and reaction time. With 0.75 mL of PEG400 in 150 mL of DEG and a 20 h reaction time, the ZnO nanoparticles began to disperse from a collective spherical grain shape. The ZnO nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and a N2 adsorption–desorption studies. The Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface areas of Z4, Z5 and Z10 were 157.083, 141.559 and 233.249 m2/g, respectively. The observed pore diameters of Z4, Z5 and Z10 were 63.4, 42.0 and 134.0 Å, respectively. The pore volumes of Z4, Z5 and Z10 were 0.249, 0.148 and 0.781 cm3/g, respectively. The photocatalytic activity of the synthesized ZnO nanoparticles was evaluated by methylene blue (MB) degradation, and the activity showed a good correlation with the N2 adsorption–desorption data.

        가전제품의 하역 중 낙하충격에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to investigate dropping shock of household electric appliances during materials handling. Microwave oven($18{\ell}$), TV(16") and washing machine(6.2kg) were singled out as the study items. From the results of dropping test by KS A 1026(General Rules of Performance Testing for Packaged Freights), relative equations were gained as follow : y=0.0863x+10.032 for microwave oven, y=0.136x+7.85 for TV and y=0.214x+5.8 for washing machine (where y is G-factor and x is Dropping height). The maximum values of dropping shock during materials handling were measured to be $11{\sim}14G$ for microwave oven, $12{\sim}15G$ for TV and $10{\sim}12G$ for washing machine. The maximum shocks of microwave oven, TV and washing machine during materials handling were corresponding to dropping shocks of dropping height 45.98cm, 52.57cm and 28.97cm by KS A 1026.

        수소저장합금을 이용한 수소자동차 연료저장탱크의 수소흡수-방출거동에 관한 연구

        The hydrogen fuel tanks having hydrogen storing capacity of about 300g and 1200g are manufactured using MmNi<sub>4.7</sub>Al<sub>0.25</sub>V<sub>0.05</sub>Fe<sub>0.001</sub> alloy. They are composed of several unit reactor made of Cu-tube(outer diameter = 50.1mm, thickness = 2mm). In order to increase the heat and mass transfer property of the hydride bed, Al-plates are inserted perpendicular to axial direction at intervals of 5mm and three arteries of diameter 8mm are installed symmetrically in each unit reactor. Hydrogen absorption is proceeded about 80% within 30 minute and is completed within 60 minute at the conditions of charging hydrogen pressure of 25atm and temperature of 22℃. On desorbing hydrogen at a constant rate of 30 slm at 20℃, discharging hydrogen pressure is sustained at 3-5atm for 120 minutes. The discharging pressure is increased upto 5-8atm as the increase of the reactor temperature to 30℃. From the experimental results and the brief discussions about the hydrogen absorption and disorption behaviors of the hydrogen storage tank, it is suggested that the behaviors of hydrogen charging and discharging could be controlled by adjusting the operating parameters and the reactor design parameters.

        Acne Keloidalis Nuchae 3예

        We report three cases of acne keloidalis nuchae which showing typical clinical and histopathological findings. A 61-year-old man showed well-defined child-fist sized erythematous to skin-colored hard plaque on his posterior scalp since two years ago and was treated by surgical excision and skin graft(STSG). A 22-year-old man showed discrete pinkish to erythematous pea sized follicular papules and pustules on his occiput since seven years ago and was treated by intralesional injection of triamcinolone for several times with fair response. Finally, a 38-year-old black man showed variable sized hard round follicular papules on his posterior scalp with several grouped hairs on the center of papules and was treated by intralesional injection of triamcinolone effectively. Histopathologically, common findings were follicular and perifollicular inflammation with the infiltration of plasma cells, neutrophils, lymphohistiocytes, massive dermal fibrosis resembling scar tissue, and diminished sebaceous glands.         체조선수들의 운동열정이 마루운동 연기구성에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 체조선수들의 운동열정이 마루운동 연기구성에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 스포츠 능력믿음과 스포츠수행전략의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 대한체육회에 선수등록 된 선수들 중 제72회 전국종별체조선수권대회 마루운동 종목에 참가한 남․여 체조선수 280명 중 불성실한 응답자 13명을 제외한 총 267명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 운동열정 마루운동 연기구성에 미치는 영향에서 스포츠 능력믿음은 부분적으로 매개효과 있는 것으로 나타났지만, Sobel Test 결과, 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 운동열정이 마루운동 연기구성에 미치는 영향에서 스포츠 수행전략은 완전매개효과 및 부분적으로 매개효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 이와 같은 내용을 바탕으로 현장에서는 지도자들이 심리적 훈련기법과 병행하여 심리 행동전략 특성으로 나타나는 선수 개개인의 행동을 관찰하고 연기구성의 수준을 고려한 선수 개인별 심리 행동전략에 세심한 지도가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of exercise enthusiasm on the composition of floor exercise and verify the mediating effect of sports ability belief and sports performance strategy. Method: The subjects of this study were 267 respondents among 280 male and female gymnasts who are members of the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee participating in floor exercise at the 72th national gymnastics tournament, 13 insincere respondents were excepted. The results are as follows. Results: First, in the effect of exercise enthusiasm on the composition of floor exercise, although the sports ability belief was partially mediating, the Sobel test results were not statistically significant. Second, in the effect of exercise enthusiasm on the composition of floor exercise, sports performance strategy showed a full mediation effect and a partial mediation effect. Conclusion: Based on these findings, it is considered that the leaders should observe the behaviors of the athletes with psychological behavioral strategies in parallel with the psychological training techniques, and careful guidance is required on the psychological behavior strategies of the athletes considering the individual performance level.

      • 태풍에 의한 온실구조재의 변형도 고찰

        This research was performed to study the actual behavior of 1-2W type pipe greenhouse under the influence of typhoon by measuring the various strains in structural materials. These results can eventually be utilized in the design criteria as well as in the modification of conventional equation for calculating more realistic wind loads. The first data under the influence of Typhoon Olga arrived in Jinju on Aug. 1999 were obtained by strain gage with 10 sensor points. According to the data obtained, the typical variation of strain depending on wind pattern could be observed. The strains in structural frame were fluctuated very sensitively depending on the direction and magnitude of wind velocity. But some of the data were lost or missed by system's failure. A kind of inherent vibration pattern of greenhouse pipe frame was observed from the plotted data, but this phenomenon is not so clear as to be separated from the overall fluctuation so far. This experimental research is expected to be continued as a long term project to measure and analyze the strain pattern of structural frame depending On the various locations and section characteristics by way of adopting more efficient instrument with sufficient number of measuring points and accuracy.
