SYNOPEX Inc. is aiming to pursue green growth as an eco-friendly company that focuses on the water and IT industries. In regards to water the company has 22 years experience in manufacturing water treatment filters, in particular micro depth cartridge filters, and was the first Korean company to use melt-blown technology. the company established the Advanced Membrane Analysis & Process Research Center for new advanced membrane R&D, making improvements based on membrane analysis technologies obtained through academic-industrial cooperation with Korea University. The role of this center is selecting optimum membranes and providing consulting for water treatment plants (WTP), wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), water reuse plants (WRP) and seawater reverse osmosis plants (SWRO) with the aim of being a certified agency for Korean and International membranes in the future. Currently, the company is focusing on mobile and stationary water purification system (WPS), water reuse treatment and fluoride removal treatment system.
아스팔트 노반 혼합물 재료구성에 따른 진동 발생 및 강성차이 분석

노반의 지지력과 주행쾌적성을 개선 시키기 위하여 아스팔트노반의 도입이 고려되고 있다. 아스팔트노반은 혼합물의 구성차이에 따라 역학적 특성이 매우 다르다. 본 연구에서는 마샬다짐에 따라 2가지의 아스팔트 바인더(Straight, CRM)를 이용한 아스팔트 노반용 밀입도 아스팔트 혼합물 시편을 제작한 후 마샬안정도시험 및 간접인장강도시험 등의 역학시험을 실시하여 혼합물 사이의 역학적 특성차이를 분석하였다. 또한 충격공진주 및 충격가진시험을 실시하여 넓은 대역의 온도변화에 따른 동탄성계수(|E*|) 발생특성을 분석하였으며 혼합물별로 충격시의 진동저감 효과를 비교분석하였다. 이와 같은 공학적특성은 향후 아스팔트 노반설계에 설계요소로서 반영될 수 있을 것이다. It is considered to introduce asphalt trackbed foundation in order to provide better bearing capacity and good quality of ride. Mechanical properties of the asphalt mixes are changes with different composition of binder materials and GSD etc. In this study, two different asphalt mixes (straight and CRM: crump rubber modified) are prepared by Marshall compaction method so that Marshall stability tests and Indirect Tensile Tests (IDT) are performed to investigate difference of engineering properties. Small impact echo tests are performed also to obtain difference of vibration attenuation and dynamic modulus with change of temperature. The obtained test results can be used as design parameters for the trackbed foundation using asphalt mixtures.
