        사료 내 은행잎과 호박 첨가 급여가 육계의 성장, 소장 내 미생물 균총, 혈액 생화학 분석 및 체조직 내 항산화 작용에 미치는 영향

        은행잎 및 호박 분말 첨가가가 육계의 성장, 혈액내 생화학분석, 체 조직내에 항산화 방어 체계 및 소장내 미생물 균총에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 3일령 육계 120수를 각 처리구당 24수씩 대조구(CON) 및 은행잎 2.5%(GK2.5), 5.0%(GK5.0)와 호박 2.5%(PK2.5), 5.0%(PK5.0) 등 5처리구에 완전 임의 배치하여 사양 시험을 실시하였다. 전체 시험 기간(3∼35일령)의 사료 섭취량은 PK2.5구에서 GK5.0 및 PK5.0구들에 비해 유의하게(P<0.05) 낮았으며, 사료 요구율은 은행잎과 호박을 각각 5.0% 급여한 GK5.0구와 PK5.0구가 다른 처리구들과 비교하여 유의적으로(P<0.05) 증가되었다. 혈액내 중성지방은 PK5.0구가 다른 첨가구들보다 높았으며(P<0.05), ALT는 GK5.0 및 PK5.0구에서 GK2.5구보다 현저히(P<0.05) 높았다. 소장점막세포의 SOD 및 GSH-Px 활성도는 은행잎 및 호박 첨가 급여구가 대조구보다 유의적으로 증가되었다(P<0.05). 간 조직에서는 GK2.5구에서 대조구에 비해 SOD, GST 및 GSH-Px 활성도가 유의적으로(P<0.05) 증가되었다. 또한 근육조직에서도 GST 활성도는 은행잎 및 호박 첨가 급여구가 대조구보다 유의적으로(P<0.05) 높았다. 그러나 소장점막세포 및 근육조직의 지질과산화(MDA) 수준은 PK5.0구에서 타 처리구에 비해 증가되는(P<0.05) 결과를 보였다. 장내 소화물의 총 E. coli 균총(CFU)은 은행잎이나 호박을 첨가한 급여구에서 대조구에 비해 현저히(P<0.05)감소되었다. 이상의 결과를 보아, 은행잎 및 호박 분말 2.5%수준은 육계의 소장 점막세포, 간 및 근육조직의 특정 항산화효소 활성도를 증가시키며, 대장에서 대장균 총균수를 감소시켜 육계의 사료내 천연 항산화 소재로서 이용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. The current study was performed to develop natural bio-active substances as additives for the production of high quality broiler chickens. A total of 120 male 3 day-old broiler chicks were randomly allocated to CON (control), GK2.5 (ginkgo leaf 2.5%), GK5.0 (ginkgo leaf 5.0%), PK2.5 (pumpkin 2.5%) and PK5.0 (pumpkin 5.0%) of five groups in cages (24 birds per group). All birds were fed corresponding diets from 3 to 35 d of age and determined growth performance and biological parameters including blood biochemical profiles, antioxidant status and intestinal microflora. During the entire feeding trial, GK5.0 and PK5.0 groups resulted in a significantly (P<0.05) higher FCR than GK2.5 and PK2.5 groups. Plasma triglyceride significantly (P<0.05) increased in GK5.0 group compared with the other groups, and the level of alanine transaminase (ALT) increased (P<0.05) in GK5.0 and PK5.0 groups compared with that in PK2.5 group. Dietary addition of ginkgo leaf and pumpkin significantly (P<0.05) increased superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in the small intestine. Also, the addition of 2.5% ginkgo leaf significantly (P<0.05) increased the activities of SOD, GSH-Px and glutathione-S-transferase (GST) in the liver. Futhermore, muscle GST activity significantly (P<0.05) enhanced by dietary addition of ginko leaf and pumpkin. However, the level of lipid peroxidation (MDA) in the small intestine and muscle turned to be higher (P<0.05) in PK5.0 group. The colony forming units (CFU) of E. coli in intestinal digesta significantly (P<0.05) decreased in both ginko leaf and pumpkin supplemented groups compared with CON group. In conclusion, dietary addition of 2.5% ginko leaf and pumpkin as dietary sources can be applicable for the production of high quality broiler chickens.

        초등 여교사의 명예퇴직 이유에 대한 Q방법론적 분석

        본 연구는 초등 여교사의 명예퇴직 이유를 Q방법론으로 분석한 연구이다. 먼저 선행 문헌연구에서 드러난 명예퇴직 이유를 참고하고, 실제로 명퇴한 초등교사 4명과, 상담심리 전문가 1인의 면담을 통해 명예퇴직의 이유를 나타낸다고 생각되는 문항 78개를 추출하였다. 다음으로 명퇴교사 1인과 상담심리 전문가 1인, 교육학 교수와의 논의와 자문을 거쳐, 최종 34개의 진술문을 채택하였다. 이 진술문을 명퇴한 초등 여교사 41명으로 하여금 9점 척도의 Q분류 분포도 상에 강제 배분하도록 한 후, 개인면담을 통해 그 이유를 구체화하였다. 그 결과 28명의 대상자가 최종 유형에 포함되었으며, 가장 동의하거나 부정하는 진술문과 식별문항 중심으로 해석하여 명퇴 이유를 5가지 유형으로 분류하였다. 제1유형은 소진형, 제2유형은 안전추구형, 제3유형은 제2의 인생설계형, 제4유형은 현실문제탈피형, 제5유형은 개인행복추구형으로 명명하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 명예퇴직을 희망하는 교사와 체계적 명예퇴직 제도의 수립을 위한 방안을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to understand the reasons of voluntary retirement of female teachers in elementary schools by using Q-methodology. Seventy-eight Q statements representing the reasons of voluntary retirement were drawn from literature review and interviews, with four retired female teachers and one counseling specialist. Finally, thirty-four Q statements were selected by a female retired teacher, a specialist in counseling and a professor majoring in education. The sample was consisted of 28 female retired teachers. They were asked to rank-order Q statements on the 9-point continuum, then explain the reasons why they made the orders. The result of the Q analysis was classified into five types, based on the interpretation of the most agreed and the most disagreed statements: 1) burn-out, 2) pursuit of safety 3) planning for new life, 4) escaping from reality problems, 5) pursuit of individual happiness. It is suggested that the needs and the directions of policy for voluntary retirement teachers based on the results of this study. The findings and the implications are discussed.

      • Donne 과 Hopkins 의 Sonnet 에 나타난 극적형식

        The drama in the sonnets of Donne and Hopkins usually takes the form of an address to God, to the poet himself, or the poet's fellow men, giving us a three-dimensional view of the poets' approach to God. This three-fold variation in the persons addressed allows us to see: their humility curbing egotistical emotions when communing with God; their endeavours to reason themselves into what they believe their position before God ought to be, when they address themselves; and in the sonnets through which they attempt to speak to mankind, their attempt to persuade others to see God and the spiritual life as they see it. This dramatic mode of expression is most effective in the 'terrible' and the 'Holy'sonnets, where it admits the reader into the innermost depths of the poets' minds and hearts, in a manner similar to that of the soliloquy. Both poets begin many of their sonnets with an abrupt exclamation. Many of the sonnets are also sharply divided by a break between octave and sestet, and, when this occurs, the opening of the sestet is often just as boldly exclamatory as is the opening of the sonnet. Often the first line of the sestet also marks a change of address from one person to another, and may also thus bring about a sudden difference in tension or emotion - this change adding in itself to the dramatic qualities of the sonnets. The dramatic form of the sonnets of both poets gives us an insight into the close relationship which exists between the poets and God. When they address God their complete dependence upon His grace becomes apparent in the poets' own words. Yet their reproaches to God as they suffer from the want of His grace never reflect a questioning of their belief in the reality of His divine and loving nature.

      • 대두박에 대한 extrusion처리 및 formaldehyde처리가 젖소의 반추위내 in situ분해율에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of temperature of extrusion processing on ruminal degradation characteristics of soybean meal. Four ruminally cannulated Holstein cows were employed to in situ trial and treatments were composed of soybean meals untreated(Control), extruded at 115, 130 and 155℃, and treated with 0.3% formaldehyde(HCHO). The nylon bags were suspended for 0, 3, 6, 9, 12 and 24 hours in the rumen, respectively. Animals fed the diet of 50 : 50 in concentrate and orchard grass hay at 110% of NRC(1988) requirements, and were freely access to water and mineral block. The regression equations for degradation characteristics and effective degradability(ED) of crude protein of soybean meals in the rumen were obtained as follows. Control P = 26.41 + 69.86(1-e^-0.041t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 57.89% 115℃ extrusion P = 3.39 + 44.76(1-e^-0.013t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 12.63% 130℃ extrusion P = 2.79 + 56.60(1-e^-0.015t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 15.85% 155℃ extrusion P = 1.71 + 31.48(1-e^-0.018t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 0.04% 0.3% HCHO P = 7.23 + 35.14(1-e^-0.015t) ; ED(k=0.05) = 15.34% where, P = Degradability during the time(t) suspended in the rumen, k = Passage rate at the rumen(%/hr/100). Ruminal degradabilities of dry matter, crude protein, organic matter and energy significantly (P<.01) decreased by extrusion or HCHO treatments, but did not affected by the temperature of extrusion processing. The ruminal degradation of soybean meals treated extrusion and formaldehyde, paticularly crude protein, was low beyond expectation.
