N/A From January 1984 to April 1985, endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography with fiberduoednoscope(Olympus JF-B4), were performed at Daegu Fatima Hospital on 95 patients with hepatobiliary or pancreatico-duodenal diseases. Total patients were allocated to three groups based on the underlying disease with stone, cancer or various conditions. In addition, liver function tests were analyzed to have whether the presence of difference between control and disease groups. The results are as follows: 1) The ratio of males to females in the group of 95 case was 1.5: 1, and the average was 54. 2 years with a range from 18 to 82 years. 2) Successful rate for cannulation was 81. 9%, as a whole, and the rate for selective cannulation into bile duct or pancreatic duct was in 81.9% and in 81.8% respectively. 3) Among total 95 cases, 63 were the patients with biliary tract diseases, 11, hepatic parencnymal diseases, 4, periampullary cancer, 15, pancreatic diseases and 2, duodenal diverticulosis. Of the total patients, allocated to three groups, 43 cases were confirmed to have stone disease, 26, cancer and 26,various diseases. 4) About one-half of cases in the both stone or various disease groups, were found to have jaundice, while most of case in the cancer group were found to have jaundice. 5) Direct bilirubin/Total bilirubin ratio was 0.35+-0.09 in control group, 0.44+-0.10 in various group, aid 0.48+-0.09 in cancer group. And the ratio of DB/TB were elevated significantly in the disease groups than that in control group as well as in the cancer group than that in both stone or various disease groups(p<0.01, p<0.001) 6) Thc ratio of SGOT/SGPT were 1.11+-0.19 in the control group, l.2+-0.6 in stone group l.0+-0.6 in the various disease group, and l.6+-0.9 in the cancer group. The ratio of SGOT/SGPT was elevatedignificantly in the cancer group than that in the control group (p <0.05). 7) The levels of serum alkaline phosphatase was 8.46+-2.6 King-Armstrongs units in the control group, 11.37+-9.46 in the stone group, 9.99+-8.71 in the various disease group, and 23.02+-12. 71 in the cancer group. Then the levels of alkaline phosphatase were elevated significantly in the cancer group than that in the control group(p<0.001).

The G2B system is one of the important information systems in the e-government implementation. It is difficult to measure the cost reduction effect of the system introduction because there are many participants in the complex procurement processes. Previous approaches of the performance evaluation of such processes have been based on conducting some surveys and interviews with statistical methods. Therefore there have been some limitations in the verification of feasibility. Therefore this study tries to suggest a case of performance evaluation about the cost reduction in using of the G2B system by analyzing operational DB data from the G2B system. This study analyzed the procurement processes of G2B system according to ‘goods’ and ‘facilities/services’ and classified the procurement processes into 12 sub-processes. By developing an evaluation model for the cost reduction of e-procurement, we derived the whole cost reduction effect was 8,000 billon Won for the use of Korea KONEPS G2B system in 2008. Specially the cost reduction in the private sector was 6,600 billion Won. It was mainly due to the decrease of the offline visits to the related organizations to participate a bidding process. Moreover, the cost reduction of using shopping mall was 1,000 billion Won among the total 1,400 billion Won in the whole public sector. The main contribution of this paper is to show the more objective evaluation result of the use of e-procurement, which verifies the necessity of G2B system.
선도기업과 후발기업에 따른 개방형 혁신활동이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

There have been many studies that open innovation activities have positive on firm performance. However, the previous studies have shown conflicting results, depending on the characteristics of companies or the timing of the product launch. This study empirically compares open innovation performance of first-mover companies and follower companies. The analyses are performed on the samples of the Korean Innovation Survey 2010 companies that explored external information and performed R&D cooperation. The results indicate that open innovation activities can have different effects depending on a company’s status in the market. For the first-mover companies, the intensity of utilizing external information has greater impact on the firm’s performance than the diversity of it. By contrast, for the follower companies, the diversity of utilizing external information has greater impact on the firm’s performance than the intensity of it.. In terms of R&D cooperation, the external cooperation is found not to have significant effects on a first-mover company’s performance. However, external R&D cooperation of a follower company is showing positive impact on the firm’s performance. The implication of the study is to analyze the firm’s Open-Innovation performance by comparing first-mover companies with follower companies. Therefore, companies need to execute the Open-Innovation strategy by considering firm characteristics or the timing of the product launch.
전자정부 G2B 시스템 도입에 따른 탄소저감효과 분석을 위한 모델 및 방법론 개발

최근 온난화 현상에 따른 범세계적 위기가 초래됨에 따라 선진국을 중심으로 교토의정서가 체결되었으며, 이를 계기로 온실가스 규제가 본격화되기 시작하였다. 또한 교토의정서의 교토유연성체계라는 시장메커니즘이 도입되어 온실가스 배출에 대한 소유권이 설정되고, 수급에 따라 배출권 가격이 형성되는 등 새로운 무형의 자원을 거래하는 탄소시장이 등장하게 되었다. 학계에서는 탄소배출효과를 측정하는 방법론과 이를 탄소배출권의 경제적 비용으로 전환하고자 하는 연구들이 태동하기 시작하였다. 본 연구에서는 전자정부 정보화사업 중 하나인 G2B 시스템을 통해 전통적인 조달업무 프로세스가 온라인화 됨에 따라 저감되는 탄소 배출저감효과 즉, e-transformation화에 따른 탄소저감효과를 측정하는 ECRE(Evaluation of CO₂ Reduction in E-transformation)모델과 절차를 제시하고자 한다. ECRE 모델은 세계기후협의체(IPCC)의 방법론을 근간으로 하여 크게 ‘이동 수단에 따른 탄소저감효과’, ‘종이문서 절감에 따른 탄소저감효과’ 2가지의 탄소배출량을 측정하고 이를 탄소배출권의 경제적 비용으로 환산한다. 또한 본 연구에서는 탄소저감효과를 효과적으로 측정하기 위하여 5단계와 10개의 세부절차로 구성된 절차를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 ECRE 모델과 절차를 이용하여 정부기관은 물론 온실가스 규제를 받게 되는 에너지 환경기업 등에서 정보화사업을 통한 탄소감축 실적의 추정 및 추가적인 정보화사업 추진으로 기대되는 탄소저감효과를 사전에 시뮬레이션해 볼 수 있는 도구로서 활용이 기대된다. As a part of efforts to reduce the global emissions of greenhouse gases, the Kyoto Protocol was signed by major developed countries (“Annex I” countries). According to the Kyoto protocol, the Emission Trading Scheme that derives a trading market of the CO₂ emission rights is appeared. It causes that business institutions give lots of efforts to reduce CO₂ by using new environmentally sound technologies or increasing efficiency in production. On the while there have been several studies trying to develop a methodology to measure the effect of CO₂ reduction and its monetary value. In this research we suggest ECRE (Evaluation of CO₂ Reduction in E-transformation) model which can measure the CO₂ reduction effect through the introduction of G2B system. ECRC model was developed based on the IPCC methodology. ECRC model measures the two major effects of the CO₂ reduction which are ‘CO₂ reduction effect from transportation’ and ‘CO₂ reduction effect from the decrease of paper use’. In this paper, we calculate the economic effect of CO₂ reduction with the case of the G2B system in Korea. This research suggests a basic methodology to measure the CO₂ reduction performance for the e-transformed institution.

지식의 창출 및 관리와 활용은 국가 경쟁력제고를 위하여 매우 중요한 것이다. 우리나라에서도 국가지식정보자원을 발굴하고 디지털화하여 국가지식포털을 통하여 관리하며 국민들에게 서비스하고 유통을 활성화 시키고자 하고 있다. 원활한 지직정보자원의 유통을 위하여 지식 정보자원관리사업을 통해 여러 보유기관이 가진 국가지식정보자원의 식별과 연계를 위하여 디지털컨텐츠 식별체계인 지식정보 UCI를 국가지식정보자원에 부여해 왔다. 그러나 일부 지식정보자원 보유기관이 자체활용하고 있는 내부식별체계를 지식정보 UCI상에서 식별이 어렵고 지식정보 UCI 구문구조 자체에 해당 지식정보자원에 대한 정보를 판독하기가 어려워서 지식정보자원의 관리 및 다양한 응용에 한계점이 드러나고 있다. 따라서 기존 지식정보 UCI을 보완하여 타식별체계를 수용하고 디지털컨텐츠가 가진 특성을 구문구조상에 파악할 수 있는 의미기반 구문구조의 개발이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 지식정보 UCI와 타 식별체계표준, 주요메타데이터를 분석하여 구문구조 개발방향을 제시하고 구문구조 내에 반영 가능한 요인들을 도출하였다. 또한 각 개발 방향에 맞는 대안을 제시하고 검증하여 최종적으로 기존의 지식정보UCI 보다 구문구조상의 의미가 더 풍부해진 지식정보 UCI를 개발한 사례를 제시한다.

The true north-finding equipment utilizing gyro sensor is used for INS(Inertial Navigation System) and has an increasing preference for gyro compass system due to compact size, lightening, low power and price. The purpose of this experiment is to research gyro compass system providing high performance in the field of manned or unmanned gyro compass system which proposes the accuracy of 1% utilizing experimented equipment at true north of the earth. Unlike the conventional system, the proposed gyro sensor system indicates to be applied in the various and specific equipment using multiple technique and method.
