Over the past few years, a wide variety of techniques have been developed which make a reliable recognition of speech signal. Multi-layer perceptron(MLP) which has excellent pattern recognition properties is one of the most versatile networks in the area of speech recognition. This paper describes an automatic speech recognition system which use both MLP and lexicon. In this system., the recognition is performed by a network search algorithm which matches words in lexicon to MLP output scores. We also suggest a recognition algorithm which incorperat durational information of each phone, whose performance is comparable to that of conventional continuous HMM(CHMM). Performance of the system is evaluated on the database of 26 vocabulary size from 9 speakers. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm achieves error rate of 7.3% which is 5.3% lower rate than 12.6% of CHMM.
모기유충에 대한 살충성 Bacillus thuringiensis H9B 균주의 특성

모기유충에 독성을 나타내는 B. thuringiensis H9B 균주를 토양에서 분리선별하였다. Bt H9B 균주의 생화학적 특성과 편모항원응집 반응시험에서 Btd와 아주 유사하였다. Bt H9B 균주의 내독소는 Btd 73E10-2의 내독소와 이중면역확산시험에서 완전히 일치하는 침강선을 나타내었다. Bt H9B 균주의 내독소와 Bti의 내독소를 0.1 N NaOH 용액에 용해하여 SDS-Polyacrylamide gel 상에서 전기영동한 결과 Bti의 내독소에는 용혈성 단백질 (28 kd)이 함유되어 있음을 확인하였으나 Bt H9B 균주의 내독소에는 28 kd의 단백질 단편이 존재하지 않았다. 내독소의 모기유충(A. aegypti)에 대한 독성시험에서 Bt H9B 균주의 LC_(50)는 70 ng/㎖였고, Bti의 내독소와 Btd 73E10-2의 내독소의 LC_(50)는 각각 26 ng/㎖와 186 ng/㎖로서 Bt H9B 균주의 내독소는 Btd 73E10-2의 내독소에 비해 약 2∼3배 정도 모기유충에 대해 강한 독성을 나타내었으며, 또한 적혈구에 대한 용혈성은 Bt H9B 균주의 내독소가 Btd 73E10-2의 내독소 보다 약 2배 정도 강하게 나타났다. The delta-endotoxin of B. thuringiensis subsp. israelensis contains hemolysin fragment (28 kd) on SDS-PAGE when the delta-endotoxin was solubilized in alkali, while that of the strain H9B does not contain 28 kd protein. In the biological activity, the delta-endotoxin of strain H9B was 2 or 3 times stronger than that of the strain 73E10-2; The LC_(50) against mosquito larvae (Aedes agypti) of delta-endotoxin from the strain H9B is 70 ng/㎖, and that from B. thuringiensis subsp. israelensis and the strain 73E10-2 is 26 ng/㎖, 186 ng/㎖ respectively.; The hemolytic activity of delta-endotoxin from the strain H9B has twice stronger than that from the strain 73E10-2.
