朝鮮朝 太視一純宗代에 이르기까지 27王 519년 동안 고려시대부터 시행된 科擧制度를 開國初부터 받아 들여 資格 · 區分 ·科目 ·方法 ·期間 ·種類 ·敎育 ·任用 과정 등 복잡한 절차를 상세하게 論하였을 뿐만 아니라 登科 이후 禮遇에 이르기까지 그 절차를 중점적으로 記述 하였다. 한편 科試 及第者 총수와 氏族別 登科者 수를 記錄하여 門閥을 중요시하였던 朝鮮時代의 주요 家門을 병기하였다. 이는 다만 예시에 중점을 두었을 뿐 약간의 통계상의 차오가 있을 것임을 독자들의 많은 理解를 바라는 마음이다.

현 정부의 4대 개혁 정책의 실효성이 의문시되는 가운데 상업발전을 통한 사회번영과 국가발전을 제시하였던 조선후기 중상학파의 선구자인 농암 유수원의 개혁사상을 통해 그 당시의 상업정책을 살펴보는 것은 의미 있는 일이라 할 것이다. 농암은 그의 개서인 「우서」를 통해 신분질서의 문제점을 지적하면서 상업정책의 개혁을 주장하였다. 특히 현 정부가 안고있는 상업정책의 여러 문제점 중에서 대기업과 중소기업 간의 대립의 조정문제는 매우 심각한데, 농암은 그 당시 합과 또는 동과라는 것을 통하여 국가 재정의 중심이 되는 대상인을 육성하면서 소상인의 이익을 위해 대상인과 제휴하는 상업정책론을 제시한것은 시사하는바가 크다.
Hydrodynamically Focused Particle Filtration Using an Island Structure

We propose a particle filtration method based on hydrodynamic focusing. Three microchannels associated for the filtration were networked with an island structure to control a boundary to limit particle sizes. By adjusting the ratios of hydraulic resistances of the three microchannels, the boundary distance was controlled. Using hydrodynamic focusing in the microfluidic network, we have successfully designed and tested the device to filtrate particles of 10 μm and 20 μm. The proposed method can continuously separate particles by size. Thus, the proposed separation method can be applicable for many fields in biology and biomedical engineering.
『제일 파란 눈』: 인종적 수치심의 전승과정에 관한 고찰

The Bluest Eye (1970) written by Toni Morrison illustrates the process of establishment of the racial shame in an African American family in 1940. Pecola, a little black girl, who prays for the bluest eyes for more than one year represents the shameful side of the African American identity as the result of white supremacy among both of the black and the white. Her parents from the South had experienced the symbolic racial humiliating events by the whites respectively on the aspect of gender and race. The parents’ trauma and poverty transmit to their children. And the majority of inhabitants in Lorain having accepted the white supremacy give destructive effect on Pecola. This paper, based on the family theory by John Bradshaw and the trauma theory by Judith Herman, analyzes consequences of the exclusion from the parents and of the daily accumulation of racial humiliating events by the inhabitants. The racial identity of the older generation is degenerated and the younger generation succeeds to the racial shame. Therefore, this paper eventually examines Morrison’s assumption for the survival of the black community to break the transmission of the racial shame.
Droplet-based Immunomagnetic Cell Separation

This paper presents a droplet-based immunomagnetic cell sorter with high cell separation efficiency and a microfluidic cell sorter integrated with a microfluidic mixer and reaction chamber that were provided for the serial cell separation. The conventional matrix-based MACS magnetically activated cell sorter) separates cells with high separation efficiency, however the tiny gaps of the steel bead matrix can damage or trap the cells. The droplet-based MACS (dMACS) system has a high recovery ratio with comparable high separation efficiency due to its nonmatrix structure. The slight agitation of cells in droplet, however, cause high false negative ratio. Therefore, we added a buffer container underneath the droplet, which improved the recovery ratio of negative cells. Agitation of the cell suspension was suppressed, which in turn reduced the false positive and negative ratio to less than 3%. The small volume of the droplet of the dMACS limited its application; therefore we integrated the dMACS system with a microfluidic chip that contained a mixer and a reaction chamber to allow continuous separation of the cell suspension. The droplets of negative cells were serially dripped down to a collection reservoir with the addition of buffer. The cell separation efficiency in the microfluidic chip was not as high as dMACS, however the results demonstrated the feasibility of continuous separation in a microfluidic chip.
