Granuloma annulare (GA) is a common non-infectious granulomatous disease. Generalized GA is the second most common variant of GA. It is often associated with recalcitrant disease progression despite treatment. The lesion of generalized GA typically presents widespread papules that coalesce to form annular plaques over the whole body. We report a case of a patient with disseminated papules and coalescing annular plaques, primarily involving the intertriginous area and mimicking tinea corporis or cruris. Histopathological findings confirmed the lesion as GA. This case underscored the unusual clinical presentation of generalized GA. A case of GA localized to the intertriginous area has rarely been reported. Given the recalcitrant nature of the disease, dermatologists should consider generalized GA as a differential diagnosis in patients with an annular lesion involving the intertriginous area. Thus, we report this as an atypical case of generalized GA localized to the intertriginous area. (Korean J Dermatol 2021;59(10):797∼800)

한방병원에 내원한 암환자 52명에 대한 NK cell Activity 특성 분석

Objectives: This study was aimed to analyze the correlation of clinical characteristics of cancer patients treated with Korean Medicine and their natural killer cell activity (NKA). Methods: The medical records of 52 cancer patients who conducted NKA test at Cheonan Korean Medicine Hospital of Daejeon University from March 2016 to May 2018 were reviewed. NKA was determined at Seegene Medical institute using NK Vue Gold(R) kit, evaluating activated $IFN-{\gamma}$ by enzyme immunoassay after incubation of whole blood. Careful investigations were conducted by categorizing the patients by their sex, origin, stage, ECOG scale, and conventional treatment type. We used data from the medical records and statistical analysis using SPSS 25.0 V. Results: The average NKA of all patients was $623.1{\pm}722.0pg/mL$. The NKA value was higher for females than for males. No correlation was evident between age and NKA, but patients aged over 70 years had the lowest NKA average result. Stage III and IV patients showed clearly lower NKA values when compared to stage I and II patients. NKA and ECOG scale values showed no evident relationship. Conclusions: This study presented the characteristics of NKA in cancer patients treated with Korean medicine. The NKA result differed by gender and stage. Based on these findings, further study is needed regarding the clinical meaning of NKA.

웹기반 참고정보원은 참고정보원으로서 가치 있는 웹자원을 선정?정리하여 주제별 또는 유형별로 도서관 홈페이지를 통해 제공하는 것이다. 본 연구는 대학도서관을 중심으로 주제별 웹기반 참고정보원의 개념과 분류체계의 의의를 살펴보고 국내외 사례를 조사?분석하였다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 대학도서관 웹기반 참고정보원을 위한 주제별 분류체계 구축방안을 도출하고 이에 따라 설계한 10개의 대분류와 101개의 중분류로 구성된 분류체계안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop a plan for subject classification scheme of web-based reference resources in the university library which provides selected and organized scholarly web resources. For this study, literature research, case study and survey were performed. Based upon the result of analysis and survey, a new subject classification was suggested in terms of 10 main divisions and 101 sub-divisions.

북한의 사회주의 경제관리 비교 연구

가계, 기업, 정부의 유인에 의해 이루어지는 생산 및 분배, 유통 및 소비가 사회주의 경제이론에서는 철저한 계획(planning)을 통해 이루어진다. 계획과 함께 사회주의 계획경제의 핵심적인 특징은 국가의 직접적인 관료적 통제(direct bureaucratic control)인데 이것을 북한에서 ‘경제관리’라고 한다. 본 연구에서는 7월 1일 경제관리개선조치가 시행된 2002년부터 2019년까지 김정일 시기와 김정은 시기의 사회주의 경제관리를 비교 연구하였다. 북한 문헌 『경제연구』의 문헌분석과 병행하여 텍스트마이닝을 통한 빈도분석 및 시각화를 하였다. 빈도분석 결과 상위 30개 단어 중에 김정일 시기에만 포함되는 단어는 ‘원칙’, ‘개선’, ‘정치’, ‘체계’, ‘단위’ 등이다. 반면 김정은 시기에만 상위 30위에 포함되는 키워드는 ‘활동’, ‘우리’, ‘주인’, ‘나라’, ‘책임’, ‘근로자’이다. 김정일 시기 경제관리에 있어 ‘원칙과 정치를 중시하고 단위에 따라 체계적으로 관리’를 하였다면, 김정은 시기의 경제관리는 ‘우리가 나라의 주인이 되어 책임을 가지고 활동’하는 것을 강조하고 있다. 김정일 시기 경제관리에서는 ‘계획’, ‘국가’가 상위를 차지하고 있고, 김정은 시기경제관리에서는 ‘발전’, ‘생산’, ‘실현’, ‘기술’의 키워드 빈도가 높다. 이를 통해 전통적 사회주의 계획경제 체제에서 ‘국가가 원칙에 따라 계획하고 개선’하는 경제관리가 ‘과학기술을 기반으로 발전하고 실현’하는 경제관리로 변화하고 있음 키워드 분석을 통해 알 수 있다. Production, distribution, and consumption made by the incentives of households, companies, and governments are carried out through “planning” in socialist economic theory. Along with the plan, a key feature of the socialist economy is the direct bureaucratic control of the state, which is called “economic management” in North Korea. In this study, socialist economic management during the Kim Jong-il period and the Kim Jong-un period was compared and studied from 2002 to 2019, when economic management improvement measures were implemented on July 1. In parallel with the literature analysis of the North Korean literature Economic Research, frequency analysis and visualization were performed through text mining. According to the frequency analysis, among the top 30 words, the words included only in the Kim Jong Il period are ‘principle’, ‘improvement’, ‘politics’, ‘system’, and ‘unit’. On the other hand, the keywords included in the top 30 during Kim Jong Un's time alone are “activity,” “us,” “owner,” “country,” “responsibility,” and “worker.” If “principles and politics were valued and systematically managed according to units” in economic management during the Kim Jong-il period, economic management during the Kim Jong-un period emphasizes that “we become the masters of the country and act with responsibility.” In the economic management of Kim Jong-il period, “plan” and “state” are at the top, and in the economic management of Kim Jong-un period, keywords of “development”, “production”, “realization” and “technology” are frequently used. Through this, it can be seen from keyword analysis that economic management, which “the state plans and improves according to principles” in the traditional socialist planned economy system, is changing to economic management that “develops and realizes based on science and technology.”

대만해협과 심리전 ― 냉전시기 대만과 중국의 삐라를 중심으로 ―

This study analyzes the psychological warfare between China and Taiwan, focusing on the pira sprayed across the Taiwan Strait during the Cold War. As is well known, the second Taiwan Strait Crisis, which occurred under the banner of Taiwan"s "Reclam China" and China"s "Liberate Taiwan," is a artillery battle that fired large-scale shells at its opponents, and a psychological war in which various forms of acceleration broadcasts, propaganda broadcasts, and propaganda leaflets were distributed. The two sides carry out an omnidirectional psychological war to promote their ideology and ideas and induce the opponent"s loss and surrender of war. Among them, psychological warfare using propaganda leaflets has been recognized as a very effective psychological warfare method in that it could be exposed to many enemies. In addition, it was frequently used because it has excellent accessibility as a non-institutional medium that can deliver information to ordinary people who cannot access institutional media such as newspapers, magazines, radio, and broadcasting. The purpose of this article is largely divided into two. First, we look at various psychological warfare methods operated by China and Taiwan, and analyze psychological warfare using Pira among them. In particular, it analyzes the association of messages and images contained in beepers produced and distributed by China and Taiwan, and examines the mutual perception underlying them. Second, by deriving the prototypicity of the beepers of both sides and tracking the production purpose and operation logic of the beepers, we would like to understand the negative strategy and Propaganda Campaign of China and Taiwan.

사이버모델하우스 인터랙티브 디자인 실용성에 관한 연구

As in all the model houses previously provide information of be being built house to customers. By the Cyber Model House, controlling the final shape of the buildings and options interactive, customers could have the substance of information what they want, maximize satisfaction and also could understand the descriptions easily. Such as VR system would adapted to not only the Cyber Model House but also the other industries parts and a e-commercial transaction bring up to basic model. It is hard to choose the primary process for the Cyber Model House which is in developing step. However, we could expect the trends from response of customers and various competition processes. Therefore, development process of Cyber Model House would depend on efficient information communication and experience process. In this research, extents analyzing general idea and tendency of information design, comprehend practical use and problems of the Cyber Model House, and to present advanced direction of the Cyber Model House interactive design.

l Patch testing-recommended cases 1) Etiological diagnosis of allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) and allergic contact dermatitis syndrome (ACDS) : Algorithmic approach of problems is an efficient way to reach a good evaluation in terms of diagnosis and managements of ACD. Patch testing has a key role in this algorithmic approach. 2) Differential diagnosis of ACD versus irritant contact dermatitis (ICD) 3) Eczematous conditions considered endogeneous (eg. atopic dermatitis, nummular dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, asteatotic dermatitis, stasis dermatitis, eczematous lesions around leg ulcers, pompholyx, lichenification, and hyperkeratotic eczema on palm and sole). : Its results permit further avoidance of contact allergens in the management of eczematous conditions. l Patch test procedure 1) The allergens are mixed with a non-allergic material (petrolatum, alcohol, water) to a suitable concentration. 2) They are then placed in direct contact with the skin within Finn Chamber^{^®}. - The substances incorporated in a semisolid base are applied directly into the chamber. - For liquid, a filter-paper disk is placed in the chamber and saturated with the liquid. 3) Finn Chambers should be applied to the back starting with the lower part and pressing the chambers from below to let the air escape. - Preferred site is upper back. False-negative reaction can be obtained when testing on the lower back or volar forearms. 4) Patches should be left under occlusion for 48 hours. l Allergens in patch test 1) Screening patch test series include standard series, cosmetic series, fragrance series, rubber series, dental series and T.R.U.E test^® etc. T.R.U.E test^® is a commercially available patch-test screening tool with US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval. 2) The T.R.U.E. test^® allergens were incorporated into a hydrophilic gel that is dried into a thin film. When applied to skin, this film becomes hydrated by skin moisture and the allergen is released. 3) As is series - Patients` own cosmetics (lotion, cream, and makeup foundation) can be tested without dilution - Patients` cleansing agents (soap, shampoo, etc.) should be diluted with water into appropriate concentration. 5) The open or provocative use test is administered before closed patch testing, if no safe concentration for closed patch testing is known. 6) No unidentified chemical should be tested, and no chemical from an occupational source should be tested without due diligence and attention to appropriate testing concentration for dilution. l Patch test reading 1) Traditionally, patch-test reading is carried out twice: the day of patch-test removal 48 hours application, and 96 hours after epicutaneous exposure. - If allergies to metals, topical antibiotics (neomycin), and PPD are strongly suspected, additional readings at 5-7 days may be needed. 2) Interpretation - Positive results in both reading times mean `contact allergen` 3) Criterion for patch test results l Patch test with medication 1) Topical steroid should be avoided for at least a week prior to testing, and systemic steroid should not be used at least a month prior to testing. 2) Patient who need systemic steroid for other comorbilities should take prednisone under 20mg per day. Repeating patch testing after treatment discontinuation can be useful when in doubt. 3) Antihistamines such as diphenhydramine are permissible prior to and during testing. But, in most clinics, antihistamine treatment is discontinued during testing. 4) A recent study has concluded that patch test reactions can be elicited in patients taking azathioprine, cyclosporine, infliximab, etanercept, MTX, mycophenolate mofetil and tacrolimus. However, it remains unclear what effect these immunosuppessive drugs may have on suppressing allergic patch test reaction
