        This paper discusses recent feminist criticism on Hardy's Jude the Obscure, focusing on the characterization of Sue Bridehead. There is no question about the depiction of Sue as representing a typical - “New Woman," a feminist ideal which - emerge in later Victorian society. However, some critics point out the abnormal psychology or inconsistency in her characterization as the outcome of the author's growing weakness in the feminist cause. In this regard, Sue's final reunification, in which she gives up her long struggle and returns to Mr. Phillotson, has been criticized most of all. this kind of defection, however, is not unfamiliar to the regards of hardy's novels, who have found similar self-abnegation in Angel Clare's abandonment of Tess Durbeyfield. This kind of plot may be named ‘the failure of the idealists' and its repetition signifies the author's predilection for and prejudice against the so-called idealists. In short, Sue's reunification was predestined following the author's deep-rooted prejudice against the idealists. No doubt Jude the Obscure develops and deepens Hardy's commitment to feminist ideals, but Sue's abandonment and inconsistency must not be considered as the author's own.

        공동주택 조경공사의 적정공사기간 산정에 관한 연구

        In a public construction project, the construction period is a factor that directly affects the safety of workers and the quality of the construction, and securing the proper construction period and complying with the period is closely related to the success of the construction work. Recently, the number of non-working day at domestic construction sites has been increasing due to institutional changes and climate change. Accordingly, the importance of securing a proper construction period is emphasized. Previously, studies have been conducted on the proper construction period, but most of them have been conducted on the construction work, and the research on landscaping work is insufficient. However, in the case of landscape construction, most of the work is done externally, so it is often not carried out due to the preceding work type and climate. Accordingly, it is important to secure a proper construction period for landscaping work and proceed with the construction. For this purpose, the actual number of working days and the appropriate number of working days of landscaping works constructed in domestic were investigated. According to the analysis, the number of proper construction period was the same or higher than the actual number of working days in all works except for the packing closing work of more than 300 households. This means that the current landscaping construction period is not sufficient, and it is deemed necessary to calculate the appropriate construction period by deriving the factors influencing the work type.

        서울 지역 중학생들의 식중독 예방의도에 따른 식품안전 인식 및 태도 차이

        The purpose of this study was to investigate differences in the perception and attitudes of middle school students toward food safety between those who possess high behavioral intentions to prevent contracting a foodborne illness and those who do not. The survey collected 871 usable data from several middle schools in Seoul, Korea in July 2007. Using six behavioral intention measurement items, a two-step cluster analysis approach was conducted resulting in a strong intention group and a weak intention group. Perception and attitudes toward foods safety were different between the two groups. Students with strong behavioral intentions to prevent foodborne illness tended to possess a stronger perception and attitude toward various food safety issues. Students with strong intentions were more certain of consumer`s right to purchase safe foods, more concerned about foodborne illness and food safety, believed that the government should put more efforts toward establishing a safe food chain, possess more distrust for food suppliers, were more aware of specific foodborne illness pathogens, had more food safety education/training, and washed their hands more frequently than those with less strong intentions. No significant differences were found between the groups but,overall, chemical residues and food additives were perceived as more harmful and more serious food safety issues than those of foodborne illness pathogens despite that microorganisms are the main cause of foodborne illness outbreaks in schools. Participants seemed to underestimate the importance of temperature control for preventing foodborne outbreaks. Several implications and suggestions on how to improve the behavioral intentions of middle school students to prevent possible foodborne illness were provided.

      • 손바닥 선인장 열매를 이용한 전통주 개발 - I. 전통주 제조기법을 이용한 발효주 및 증류주의 특성 -

        제주도 손바닥 선인장 열매주를 제조함에 있어 질소원의 첨가에 따른 발효 중 성분 변화를 조사하고, 이를 증류시 품질 및 기호도의 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 질소원을 첨가한 2단 담금부터 발효 종료일까지 성분 변화는 질소원 첨가 유무에 따라 각각 pH $3.7{\sim}3.8$, $3.6{\sim}3.7$, 산도 $4.2{\sim}6.5$, $1.2{\sim}1.5$, 당도 $10.0{\sim}10.8$, $5.6{\sim}6.0$ $^{\circ}Brix$, 환원당 $3.50{\sim}3.83$, $6.43{\sim}6.73$ mg/ml, 알코올 $8.1{\sim}9.8$, $8.0{\sim}9.1%$로 산도, 당도, 알코올은 증가하고, pH와 환원당은 감소하였다. 질소원을 첨가한 발효주가 첨가하지 않은 발효주에 비해 pH, 산도, 당도는 높았고 환원당은 낮았다. 발효과정에서 yeast의 생육도는 증가, bacteria는 감소하였으며 질소원을 첨가함으로써 그 경향은 더욱 증가하였다. 발효주를 증류한 후 각각 후류와 증류수로 희석하여 알코올 농도를 22%로 조정한 증류주의 pH는 $3.7{\sim}4.0$, 산도는 $0.02{\sim}0.10$, 당도는 $5.4{\sim}6.1\;^{\circ}Brix$였다. 향기성분으로는 acetaldehyde, acetyl acetone, acetic acid ethyl ester, ethyl alcohol, 2-propyl alcohol, acetone, n-propyl alcohol, butanoic acid methyl ester, 2-phenyl ethanol, thymol, acetic acid phenyl ester, vanillic aldehyde 등이 공통으로 검출되었고, 그 밖의 향기성분은 종류에 따라 다소 차이를 보였다. 또한 이들의 관능검사 결과, 색과 향에서는 유의적인(p<0.05) 차이를 보였으나, 전반적인 기호도에서는 시료간 유의적인(p<0.05) 차이가 없었다. 전체적으로 질소원을 첨가하지 않은 술덧을 증류하여 증류수로 희석한 증류주가 높은 pH와 당도, 낮은 산도를 보였으며 기호도에서도 가장 높았다. Fermentation characteristics with/without nitrogen source and quality of the fruit distillate of Opuntia ficus-indica var. saboten were investigated during the manufacturing process of a Korean traditional liquor. As the fermentation period increased, acidity, brix degree, and alcohol concentration increased, whereas pH and contents of reducing sugar decreased. Acidity, pH, and brix degree were higher, whereas the content of reducing sugar lower, in the nitrogen source-added distillate than in the distillate without nitrogen source. The growth of yeast increased, while that of bacteria decreased; this trend was more prominent with the addition of a nitrogen source. Sojues, distilled from two types of mashes and diluted with $H_2O$ and tails of distillate into 22% alcohol concentration, showed pH $3.7{\sim}4.0$, acidity $0.02{\sim}0.10$, and $5.4{\sim}6.1$ $^{\circ}Brix$. Analysis through GC using direct injection methods revealed common volatile flavor compounds in sojues, including acetaldehyde, acetyl acetone, acetic acid ethyl ester, ethyl alcohol, 2-propyl alcohol, acetone, n-propyl alcohol, butanoic acid methyl ester, 2-phenyl ethanol, thymol, acetic acid phenyl ester, and vanillic aldehyde. As revealed through the sensory evaluation, no significant difference (p>0.05) in overall acceptability was shown among four experimental groups, while color and flavor showed significant differences(p<0.05).

        침입교란종 개념 정립 및 영향요인 고찰

        This study established the definition of invasive disturbance species for a sustainable management and biodiversity, and derived the influence factors caused by the species. To define the species, the paper reviewed similar words such as alien species and invasive species, using standard definitions. Also reviewed the results of recent research on the factors of the species. The paper defined the invasive disturbance species as an species whose establishment and spread threaten ecosystems, habitats or species with economic or environmental harm including native and non-native. Through the reviews, The factors were classified as geographic (altitude, slope, and soil, etc.), climate (temperature, precipitation, climate change, etc.) and, anthropogenic (land use, population, road, and human activity, etc.), and species & vegetation structure (species property, local-species richness, and canopy, etc.). Especially, human activity such as urbanization and highways may be associated with both higher disturbance and higher propagule pressure. In the further study, it is required development of mitigation strategies and vegetation structure model against invasive disturbance species in urban forest based on this study.

        PCO의 주체기관 파견근무에 대한 현상학적 연구

        As the convention is based on PCO’s professionalism and by PCO, related services and professional vendors are linked, PCO’s role is one of the most significant role in convention industry. In the convention industry, recognizing the importance of manpower and active research of human resources was been progressed but, from the host organization, empirical research of PCO’s staff dispatch was not done. As an organization in this dissertation we have aimed to analyze experience of PCO’s staff dispatch by using Phenomenological research method and using Giorgi (2004)’s research technique, presenting individual characteristic of experience and common essence was purpose of research. As the result to accept host organization's PCO dispatch request as it is, PCO companies’ manpower structure is limited to accept it. Also, institutionally PCO’s dispatch is ‘contract’ but current situation is formed as ‘dispatch'. This might cause as legal issue. Therefore, host organization should get fair, proper recognition and attitude to PCO. Also upon contract host company has to get enough conference between PCO.

      • 손바닥 선인장 열매를 이용한 전통주 개발 - II. 침출주의 특성 -

        Different amounts of the Opuntia ficus-indica var. saboten fruit were soaked in different alcohol concentrations of a Korean rice wine distillate for 4 months. Changes in pH, brix degree, contents of reducing sugar and polyphenol compound, alcohol concentration, turbidity, and color were analyzed during the soaking period. Quality of the final product was determined through the analysis of the volatile flavor compounds and sensory evaluation. During the soaking periods, pH, alcohol concentration, and contents of polyphenol compound decreased, whereas the content of reducing sugar increased. These changes were affected more by the content of the fruit than the alcohol concentration of the soaking media. Turbidity of the wine increased with higher fruit contents, while the increase of alcohol concentration resulted in the turbidity decrease. As the soaking period increased, lightness and yellowness increased but redness decreased. Acetaldehyde, acetyl acetone, ethyl alcohol, guaiacol, thymol, and acetic acid phenyl ester were detected in all liquors. Significant differences in all sensory attributes test were shown by six experimental groups (p<0.05), and the best overall acceptability was obtained from the liquor made of 67% fruits and 30% alcohol concentration. 제주도 손바닥 선인장 열매 침출주를 열매 함량별과 주정의 알코올 농도별로 제조하여 침출기간에 따른 성분변화를 조사하였다. 제조한 침출액을 4개월간 침출시키면서 pH, 당도, 환원당, 알코올 농도, 폴리페놀 함량, 탁도 및 색도의 변화를 측정하고, 최종 제품에 대해 향기성분 분석과 관능검사를 수행하였다. 침출기간에 따라 pH, 알코올 농도, 폴리페놀 함량은 감소하였고 환원당 함량은 증가하였다. 이러한 변화는 주정의 알코올 농도별보다는 침출시키는 열매함량별에 따라 크게 나타났다. 탁도는 점차 커짐으로써 부유물의 생성이 증가함을 보였으나, 열매함량이 적고 주정의 알코올 농도가 높은 경우에는 그 정도가 가장 적었다. 명도와 황색도는 증가, 적색도는 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 향기성분으로는 acetaldehyde, acetyl acetone, ethyl alcohol, guaiacol, thymol, acetic acid phenyl ester등이 각각의 침출주에서 공통으로 검출되었고, 그 밖의 향기성분은 종류에 따라 다소 차이를 보였다. 최종 침출주에 대한 관능적 평가시 모든 항목에서 유의적인 (p<0.05)차이를 보였고, 전반적으로 알코올 농도 30% 주정에 열매를 67% 침출시킨 경우가 가장 높은 기호도를 보였다.

        감성 트리를 이용한 이미지 감성 분석 알고리즘

        이미지를 감성으로 쾌 또는 불쾌, 긴장 또는 평온의 구분 감성을 트리 형식으로 가중치를 부여하여 평가한다. 이미지 대표평가 감성인 명도대비를 평가 기준으로 1차는 쾌, 불쾌 또는 긴장 또는 평온이고 2차는 세분화 이미지 감성으로 구분한다. 4개의 감성인식을 수치화 된 명도대비 데이터로 측정한다. 평가 구현은 OpenCV를 통해 명도대비를 그래프화하여 긴장, 평온, 쾌, 불쾌 값 변화에 따라 4개 감성으로 구분하여 컴퓨팅한다. 감성 컴퓨팅으로 명도대비의 입력된 값에 따라 ‘불쾌’를 ‘쾌’ 또는 ‘긴장’을 ‘평온’으로 감성적 변화를 줄 수 있다. 이미지 감성의 규칙성을 계산화 된 컴퓨팅 시스템으로 제어할 수 있고 향후 산업방향에 감성인식의 적용에 대한 긍정적인 역할을 할 것이다. Image representative evaluation of the sensitivity of the brightness contrast ratings 1 car pleasure, displeasure or stress or emotional tranquility and two cars are separated by image segmentation. Emotion Recognition of four compared to the numerical data is measured by brightness. OpenCV implementation through evaluation graph the stress intensity contrast, tranquility, pleasure, displeasure, depending on changes in the value of the computing is divided into four emotional. Contrast sensitivity of computing the brightness depending on the value entered nuisance to excellent or stress to calm the emotional changes can give. Calculate the sensitivity of the image regularity of localized computing system can control the future direction of industry on the application of emotion recognition will play a positive role.

        유아미술교육 교수학습 환경으로서의 아뜰리에 운영과 아뜰리에 교사의 역할에 관한 사례 연구

        본 연구는 유아미술교육에서 교육적 환경의 중요성을 인식하고자 하는 목적을 갖고, 유아미술교 육의 바람직한 교수학습 환경의 한 예로서 레지오 에밀리아 교육의 아뜰리에(atelier)와 아뜰리에리 스타(atelierista)가 갖는 의미를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 D시에 위치한 M유치원을 참여로 2011년 9월부터 12월까지 매주 3회, 1회당 120분에 걸쳐 참여관찰을 진행하였다. 연구결과에 따르 면, 아뜰리에는 풍부한 매체와 도구의 메시지 공간, 자유의 공간, 사고확장의 공간으로서의 단순한 물리적 공간을 넘어 탐구의 공간으로서 그 모습을 드러내었다. 이와 함께 아뜰리에 교사는 풍부한 기회의 제공자, 다양한 매체와 도구의 지원자, 소통의 파트너, 기능의 안내자, 경험소통의 기록자로서 교실에서 적극적 교수학습을 일으키는 사회적 환경으로서 기능하였다. 이 연구의 의의는 미술교 육에서 표현방법이나 매체에 비해 상대적으로 관심을 받지 못했던 교수학습환경의 중요성을 아뜰리 에와 아뜰리에 교사의 의미를 탐색해봄으로써 미술교육에서 교육적 환경의 새로운 가능성과 변화의 원동력을 보게 한 점을 들 수 있을 것이다. Educational potentiality in various areas was acknowledged in the 20th century art education with holistic education through art, which requires infant education institutions to equip art educational space construction and professional art teachers. However, as for art education status in art educational institution in Korea, educational environment is not sufficient yet. In that sense, it needs to find out physical and social environmental meaning for art activity, and to seek environmental improvement of infant art education. Accordingly, this study aimed at figuring out the value of art educational environment in educational field. For this purpose, it examined how atelier space in Reggio educational field which might give proper implication was utilized in art education, and how atelier teachers played a role in art education for young children. As for the study methodology, this study generated data by contacting teachers and young children in atelier of Reggio educational institution for a qualitative study. In the process of generating data, it utilized effective participatory observation method in observing, describing and analyzing the field situation. The observation took between Sep. 19, 2011 and Dec. 23, 2011 on 3 times per week and 120 minutes per time basis. To get specific data on atelier environment, this study observed various situations in atelier by field recording, computing and photo shooting. As a result, atelier space in an educational institution was used as a space with rich media and tools for artistic experience, freedom space, free selecting space and enlarging thinking space. In a physical space with such meaning, atelier teachers played a role in proving rich opportunities as a mediator of space utilization, support of various media and tools, communication partner, functional guidance and recorder of experience and communication. Atelier space enabled infants to express aesthetic idea in a free environment and active work and it is utilized as an exploring space with practical value where infants experienced stimulation in their idea. Atelier teachers can be said as an important social art environment in giving growth and change to art education for young children, and improved their roles in considerate mind, recording and studying to give value meaning to infants’ experiences.
