        노트 필기를 사용한 온라인 학습이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

        In this study, we study the effects of note-taking skills on students' academic performance, satisfaction, and concentration, and immersiveness when students are taking online classes. The Cornell note format was used for the note-taking skills. The survey result shows that note-taking skills in online class increase students' diligence, participation, and concentration. We find a strong positive correlation between the number of Cornell note submission and academic performance, and we show that the association between two is a statistically significant by using simple/multiple regression analysis. The multiple regression result shows that one unit increase in the Cornell note submission is associated with the increase in 0.253 midterm score on average. In addition, one unit increase in the Cornell note submission is associated with increase in 0.287 final exam score on average. Further, we conduct bootstrapping regression as a robustness test and show that the results are consistent with the simple/multiple regression results. These analyses show that Cornell note taking skills in online classes can be beneficial for students to improve the quality of their learning.

        고출력 CSP-LOC 레이저 다이오드의 모우드 특성에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 최적의 고출력용 (GaAl) As/GaAs CSP-LOC 레이저 다이오드 구조를 설계하기 위하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 하였다. 실험 데이터를 근거로한 레이저다이오드의 설계변수로 각 층의 두께, 흡수계수, 스트라이프 폭등이 사용되었고 활성층(d2)와 광 도파로층(d3)의 두께가 각각 0.08um, 0.5um일때와 0.1um, 0.4um일때 최적의 안정된 고출력용 CSP-LOC 구조를 얻었다. 따라서 본 노문에서는 실용적인 반도체레이저의 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 개발하였고 임의의 재료를 갖는 CSP-LOC 구조에 이 프로그램의 적용이 가능하다. In this paper, we have optimized the computation of the CSP - LOC (Channel Substrate Planar-Large Optical Cavity) structure to design the gith power (Ga, Al) As/GaAs CSP-LOC laser diode. The parameters of the device on the bases of experimental datas include the effects of the various layer thickness, material absorption coefficients, stripe width and so forth. At active layer ($d_2$)=0.08 um with optical layer ($d_3$)=0.5 um and $d_2$ = 0.1 um with $d_3$ = 0.4 um, we find the narrower beam divergence and stable high power in the lowest-order mode without the phenomenon of spatial hole burning. The results of theoretical computation show good agreement with experimental measurements made on LPE grown CSP-LOC. Finally, we developed an practical program and the program is applicable to the CSP-LOC lasers with any materials.

        한국의 전후 물가변동 - 화폐의 실질잔고수요함수추계에 의한 접근 -

        The present study has investigated the postwar inflation in Korea by estimating a linear demand for real balance of money function. By introducing a variable representing an expected rate of price level change, an attempt is made to deal with the problem from the dynamic aspect of price, an attempt is made to deal with the problem from the dynamic aspect of price change. A simple rearrangement of the estimated linear equation with a couple of equilibrium assumptions generates the estimated linear equation with a couple of equilibrium assumptions generates the quantity theory of money version equation. Obtained results are found to be consistent with the theoretical hypotheses, and estimates are statistically significant.

        수출집중지수 측정에 의한 한국의 수출추세와 불안정도 고찰

        The present study is purposed to apply to the Korean economy the generality of the theory which contends that export concentration is in some degree correlated with instability of export earnings, according to Massell, Coppock, Hirschman and etc. in order to measure Korea`s export trend and instability in comparison with measured results of international study. Since most of the studies conducted for analysis of this correlationship on emphirical basis have shown an almost uniform patterns, its applicability deserves to be tested in the framework of the Korean economy. Though measurement process for the Korea`s export concentration and instability indices involves a number of somewhat irrational prepositions, the obtained results can be construded as follow : First, in parallel with high Korea`s export concentration indices, her export is also shown highly instable. Second, Korea`s export earnings have been rapidly increased as her export commodity concentration index gradually reduced annually. Third, contrary to the feature obtained from international study, Korea`s export earnings have grown as export geographical concentration disperses wider annually. Fourth, one of the most instable factors in Korea`s export earnings is clarified to be products of the primary industry, export of which is highly influenced by versatile annual harvests or productions. And fifth, it may be concluded that, in term of a short-term projection, the prospect of Korean export is rather optimistic in consideration of those concentration indices which have been decreased gradully year by year.

        An aspect of space is changing. Existing space-centric or function-centric aspect is proceeding to user-centric aspect. It is not changed. Before, the space was impossible that it was considered of user"s convenience or their behavior. In the past, it was not only just the structure and function but also the form and exterior was existing because of the development of skill and industry. Now, however, it is becoming more important of the awareness between the user and environment as well as the function and form of the space. The awareness between these two take a side of an emotional and psychological view that users feel and experience in the space. Moreover, this kind of environment is breaking down into individual members in the general field of modern society. In this way, it is possible to recognize the importance of new purpose as users satisfaction in the space. Therefore, Affordance is an important and useful concept because of the relationship from an ecology and cognitive psychology to present field of design. As a result, the purpose of this research is to prepare a foundation of the following modern space by analysing its character and feature through Herman Hertzberger‘s aspect and understand the concept of the affordance that is a great importance of users" awareness and sensibility about the spacial environment.

        신규 합성 청색재료를 사용한 백색 유기발광소자의 광학적ㆍ전기적 특성평가

        백색발광은 풀칼라, 백라이트 및 조명을 위한 전자발광 소자로의 응용에 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 오렌지 발광을 내는 Rubrene 색소를 포함하는 청색 재료인 nitro-DPVT 박막을 사용한 단분자 유기 백색발광소자를 구현하였다. 제작된 소자의 기본적 구조는 α-NPD / nitro-DPVT / nitro- DPVT:Rubrene / BCP/ Alq3. 이다. 알루미늄은 음극재료로 사용하였으며 양극 재료는 ITO를 사용하였다. 백색 발광 스펙트럼은 가시광선 전 영역에 걸쳐 나타났고 14V에서 발광된 빛의 C.I.E. 색좌표는 (0.3347,0.3515)이다. 동작개시 전압은 2.5V이하에서 나타났고 양자효율은 0.35%이었다. White light emission is very important for applying electroluminescent device to full display, backlight and illumination light source. In this letter, Multilayer molecular organic white-light-emitting device using thin film of blue material nitro-DPVT with fluorescent dye Rubrene for an orange emission were fabricated. The basic structure of the fabricated device is α-NPD / nitro-DPVT / nitro- DPVT:Rubrene / BCP/ Alq3. Aluminum is used as the cathode material and ITO was anode material. The white light emission spectrum covers a wide range of the visible region and the Commission Internationale de I'E clairage (C.I.E.) coordinates of the emitted light was ((0.3347, 0.3515) at 14V. The turn voltage is as low as 2.5V and quantum efficiencies are 0.35%.

      • MEH-PPV:PCBM 활성층을 갖는 유기 태양전지 제작

        스핀코팅 방법을 사용하여 MEH-PPV:PCBM을 활성층으로 하는 유기형 태양전지를 제작하였다. 제작된 소자의 구조는 양극 전극으로 시용하는 투명전극 ITO, 정공 주입 층 PEDOT:PSS, 활성 층으로 사용하는 MEH-PPV:PCBM, 정공 금지 층 TiOx, 음극 전극 Al이었다. MEH-PPV:PCBM의 두께 변화 및 MEH-PPV와 PCBM의 블렌딩 비율을 조절하여 전류-전압 특성을 조사하였다. 측정된 전류-전압 조건은 AM 1.5 조사로 측정하였다. 측정된 태양전지 소자에서 활성층 두께는 76㎚ 전류밀도 Jsc는 2.62 ㎃/cm2, 개방전압 Voc는 0.61V이다. We fabricated Organic Photovoltaic Cell of a active layer with MEH-PPV:PCBM by using spin casting method. The structure of fabricated devices was a transparent ITO using the positive electrode. the PEDOT:PSS of a hole injection layer, MEH-PPV:PCBM using active layer, TiOx of hole blocking layer, and metal electrode Al for the negative electrode. We characterized the current-voltage of device for the thickness change of MEH-PPV:PCBM and MEH-PPV with PCBM blending ratio. We show the active layer thickness was 76㎚, current density Jsc was 2.62 ㎃/cm2, open circuit voltage Voc 0.61V in blending single layer polymer photovoltaic cells..
