      • 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝이 조정 에르고메타 기록에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of plyometric training in 2000m rowing egrometer race. 8 male subject were high school rowing player in Inchun. They were randomly assigned to two groups. subjects training for six week performing plyometric training. The test item included 1) total 2000m record 2) each 500m record 3) heart rate 4) each 500m watt. The results of the study from the plyometric training are as follows : 1.The results of each 500m record were not significant difference (p).05) 2.The results of each 500 Watt record were not significant difference (p).05) 3.The results of each minutes heart rate were not significant difference (p).05) base on above results, it do not showed the differences in plyomeric training. But act practical rowing race, victory and defeat is showed 1~2sec difference. So, reduce 3~4sec record, it has an effect.

        스킨스쿠버 다이버의 코로나인지, 감정반응, 포인트만족 그리고 재방문의도의 인과관계분석

        This study is that analyzes the current status of domestic skin scuba points and seeks ways to revitalize, through skin scuba divers's opinion that is unable to do overseas skin scuba activities due to the COVID-19 situation. Questionnaires were used as a survey tool and consisted of corona cognition, skin scuba emotional response, domestic point satisfaction, and domestic point revisit intention. The non-probability sample extraction method was used, and the questionnaire was filled out by self-evaluation method. The subjects of this study are skin scuba divers who visited Jeju and 177 copies of the sample participated in the study. Based on this data, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and simple and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS WIN Ver. 27.0. As a result, first, it was found that among the sub-variables of COVID-19 perception, the countermeasure against COVID-19 had a significant impact on the emotional response. Second, it was found that all of the sub-variables of COVID-19 perception had not a significant impact on point satisfaction. Third, it was found that emotional response had a significant impact on point satisfaction. Fourth, it was found that point satisfaction had a significant impact on emotional response. Finally, it was found that emotional response and point satisfaction had a significant impact on revisit intention.

        The Curriculum of National Cooking(Guidance) for the Youth Had Been established at the Myungji University in 1994 for the first time in the history of Korean college, and 8 universities Has, Recently and operate the course, These days the curriculum mostly concentrates on the subject of pedagogy and educational psychology. (ⅰ) To vitalize the juvenile's physical activity, the government concerned needs to make a political support in order each university to found the curriculum for the youth.And each university must open the course which the teenager can make physical activities free of charge. (ⅱ) The educational policy researching and developing the activity area of the youth is required.By educating them based upon the activity area, the youth can have a healthy body which results from sound spirit. (ⅲ) The youth Activity Centre is to be established and operated at each community or local district to vitalize the section for sport activity which the juvenile prefer.Physical promotion is needed to be desirable adult. (ⅳ) Today the computer system like internet and dlectronic entertainment/game give the large influence on all the juvenile.Herein we need to remind that almost young generation study by day and indulge in computer without Physical activity that lead to weak body and feeble spirit.Under those circumstances, we can find out the juvenile delinquent from to time. (ⅴ) Finally, it is greatly important and imperative to foster lots of professional experts/coaches who can understand the youth and guide them in a sound way.

      • 한 ·일 배영선수의 기록변화에 관한 비교 연구

        The following study discusses the difference between a Japanese(N) and a Korean(K) back strokers in regards to 100m back stroke competition including starting point, first half and last half records, a block record, a block speed and per minute. The implications of the study are as follows: 1) The overall result shows that there was a difference of 3"73 seconds in the starting of 100m back stroke. The Korean swimmer specially fell behind 6.91% on the last half on her physical strength and record. 2) A block on the speed record, the swimmer K was behind by 1'41 sec, from the start to 50m but on the last half, there was a diffence of 2'34 sec. 3) A block speed of the swimmer N at 25m was a block, 1.618㎧ which was the fastest from 75m to 10m swim at the pace of 1" 531 seconds. 4) The distance travelled for each stroke for swimmer N average to 1.97m/stroke. However swimmer K's score was excellent, ending up with 2.11m/stroke. 5) A block stroke per minute for swimmer N at 25m was 48.78 at time shamefully the slowest a time block was 45.63 a time at 75m. The swimmer K was the fastest at 25m point with 44.37 a time and the slowest at 50m point with 37.9C a time. The biggest difference in stroke rate was at the 50m point with 9.53 a time.

        The object of this research is to compare the influence, on the competitive ability of the irregular breathing after 25m swimming without breathing with that of breathing in every other stroke which is generally and mostly used in freestyle 100m. Five excellent swimmers from H-University were the subjects in this study. On 1 minute, 3 minutes and 5 minutes after checking the record of 100m competitive swimming, the lactate of the bloods from their finger tips were analyzed with the analyzer. And the pulse was measured by polar sport tester right the swimming. The results of the research are as follows. First : In 100m swimming, the record of BH method turned out to be better than that of 2:1 method. Second : The density of lactate in the blood in BH method(8.7) was lower than that of 2:1 method. Third : Pulse of BH method(160) was lower than that of 2:1 method.

        집적형 하이브리드 구동장치의 성능시험

        집적형 하이브리드 구동장치는 적층형 압전재료(압전스택)를 이용한 마이크로 펌프에서 토출되는 유체로 피스톤을 구동시키는데 크기는 작으면서도 큰 구동력과 높은 속도를 동시에 출력할 수 있는 새로운 개념의 통합 구동장치로서 현재 소형화 및 고출력을 요구하는 항공 우주, 유도무기 등 다양한 분야에서 광범위하게 연구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 하이브리드 구동장치의 구동원리 및 성능 시험에 대해 소개하였다. 우선 구동장치의 주 동력인 압전 스택의 성능 시험을 수행함으로써 압전 스택의 구동전력과 구동시간에 따른 성능 변화를 관찰하였고 다음 구동장치의 성능 시험을 통해 구동장치의 최대 이송속도와 최대 구동력을 측정하였다. 구동장치의 최대 이송속도는 53.3 ㎜/s로, 최대 구동력은 240.7 N으로, 최대 일률은 3.2 W로 측정되었다. The piezoelectric-based hydraulic actuator is a hybrid device consisting of a hydraulic pump driven by piezoelectric stacks that is coupled to a conventional hydraulic cylinder via a set of fast-acting valves. Nowadays, such hybrid actuators are being researched and developed actively in many developed countries by requirement of high performance and compact flight system. In this research, operation principle and performance testing of the hybrid actuator were introduced. Output velocities have been measured in both loaded case and not loaded case and the blocking force also has been measured in external loaded case. The maximum velocity of the actuator is 53.3 ㎜/s, blocking force is 240.7 N and corresponding power output is 3.2 W.

      • 모르터의 자기수축예측에 관한 연구

        Autogenous shrinkage of concrete has been defined as decrease in volume due to hydration. For ordinary concretes, autogenous shrinkage is so little that it has been dignored. It has recently been reported, however, that cracking can be caused by autogenous shrinkage, when high-strength concretes were used. In this study, we propose an analytical system to represent autogenous shrinkage in cement paste and mortar in order to control crack due to autogenous shrinkage. The system composed of the hydration model and pore structure model. The hydration model which refined Tomosawa's represents the situation that inner and outer products are made in cement paste. The pore structure model is based upon the physical phenomenon of ion diffusion in cement paste. The proposed model can predict the hydration ratio and the cumulative pore volume in cement paste satisfactorily. Autogenous shrinkage was predicted by elastic modulus calculated from experiment data and former study. The model for predicting autogenous shrinkage of cement paste and mortar shows a reasonable agreement with the experimental data in case of different mix-proportions.

      • 순환잔골재를 사용한 모르터의 물성에 관한 연구

        Lately, Korea government recommends that concrete maker use more recycled sand in concrete production. Recycled sand needs consuming way because waste concrete cause environmental problems in case of burying in the ground. But the influence of recycled sand about concrete properties including strength and workability is not perfectly researched. Therefore, it is very necessary for recycled sand to be studied about cocrete properties. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of recycled sand on the properties of mortars that included three different recycled sands. The properties of the mortars were tested with four kinds of sands including three recycled sands and natural sand. The mortars were prepared with the same content. A reference mix was prepared with 100% natural sand, and it was gradually replaced by each recycled sand. The compressive strength of mortars with mixed sands decreased as recycled sand replaced natural sand. In this paper the parameters of Bingham model about cement mortar with recycled were also investigated. According to mix ratio with three recycled sands, the rheological properties of cement mortar were changed. However, slump test or flow test do not allow to obtain information concerning more fundamental phenomena. Rheology has also been used to study the mechanical properties of cement mortar from mixing up to setting. Superplasticiser (SP) was not used. A general mixer was used to study rheology during the very first minutes following the end of mixing. This study evaluated the effect of water/cement ratio (W/C), types of recycled sands and replacement ratio of recycled sand in mortar. The rheometer was used for testing the behaviour of cement mortar.
