컴퓨터의 발달은 사회 전반적인 변화와 동시에 CAD/CAM 등의 분야에 획기전인 발전을 가져왔다. 단순한 CAD/CAM 뿐만 아니라 CAE 등으로 응력해석, 간섭체크 및 시물레이션이 가능하고 FMS시스템으로 발전하여 로봇이나 자동화기계를 이용한 공장 자동화를 달성하였다. 한편 CIM시스템은 각종의 생산 분야를 통합하고 다시 영업, 유통 및 연구 분야의 시스템을 구축하여 종합 생산관리 시스템이 탄생하였다. 앞으로 PDM나 ERP시스템으로 확장되어 시장이나 재고 관리등이 모두 포함된 소위 기술, 경영의 통합을 통한 급진적인 발전이 예상되는 분야라고 생각된다. In order to examine the interactions of dietary calicium, phosphorus and salt levels, 972 chicks of meat-breed (Hibro-Hisex) were fed 18 kinds of diet formulated to contain the various level of dietary calcium (0.45, 0.90, 1.80%), phosphorus (0.40, 0.70, 1.40%) and salt (0.25, 1.05%) according to 3 x 3 x 2 factorial design. The results of the present study were summarized as follow. 1. Body weight gain was significantly affected by dietary calcium (p$lt;0.025) and phosphorus (p$lt;0.001) levels, but was not affected by dietary salt levels. Dietary calcium levels x phosphorus levels showed significant p$lt;0.05) antagonistic interaction on the body weight gain. Dietary calcium levels x salt levels interaction was not found to be significant, but showed the trend for antagonism. 2. Feed intake was significantly influenced by dietary calcium (p$lt;0.01) and phosphorus (p$lt;0.01) levels, however, was not altered by dietary salt levels. Dietary calcium levels x salt levels failed to show significant interaction on this parameter, but the trend was of sparing manner. Dietary salt levels x phosphorus levels showed significant (p$lt;0.05) antagonistic interaction in this parameter. 3. Feed efficiency was significantly affected by only dietary calcium levels (p$lt;0.001). Dietary salt levels x phosphorus levels and dietary salt levels x calcium levels showed the trends of sparing manner and antagonism, respectively, in this parameter although the relationships were not found to be significant. 4. Mortality was significantly affected by dietary calcium levels (p$lt;0.05) and phosphorus levels (p$lt;0.01), contrary to dietary salt levels. And the results produced by different calcium levels x phosphorus levels were slightly affected by dietary salt levels. From the results summarized as above, it could be inferred that dietary salt levels affected calcium and phosphorus nutrition, and that antagonism and sparing interaction were involved in the effects of dietary phosphorus levels x salt levels and dietary calcium levels x salt levels, respectively, on the performance of meat-type chicks.

Three Korean-bred strawberry cultivars ‘Maehyang’, ‘Seolhyang’, and ‘Keumhyang’, and a Japanese cultivar ‘Tochiotome’ were grown in a greenhouse and their physicochemical characteristics were investigated. Fruit weight of ‘Seolhyang’ and ‘Keumhyang’ in the first and second fruit clusters were greater than those of other cultivars and that of ‘Tochiotome’ was the greatest in the fifth fruit cluster. Fruit firmness generally decreased at later fruit clusters, and was the lowest in ‘Seolhyang’. The sugars/organic acids ratios in the first and third fruit clusters of ‘Maehyang’ were 4.9 and 8.0, respectively, representing the highest values among all cultivars. The ascorbic acid content was the greatest in the second fruit cluster for ‘Seolhyang’,‘Keumhyang’, and ‘Tochiotome’ cultivars and that of ‘Maehyang’ was the greatest at the third fruit cluster. The anthocyanin content was higher in later fruit clusters and was the highest in ‘Keumhyang’ overall. Results indicate that Korean cultivars bred for the plastic protected culture, which are intended for very early harvest,showed more desirable physical characteristics in the first and second fruit clusters, while the content of anthocyanin was greater in the fruits from later fruit clusters.

'매향', '설향', '금향', '아키히메'와 '레드펄' 딸기 과실 부위에서 환원당, 유기산, 아스코르빈산, 안토시아닌 및 엘라직산의 함량을 비교하였다. 환원당, 유기산, 아스코르빈산 및 안토시아닌 함량은 딸기 표피에서 다른 부위의 함량 보다 유의하게 높았으나 엘라직산의 함량은 딸기 수과에서 높았다. '매향' 딸기의 표피 및 과육에서 아스코르빈산 함량은 각각 69.2와 $42.2mg{\cdot}100g^{-1}$ FW로 다른 품종에 비해 높았다. 그리고 '금향' 딸기의 표피 및 수과에서 안토시아닌 함량은 각각 $74.0mg{\cdot}100g^{-1}$ FW과 $36.7mg{\cdot}100g^{-1}$ DW으로 타 품종에 비해 유의하게 높았으며 '설향' 딸기 수과에서 엘라직산의 함량은 $215.5mg{\cdot}100g^{-1}$ DW로 타 품종에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 딸기 과실의 부위에 따라 바이오 활성 화합물들의 함량은 크게 차이가 있었으며 '매향', '설향' 및 '금향' 딸기 품종은 바이오 활성 화합물들의 함량이 높아 소비자들에게는 고품질 딸기로 인식될 수 있어 국내 육성 품종 딸기의 보급이 확산될 것으로 기대된다. 그리고 본 기초적 결과들은 딸기 가공 분야 및 영양학 연구 분야에도 유용하게 활용될 것으로 판단된다. We evaluated the bioactive compounds including carbohydrates (CH), organic acids (OA), ascorbic acid (AA), anthocyanin (AC), and ellagic acid (EA) in the achenes, epidermis, and flesh of fully ripe strawberry fruits of the 'Maehyang', 'Seolhyang', 'Keumhyang', 'Akiheme', and 'Red pearl' cultivars. The total contents of CH, OA, AA, and AC were significantly greater in the epidermis than in other tissues, while the EA content was significantly greater in the achenes than in other tissues. The AA content of the epidermis ranged from $49.1-69.2mg{\cdot}100g^{-1}$ FW and was significantly greater than the content of the flesh, while AA was not detected in the achenes of any of the tested strawberry cultivars. The AA contents of the epidermis and flesh of the 'Maehyang' were 69.2 and $42.2mg{\cdot}100g^{-1}$ FW, respectively, and were greater than those of the other cultivars. The AC contents in the epidermis and achenes of the 'Keumhyang' were $74.0mg{\cdot}100g^{-1}$ FW and $36.7mg{\cdot}100g^{-1}$ DW, respectively, greater than those of the other cultivars. The EA content of the achenes of the 'Seolhyang' was $215.5mg{\cdot}100g^{-1}$ DW, significantly greater than those of the other cultivars. Results indicate that the antioxidant levels and other chemical compounds of strawberry fruits vary significantly among different fruit tissues. Our results also suggest that the recently introduced Korean 'Maehyang', 'Seolhyang', and 'Keumhyang' contain higher levels of antioxidants than other major June-bearing strawberry cultivars. These cultivars are feasible selections for both growers and consumers.

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of leisure-sports web attributes on satisfaction and post-purchasing behavior. It is the stratified sampling method for 240 (96%) questionnaires practically analyzed. These were the conclusions after conducting frequency analysis, factor analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis using SPSS 15.0. The conclusions were as follows: First, it shows that interaction factor, contents factor and convenience factor among the leisure-sports web attributes influenced satisfaction. Second, it shows that interaction factor, contents factor and site reputation factor among the leisure-sports web attributes influenced the recommendation intention. Third, it shows that interaction factor, contents factor among the leisure-sports web attributes influenced the revisit intention. Lastly, it shows that the satisfaction factor influenced the post-purchasing behavior(recommendation intention, revisit intention).

In this study, the fundamental and mineralogical properties of the binary system incorporating the industrial display byproducts, liquid crystal display (LCD) and organic light emitting diodes (OLED), as a cementitious material. A substitution level of the fine glass powders, and water to binder ratio were kept at 30% and 0.4 for all mixes, respectively. Strength development for the blended concretes was monitored until 91 days of curing, during which a modification of pore distribution was examined by mercury intrusion porosimetry. Simultaneously, the pozzolanic activity was evaluated by the content of calcium hydroxide (CH) in the cement pastes obtained from results of thermogravimetry analysis, and the phase composition of the specimens was quantitatively determined X-ray diffraction with Rietveld refinement method. As a result, the CH content in the glass-mixed specimen was decreased with time after certain age depending on glass types. Also, OLED was much effective to the pozzolanic activity, producing a higher content of C-S-H gel at 91 days, compared to LCD. This phenomenon may be attributed to a difference of Al2O3 and SiO2 content in the oxide composition, which would induce a shift of larger pore to micropore resulting in an increase in the strength for OLED concrete.
LCD 폐유리 미분말을 사용한 콘크리트의 염해내구성 평가

본 연구에서는 LCD 산업의 발전으로 인하여 제조 공정으로부터 발생되는 산업폐기물인 LCD 폐유리 미분말을 활용하여시멘트 대체재로서 활용 가능성과 성능을 평가하였다. 실험은 OPC와 5um의 입경을 가진 LCD 폐유리 12um의 입경을 가진LCD 폐유리를 각각 10%, 20% 시멘트와 치환하고 제작하여 실험을 통해 콘크리트의 기초 물성 및 역학적 특성 그리고 내구성평가를 실시하였다. 실험결과 압축강도에서 20%에 비해 10%의 치환율에서 높은 강도가 나타났으며. 입경이 낮을수록 높은강도를 보였다. 내구성 평가는 염소 이온 확산계수를 통하여 염화물 침투성능을 평가하였는데, 치환율이 높을수록 그리고입경이 작을수록 낮은 염소 이온 확산계수가 나타내었고, 모든 치환율에서 OPC 보다 좋은 결과값을 나타내었다. 결국 낮은조립율 및 적정 혼입율을 갖는 LCD 폐유리 콘크리트는 염해환경 하 내구성 확보에 유리한 재료라 판단된다.
