The research on Korean green building certification was performed in 1997, and the result was announced in 2001. After the activation of the certification in 2002, many revisions have been done to improve the quality. The system on multi-housing units was announced on October 11th 2005, and began its operation from March 12th 2006. In this study, factors of the Korean green building certification system and that of foreign green building certification system were compared and analyzed on the indoor environment factors. The residents in multi-housing, who surveyed for this study, were classified by region, age, and their opinion over significance on indoor environment factors was analyzed. The analysis were conducted with the points of the indoor environmental factors allocated to the green building certification system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the demands of occupants on the indoor environment in regard to the existing certification factors. The analyzed result from this study would enhance the adjustment in the green building certification system in the future.

The development of energy efficient building is required especially for public buildings in Korea. Considering the long life cycle of building, the energy management should be achieved systematically to save the energy consumption in building more efficiently. To perform energy management and energy retrofit effectively, the building energy audit must find out the problems of building energy performance and suggest appropriate solutions for it. The purpose of this study is to analyze the suggested technologies to reduce energy consumptions of public buildings by energy audit agencies in Korea. The suggested technologies are obtained from the technical proposals for public building energy retrofit gathered by Korea Energy Agency.

Internal heat gain describes occupants' life style and it contributes energy consumptions in residential buildings. And the heating, cooling and lighting system operation schedule are also very significant. A standard heat gain and schedule of residential building has not been exist in Korea so that the researchers have made and used their own schedule. In this study as a start, the data which can describe occupants' energy using patterns are gathered and analyzed. the life time use survey, energy consumption pattern poll and power consumption pattern survey data are used to analyze occupancy schedule, lighting schedule, equipment schedule, heating and cooling system operation schedule and natural ventilation schedule. These can compose a standard heat gain and operation schedule of residential building after verification process.
Metaheuristic 알고리즘을 적용한 위상회전 기법에 의한 PAPR 감소에 관한 연구

OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) 시스템은 주파수 선택적 페이딩 (frequency selective fading)과 협대역 간섭 (narrowband interference)에 강한 전송 방식으로 대용량 데이터 통신에 적합하다. 하지만 독립적으로 변조된 다수의 부반송파들이 동위상으로 중첩되면서 신호의 진폭이 증가하여 PAPR (Peak-to-Average Power Ratio)이 증가하는 문제가 발생한다. PAPR 문제를 해결하기 위해 제안된 위상회전 기법은 OFDM 신호에 위상 가중치를 곱하여 신호의 비선형 왜곡 없이 PAPR을 감소시킬 수 있지만, 위상 가중치를 탐색하는 과정에서 계산의 복잡도가 부블록 수에 따라 지수적으로 증가하는 단점이 있다. 따라서 위상회전 기법의 위상 탐색 과정에 계산의 복잡도를 감소시키면서 효율적으로 위상 가중치를 구할 수 있는 기술의 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 최적해를 구하기 위하여 사용되는 Metaheuristic 알고리즘을 위상탐색 과정에 적용하기 위한 모델링 과정을 제시하고 PTS 기법에 최적화함으로써 PAPR을 감소시키는 구조를 제안한다. 이 구조는 PTS 기법의 위상 탐색 과정에서 계산 복잡도가 지수적으로 증가하는 문제를 해결하고 PAPR 감소 성능도 보장할 수 있다. 제안하는 알고리즘을 통신 시스템에 적용하였을 때 PAPR 감소 효율을 시뮬레이션을 통해 분석했다. However, an OFDM signal consists of a number of independently modulated subcarriers and the superposition of these subcarriers causes a problem that can give a large PARR(Peak-to-Average Power Ratio). Phase rotation method can reduce the PAPR without nonlinear distortion by multiplying phase weighting factors. But computational complexity of searching phase weighting factors is increased exponentially with the number of subblocks and considered phase factor. Therefore, a new method, which can reduce computational complexity and detect phase weighting factors efficiently, should be developed. In this paper, a modeling process is introduced, which apply metaheuristic algorithm in phase rotation method and optimize in PTS (Particle Swarm Optimization) scheme. Proposed algorithm can solve the computational complexity and guarantee to reduce PAPR. We analyzed the efficiency of the PAPR reduction through a simulation when we applied the proposed method to telecommunication systems.
탑상형 공동주택의 주동형태와 배치각에 따른 주호의 자연환기 성능

Natural ventilation is an effective method for improving IAQ(Indoor Air Quality) and removing heats in buildings. In oder to use natural ventilation, many factors such as wind pressure around the buildings and possibility of air intake on different shapes need to be known. On this paper, the natural ventilation performance in multi-housing units of tower-type buildings was investigated. Tower-type multi-housing buildings are recently more and more constructed for they may change urban landscape and get more openness in multi-housing site. However, such housing buildings have problems with natural ventilation because of the various directions of the building units. The purpose of this paper is to find the proper building direction regarding to wind direction in order to optimize air intake in every units in the building.
기계학습을 활용한 화합물의 약인성 간 손상 예측 방법 연구

Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is one of the factors constraining the distribution of investigational products on the market. Therefore, DILI risk of compounds should be assessed in advance. Although in vivo and in vitro methods can be used to test drug safety, both methods are labor-intensive, time consuming and expensive. In this study, we suggested random forest, light gradient boosting machine, logistic regression models to overcome the above problems. These models used molecular structure and physicochemical features as input to predict the DILI as output. The optimal model was random forest, which performed well for evaluation metrics overall. The proposed model is expected to help drug development process by identifying potential DILI of drug candidates in advance.
OFDM 시스템에서 PAPR의 감소와 대역 내 왜곡 보정에 관한 연구

OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) system is robust to frequency selective fading and narrowband interference in high-speed data communications. However, an OFDM signal consists of a number of independently modulated subcarriers, which can give a large PAPR (Peak-to-Average Power Ratio) when added up coherently. In this paper, we apply clipping and filtering to solve the PAPR problem and compensate the inband compensation using calculated EVM (Error Vector Magnitude). The proposed method can reduce the PAPR and inband distortion. From the results, we analyze the PAPR reducing efficiency and EVM, BER performance of proposed algorithm in the wireless communication system. OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) 방식은 주파수 선택적 페이딩 (frequency selective fading)과 협대역 간섭 (narrwband interference)에 강한 전송 방식으로 대용량 데이터 통신에 적합하다. 하지만, OFDM 신호는 독립적으로 변조된 많은 부반송들로 구성되므로 이들이 동위상으로 더해질 때 신호의 진폭이 증가하여 PAPR(Peak-to-Average Power Ratio) 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 OFDM 시스템의 PAPR 문제를 해결하기 위해 반복구조의 clipping과 filtering 기법을 적용하고, 이로 인해 발생되는 대역 내 왜곡을 EVM (Error Vector Magnitude)을 이용하여 보정하는 기법을 제안하였다. 이 기법은 PAPR 감소는 물론 clipping에 의한 대역 내 왜곡을 감소시킬 수 있다. 제안하는 알고리즘을 무선 통신 시스템에 적용하였을 때 PAPR 감소 효율과 EVM, BER (Bit Error Rate) 성능을 시뮬레이션을 통해 분석했다.
