최근 유럽은 2015년 순환경제사회로의 정책 기조 발표에 따라 자원효율성 지표 개발 등 관련 활동을 추진하고 있으며, 국내에서도 자원순환기본법이 2018년부터 시행될 예정이다. 또한 기존의 전자제품등자원순환법에서는 재활용 소재 사용에 따른 재활용 분담금 감면 정책이 시행되는 등 폐기물 최소화 및 순환자원 확보를 위한 정책 및 제도가 확대되고 있다. 이에, 국내외 자원순환 관련 정책 및 제도에 사전 대응하기 위해 국내 기업의 재활용 플라스틱 사용 현황을 파악하고, 재활용 소재 활성화 방안을 마련하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 전기전자제품 완제품 제조업체를 대상으로 설계단계의 소재선정에 대한 일반현황, 재활용 소재 사용 현황, 재활용 플라스틱 사용 활성화 방안, 재활용 플라스틱 표준화 방안에 대한 설문조사를 진행하였다. 응답 기업의 주요 생산제품은 소형기기, 중형기기, 대형기기, 통신사무기기 순이며, 제품에 사용되는 플라스틱으로는 ABS, PVC, EP 등이 있다. 또한 응답 기업의 41%는 제품 설계단계에서 소재선정 및 검토의 주목적으로 성능 및 품질향상, 바이어 및 법적요구사항 만족으로 답변하였으며, 86%의 기업은 재활용 플라스틱 사용에 대해 현재 적용하고 있거나 확대 예정이라고 응답하였다. 응답 기업의 95%는 재활용 플라스틱 사용 시 재활용 분담금 감면 제도에 대해 인지하고 있으나 감면인정금액이 적어 활용하기 어렵다고 응답하였다. 이에, 재활용 플라스틱 활성화를 위해서는 금융·조세지원의 제도적 보완뿐만 아니라 재활용 소재 기술개발 지원, 국가표준 제·개정, 재활용 사용비율 의무화 도입 등의 방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 응답 기업의 100%가 재활용 플라스틱 함유율 산정 방법 등 재활용 플라스틱 관련 표준 제정의 필요성을 인지한바, 표준 제정이 재활용 플라스틱의 보급·확산에 큰 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대된다.

In this study, a mesoporous carbon (CMK-3) activated using KOH was applied to the adsorption of formaldehyde, a representative indoor air pollutant. Activation process was carried out by putting KOH?treated CMK?3 in a reactor maintained at 700 °C in N2 atmosphere. The activated sample was characterized using BET, XRD, XPS and FT?IR analysis. The formaldehyde adsorption performance of the mesoporous carbon was improved, which is attributed to the formation of oxygen and nitrogen functional groups on the mesoporous carbon surface by the activation process.

There are various activities for reduction of the greenhouse gasses (GHG) emission around the world. The countries agreed to submit their's individual plans to the United Nations and have operated programs related to the Climate Change, in addition, the enterprises have spontaneously been developed individual calculation methodologies of GHG emission. This paper aims at examining methods for calculating the effect of the reduction of environmental impact, being divided into three categories; international standard, country, enterprise. The reduction effects of environmental impact were compared by applying an existing product of the vehicle undercover and the uni-materialized product and being selected six calculation methods of environmental footprint. There are significant differences according to the evaluation methods of product environmental footprint (PEF) reduction. Main factors of differences are a gap in system boundary, a scope of data collection and the replacement amount standard of existing products. Stakeholders are unreliable in the results of PEF reduction because of the differences in results by each methodology. Therefore, it is necessary to disclose in detail the methodologies of calculating the PEF reduction that relevant people can easily understand, also to enable comparisons of the reduction results by developing the standardization of evaluation methods of PEF in the long term.


SAPO-11을 이용한 억새와 Random Polypropylene의 촉매 열분해

SAPO-11 was applied for the first time to the catalytic pyrolysis of miscanthus and random polypropylene (random PP). Thermogravimetric analysis confirmed that SAPO-11 promoted the dehydration of miscanthus while suppressing the formation of char. In the pyrolysis of random PP, the decomposition temperature and activation energy were reduced by using a catalyst. A large fraction of levoglucosan, which was the main oxygenate product from the non-catalytic pyrolysis of miscanthus, was converted to high value-added products, such as furans, phenolics and aromatics using SAPO-34. The catalytic pyrolysis of random PP produced gasoline- and diesel-range hydrocarbons.
노인의 암검진 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인: 앤더슨 모델과 건강신념 모델을 중심으로

Purpose: This study tried to provide a baseline information for increasing the rate of cancer screening in the elderly by examining the factors influencing cancer screening behavior in the elderly using Andersen’s model and health belief model. Methods: Participants included 259 elderly from D city, South Korea. The data were collected from July to August, 2019 using structured questionnaires including subjects’ characteristics, knowledge toward cancer screening and health belief variables. Results: The cancer screening rate of the subjects was 66.0%. There were significant differences in monthly income, perception of the National Cancer Screening Program (NCSP), death from cancer in a family member, cancer screening intention, knowledge toward cancer screening, perceived benefit and perceived barrier between two groups. The factors influencing cancer screening behaviors in the elderly were death from cancer in a family member, perception of the NCSP, perceived barrier. Conclusion: This results suggest to increase the rate of cancer screening in the elderly, it is necessary to develop NCSP promotion program and proper education program for the elderly. Additionally, we recommended the research identifying the specific perceived barriers of cancer screening behavior of the elderly. This study provides a reference for developing the policy measures and strategies to increase the cancer screening behavior of the elderly.

Fed-batch fermentation of recombinant Escherichia coli harboring the gene encoding mature human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (hG-CSF) fused to the gene for the pectate lyase B (pelB) signal peptide of Erwinia caratovora was performed. The fusion protein, pelB-hG-CSF, was produced at a concentration of ca. 1.7 g/L in an inclusion body form.
