Although vehicles become more intelligent for convenience and safety of drivers, traffic accidents are increased more and more. Especially, car-to-car single rear impacts in the urban area are increased rapidly because of driver inattention. To prevent rear impacts in the urban area, commercial automobile vendor applies the low-speed short-distance collision warning system. This paper presents low-speed short-distance collision warning algorithm for the city driving by using sensor fusion of laser sensor and ultrasonic sensor. An experiment using embedded microprocessor in the driving track was used to demonstrate the feasibility of the collision warning algorithm.

In this study, surface-adsorbed species of 1,2-dichlorobenzene (1,2-DCB) on mesoporous $V_2O_5/TiO_2$ catalysts synthesized by spray pyrolysis were investigated through the adsorption/desorption performed using in situ FT-IR cell. Also, the comparison of adsorbed species with $TiO_2$ and $V_2O_5/TiO_2$ synthesized by the incipient wetness was carried out.

Although vehicles become more intelligent for convenience and safety of drivers, traffic accidents are increased more and more. Especially, low speed and rear end traffic accident in the city driving is increased rapid because of driver inattention. But, conventional collision avoidance system is focused on the high speed long range collision such as adaptive cruise control(ACC). Recently, commercial automobile vendor applies the low speed collision avoidance system for city driving. However, there are obstacles such as braking sensitivity or aim of driver. This paper presents low-speed & close-range collision avoidance algorithm to prevent traffic accident in the city driving. An experiment using embedded micro controller in the driving track was used to demonstrate the feasibility of the collision avoidance algorithm.

Butene oligomerization 용 Ni 촉매계에서 P-첨가제의 영향

Oligomerization of butenee was carried out in fixed bed reactor using Ni/Al2O3 catalysts. The effects of phosphorous on C8 yield and selectivity in dimerization reaction over Ni/Al2O3 caralyst were investigated. P and/or TPPO(Triphenyl phosphine oxide) is used as phosphorous source. It was found that the phosphorous promoter can increase octene selectivity in dimerization of n-butenes.
ADN기반 단일액상추진제 분해용 촉매 제조 및 특성 연구

본 연구에서는 금속을 담지한 alumina bead 촉매를 이용하여 ammonium dinitramide (ADN)기반 단일액상추진제 분해 성능 분석을 수행하였다. Alumina bead를 1200 ℃에서 소성한 후, 회전 증발기를 이용하여 과량 용액 함침법 (Excess water impregnation)으로 alumina bead에 Pt 및 Cu 를 담지하였다. 자체 제작한 batch 반응기에서 ADN기반 단일액상추진제 분해 온도(Tdec)를 측정하였다. Cu/Al2O3 촉매가 Pt/Al2O3 촉매에 비해 분해 온도가 더 낮게 나타났으며, Tdec 는 약 130 ℃이었다. In this study, the decomposition performance of ammonia dinitramide (ADN) based liquid monopropellant was evaluated by using metal supported alumina bead catalyst. Alumina bead was calcined at 1200 ℃, and Pt and Cu were impregnated on alumina bead by excess water impregnation using a rotary evaporator. The decomposition temperature (Tdec) of ADN-based liquid monopropellant was measured in a home-made batch reactor. The decomposition temperature of Cu/Al2O3 catalyst was lower than that of Pt/Al2O3 catalyst, and Tdec was about 130 ℃.
