        관광특성화고등학교의 교육서비스 품질 요인 도출과 가치, 태도 및 취업의도와의 영향관계 연구

        Tourism-specialized high schools are representative secondary vocational education institutions established for the purpose of nurturing talents in the tourism field. The tourism industry is an industry in which human resources are important. Therefore, despite the need to continuously discover and nurture tourism talents, research on tourism-specialized high schools is at a very insufficient level. Therefore, in this study, the educational service quality items and factors of tourism-specialized high schools were derived, and their influence on value, attitude, and intention to work was identified. To this end, the focus group interview and Delphi technique were used to derive educational service quality factors and measurement items suitable for the research subject. For the empirical analysis, a total of 301 students were conducted as a sample of tourism-specialized high school students located in Seoul. Results reveal that a total of 21 measurement items and four factors of teacher quality, curriculum, extracurricular activities, and educational facilities were derived for educational service quality. Results also show that three factors of teacher quality, extracurricular activities, and educational facilities among the educational service quality significantly influenced perceived value. However, it was found that the curriculum did not affect value. In addition, a significant positive relationship was found between value and attitude and between attitude and intention to work. Based on the findings, theoretical and practical implications were suggested for tourism specialized high schools and education authorities.

      • 유무선 통합 환경에서 효과적인 멀티캐스트 라우팅 알고리즘

        본 논문은 유무선 통합 환경에서 효과적인 멀티캐스트 라우팅 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 M_AQDMR 알고리즘은 Agent내에 내장된 두 가지 버퍼(Storage_Buffer 및 Provisional_Buffer)를 이용하여 모바일 노드가 이동할 때 패킷의 손실을 방지할 수 있으며, JoinRequest메시지와 JoinAccept메시지를 이용하여 동적으로 멀티캐스트 트리 구조를 조절할 수 있다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 새로운 M_AQDMR 알고리즘은 네트워크 비용, 패킷 손실률 등의 측면에서 기존의 QDMR 알고리즘에 비해 효율적임을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, we propose an efficient multicast routing algorithm on the wire/wireless integrated environment. This proposed M_AQDMR algorithm can prevent loss of packet when mobile node moves by using two internal buffers(storage_buffer and provisional_buffer), and dynamically control multicast tree by using JoinRequest message and JoinAccept message. The result of simulations showed that this new M_AQDMR algorithm is more efficient than the existing QDMR algorithms in the case of network cost and loss of packet

        관광체험이 즐거움 및 장소애착, 만족간의 구조적 관계

        본 연구의 목적은 관광체험의 중요성을 인식하고 관광체험이 즐거움 및 장소애착, 만족간의 구조적 관계를 이해하고 향후 관광체험에 유용한 마케팅 정보를 제공 하고자 한다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구와 함께 실증연구를 병행하였으며, 제18회 제천국제음악영화제 방문객을 대상으로 설문지 400부를 배포하여 유효표본 수 326부를 분석에 이용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/AMOS 프로그램을 사용하여 연구목적에 따라 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식 모형분석 등을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 관광체험의 즐거움이 장소애착과 만족간의 구조적 관계에 인과 관계가 있다는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관광체험이 즐거움과 장소애착에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관광체험의 즐거움과 장소애착은 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 제천국제음악영화제 참가자들에게 긍정적인 감정을 유발할 수 있는 즐거움과 장소애착을 형성할 수 있는 다양한 요소들을 경험할 수 있도록 하여 관광체험의 만족도를 높여야 한다. The objective of this study is to recognize the importance of tourism experience and understand the structural relationship between tourism experience, enjoyment, place attachment, and satisfaction. This is with the intent to provide valuable marketing insights for future tourism experiences. To achieve this objective, the study combined literature research with empirical research. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed to the visitors of the 18th Jecheon International Music & Film Festival, of which 326 valid samples were used for the analysis. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/AMOS program for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling, according to the research objective. The findings are as follows: First, there is a causal relationship in the structural relationship between the enjoyment of tourism experience, place attachment, and satisfaction. Second, the tourism experience was found to influence both enjoyment and place attachment. Third, the enjoyment and place attachment derived from tourism experience influenced satisfaction. Such results suggest that in order to enhance the satisfaction level of the Jecheon International Music & Film Festival attendees, it's vital to provide various experiences that can foster both enjoyment and place attachment, triggering positive emotions.

        지역 축제를 통한 관광객의 호의적 재방문의도 형성에 관한 연구 : 제천국제음악영화제 방문객 특성을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to analyze factors to form tourists’ favorable revisiting intention regarding local festivals held in minor cities equipped with plenty of tourism resources. To address the goal, centering around Jecheon International Music & Movie Festival held in Jecheon, Chungcheongbuk-do, this author has drawn strategies and programs to improve the intention to revisit the region of tourists who have viewed the local festival. The results of analysis can be summed up as follows. Women indicate high revisiting intention. Regarding visitors’ age, those under the 30’s show high revisiting intention. About their occupations, students, office workers, professionals, and the self-employed indicate high revisiting intention. Concerning the types of accompaniment, those accompanied with friends or families indicate high revisiting intention. Next, those who visit the region where the festival is held more often show higher revisiting intention. Regarding their marital status, the unmarried indicate high revisiting intention, and about their educational level, university graduates show the highest revisiting intention. About staying days, guests for a day or two nights and one day indicate high revisiting intention. 이 연구는 관광자원이 풍부한 지방중소도시의 지역축제와 관련하여 관광객의 호의적 재방문의도를 형성하기 위한 요소가 무엇인지에 관하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해 충청북도 제천에서 개최되고 있는 제천국제음악영화제를 관람한 관광객의 지역에 대한 재방문의도를 향상하기 위한 전략과 프로그램 등을 도출하였다. 분석결과 여성의 경우 재방문의도가 높았다. 방문객의 나이와 관련하여 30대 미만의 경우 재방문의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 직업의 경우 학생과, 회사원, 전문직과 자유업의 경우 재방문의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 동반형태는 친구와 가족이 함께한 경우 재방문의도가 높았다. 다음으로 축제가 개최되는 지역의 방문경험이 많을수록 재방문의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결혼여부와 관련해서는 미혼의 경우 재방문의도가 높았으며, 교육수준의 경우 대학졸업자의 경우가 가장 재방문의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 체류일수의 경우 당일과 1박 2일의 경우 재방문의도가 높았다.

        축제 체험요소가 감정반응, 몰입, 고객만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향: 제천국제음악영화제를 중심으로

        Recognizing the importance of experience factors, this author aims to verify and examine the effects of experience factors in a festival on emotional responses, flow, customer satisfaction, and revisiting intention and provide useful marketing information for future local festivals. To attain the goal, this researcher reviewed literatures and also conducted a positive study with visitors to the 13th Jecheon International Music & Film Festival. 500 questionnaire sheets were distributed to the visitors of the Jecheon International Music & Film Festival, and 409 valid samples were used for analysis. The materials collected went through analysis by using SPSS and AMOS Version 18.0, and according to the study purpose, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were done. The results of positive analysis can be summed up as below: First, the element of festival experience is shown to have the causal relationship in emotion response, flow, customer satisfaction and revisiting intention. Second, with respect to the element of festival experience and flow, the emotion response is shown to undertake the mediating role. Third, the flow is shown to make positive influence on customer satisfaction and revisiting intention. And fourth, the flow is shown to undertake the mediating role for element of festival experience, customer satisfaction and revisiting intention. When the above is comprehensively considered, it would provide an opportunity to have the festival visitors to personally experience the local festivals in a way of enhancing the positive emotion of emotion response and reduce the adverse emotion to increase flow and enhance the customer satisfaction to entice the re-visit in its implication. 본 연구는 축제에서 체험요소의 중요성을 인식하고 축제에 체험요소가 감정반응, 몰입, 고객만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 파악함으로써 향후 지역축제에 유용한 마케팅 정보를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 본 연구의 달성을 위해 문헌연구와 함께 제13회 제천국제음악영화제의 방문객을 대상으로 실증연구를 병행하였다. 이를 위해 제천국제음악영화제 방문객을 대상으로 설문지 500부를 배포하여 유효표본 수 409부를 분석에 이용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0의 프로그램으로 연구목적에 따라 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식 모형분석 등을 수행하였으며 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 축제 체험요소가 감정반응, 몰입, 고객만족 및 재방문의도에 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 축제 체험요소와 몰입에 있어 감정반응은 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 몰입은 고객만족과 재방문의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 몰입은 축제 체험요소와 고객만족 및 재방문의도에 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 종합할 때 축제 방문객에게 지역축제를 직접 체험할 수 있도록 기회를 제공함으로써 감정반응의 긍정적 감정을 높이고, 부정적 감정을 줄여 몰입을 증가시키고 고객만족을 높여 재방문을 유도할 수 있음을 시사한다.

      • 유무선 통합 환경에서 QoS 향상을 위한 M-QDMR 알고리즘

        현재 정보통신은 유무선 통합의 방향으로 나아가고 있으며, 유무선 통합에서 QoS관리가 가장 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유무선 통합 환경에서 QoS 향상을 위한 M-QDMR 알고리즘을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션 결과, M-QDMR 알고리즘은 가장 절약한 대역폭으로 지연이 비교적 작은 멀티캐스트 트리를 구성할 수 있음을 인증하였다. In this paper, we propose the M-QDMR algorithm for improvement QoS in the wire/wireless integrated environment. Through simulations and comparing to another multicast algorithm, we reach a conclusion is that M-QDMR can simply and dynamically adjusts the construction of multicast tree with little delay and the most reducible bandwidth resources.

        웹 기반의 SFA 시스템 설계 및 개발

        According to the rapid evolution of information technology, the salesperson's business efficiency and faster information sharing within the enterprise that need to improve competitiveness has been increasing steadily. In general, many companies has been managed the sales through the ERP system. However, the ERP informations as a result of operating activities can not perform customer maintenance activities from strategic planning. Therefore, a series of sales activities information as corporate intellectual assets is needed strategic business solutions for managing it. In this study, the web-based SFA systems were designed for salesperson. Salespersons improve the efficiency of the business through management and improvement activities of sales information. The systematic customer information management contribute to improving the company's revenue through improved customer service satisfaction.

        교사 내부마케팅 요인이 조직신뢰 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The main purpose of this research is to analyze that how internal marketing factors implemented on teachers can have an effect on organizational trust and customer orientation. The various supporting systems to teachers must take precedence in order to obtain educational competitiveness in educational institutions. Research design, data, and methodology: This research has been initiated and completed on 245 questionnaires of the elementary and junior high school teachers for about a month in October, 2019, by utilizing for frequency analysis, technical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, cronbach’s alpha, covariance analysis to verify its hypothesis by SPSS 23.0 & AMOS tool. Results: First of all, 5 major factors(management support, education & training, authority delegation, reward system, and internal communication) were selected among various internal marketing factors of teachers. Secondly, imposing internal marketing factors have been proven to display positive effects in terms of above 5 major factors for improving on organizational trust. Thirdly, above 5 major factors have been lead to positive influences on the development of the internal customer orientation, too. Lastly, organizational trust also are appeared to yield positive effects on customer orientation. Conclusions: This research has verified that implementation of internal marketing factors could potentially lead to enhance teacher’s organizational trust, and also lead to positive effects on customer orientation to students. In comparison with existing research contents, internal marketing factors might have different effects on organizational trust among occupational differences. More objective measurement tools must need to be developed and lead to further research which are prepared for the effects on teacher’s internal marketing factors.

        Through dramatic changes in the recent mobile market, various industries are developing the system for using smart phone. Smart phones can be rapid information exchange, real time business processing and business management using GPS system. Salespersons have the spatial and temporal constraints affected around the company`s business processes in various industries. The solution about the constraints will be constructed SFA system for using smart phone. Through SFA system using smart phone, salespersons can be done improvement of the information exchange speed, real time business processing, ongoing customer relationship management and internal and external linkages of the business. Companies expect the effect of revenue growth through customer satisfaction, savings of operating cost, reduction of processing time and good communication between salesperson.
