삼호달치(三好達治)의 『 측량선(測量船)』 의 서정의 의미 : 그의 초기시를 중심으로

達治の詩集『測量船』には二つの大きな特徵が見られる. それらは自分の生をもとにした色濃い抒情と傳統美の追求である. 本稿では彼の詩の中で初期の詩「추のうへ」「乳母車」「春の岬」「雪」の四篇を中心としてその詩篇の持つ抒情の意味を考察してみた. 「추のうへ」は<花びら><をみなご><み寺>の三つの詩語を中心とした유纖細な表現及び緻密さが詩として成功を遂げている. 「乳母車」は詩的話者を幼い子として設定しては母を呼んでいる. その展開過程で詩人は想像の空間を創り出す資質を遺憾なく發揮する. この二篇は達治の三十年余りの詩業で見れば, 詩人としての一人立ちの爲の實驗詩の性格を持つと言えるし, また詩人の自己省察も感じられる. 「春の岬」は短歌と同じ形式の文語體で書かれたので, この詩を『測量船』の卷頭においたのは傳統詩の繼承者としての達治の意志を表わしたのだと言える. 「雪」は單純な傳統美の繼承者としての詩人の意味だけでなく, 彼の詩語を通して現代人にゆたかで, あたたかい詩情を表現することによって, 達治の詩についての美學が感じられる詩であると言える.

미요시 다쓰지(三好達治) 詩에 나타난 동물의 의미

This paper offers a comprehensive analyses on the meaning of the usage ofanimals in the poetry of Miyosi Tatsuzi (三好達治, 1900-1964). In conducting thisresearch, the poems "Surveying ship" (測量船, 'SOKURYOUSEN') and "Get on acamel's hump" (駱駝の瘤にまたがって 'RAKUDANOKOBUNIMATAGATTE') areanalysed. The contextual representations that can be seen in "Surveying ship"include: 'Lion and Village', 'Village', and 'Deer'. Whereas in the poem "Get on acamel's hump", the contextual representations are as follows: 'Wolf', 'a tiny elephantcame', and 'a donkey'. As a result of analyzing these two poems, the conclusioncan be drawn that in "Surveying ship", the poet tends to draw upon his own sadnessand tragedy, stemming from his own existence, through the use of these animals. The animals express a sense of having been wounded within the poem. And it isthis character, of having experienced hurt, that is held within the poem. On the otherhand, Miyosi Tatsuzi's later poem "Get on a camel's hump", takes on the expressionof satire and self-characterization. 本稿は三好達治(1900-1964)の詩に現れた動物の意味を硏究したものである。今回、分析の対象にした作品は『測量船』の「獅子」「村」「村」「鹿」の四篇と『駱駝の瘤にまたがって』の「駱駝の瘤にまたがって」「狼」「ちっぽけな象がやって来た」「驢馬」等八篇である。まず、『測量船』の四篇を分析した結果、詩人は動物を借りて自己の存在に対する悲しみや悲劇を描こうとする傾向が著しかった。「獅子」「鹿」などは傷ついた存在の表出であった。それは、詩集『測量船』から感じられる情緖と似ていた。一方、彼の後期の詩集『駱駝の瘤にまたがって』では、諷刺と自己戱畵化として表出された。「駱駝の瘤にまたがって」におけるラクダは、詩人自身の生活と履歷を振り返る媒介としての役割を持ち、「狼」は敗戰後の‘力’と‘權力’を持った人々に対する強い拒否感を明らかに伝えていた。「ちっぽけな象がやって来た」では、敗戰後の荒廢した日本の姿とは違って、一頭の象を狂熱的に歡迎する人々の態度を批判した。それは詩集『駱駝の瘤にまたがって』の性格と一致していた。このように、達治は『測量船』『駱駝の瘤にまたがって』の二つの詩集に登場する動物を通じて、難しい時期を乗り越えてきた詩人の暗鬱な靑春と、敗戰後の時代に生きていた詩人の靈魂を伝えていた。

노년층의 라이프 스타일에 따른 관광지 선택 행동에 관한 연구

This research suggests strategies to develop tourist resorts and travel packages through examining consumer satisfaction with understanding of senior citizen's destination choices according to the life-style. To achieve the objective of the study, both literary/documentary review and empirical study are employed. Making use of manipulatory concepts of study, senior citizens in Seoul from 55-75 age group with travel experience become a sample. For the activation of senior citizen travel and for the development of travel commodities for them, not only the execution of economic function but also methods to satisfy travelers are suggested with knowledge of the desire and needs of senior travelers as well as of the problems.

미요시 다쓰지(三好達治)의 수필에 나타난 한국

This paper aims to analyze the image of Korea in three Miyoshi-Tatsuzi(三好達治), essays, 「Syunikki(秋日記)」「Nansenzakki(南鮮雜記)」「Kim Dong-hwan(金東煥)」were analyzed. These works are written after his traveling in Korea. By menas of analyzing his representation(or image) of Korean people and society in these works, it is possible to say that Tatsuzi had a compassionate heart to Korea and Korean people. Also, it looks he paid attention to find the virtue of Korea. However, it is still important to notice that he had some incorrect historical knowledges compiled by the Japan and he was positive to the use of Japanese in Korea. 이 논문은 일본의 근 현대시단을 대표하는 시인의 한 사람인 미요시 다쓰지(三好達治, 1900-1964)가 1940년 가을, 한국을 여행하고 난 뒤 일본에 돌아가서 발표한 수필을 분석한 것이다. 그가 그 때 쓴 수필에 나타난 한국체험을 밝히는 것이 이 글의 목적이다. 분석 대상이 된 텍스트는 「추일기(秋日記)」「남선잡기(南鮮雜記)」「김동환 씨(金東煥さん)」의 세 편이다. 다쓰지가 본 한국의 사회상이나 한국인에 대한 이미지 등을 분석한 결과, 그는 대체적으로 따뜻한 눈으로 한국과 한국인을 바라보고 있었다. 또한 한국인의 장점을 발견하고자 하는 점도 읽을 수 있었다. 그러나 당시 일본이 주장하던 잘못된 역사적 지식을 갖고 있었다는 점, 그리고 한국 내에 일본어가 통용되고 있는 사실에 대해서 긍정적으로 평가했던 사실도 알 수 있었다.

일본 프롤레타리아 시에 나타난 조선 여인상

This paper discusses the description of Chosen women who were portrayed in Japanese Proletarian poems. “Chosen’s Girl 1 (朝鮮の少女1)” and “Chosen’s Girl 2(朝鮮の少女2)” contain some depictions of the life of Chosen girls in cold winter who sell candies in Japan. SataIneko’s warm heart is represented in these two poems. “Colorful Clothes(色の衣装)” by Kikuoka Kyuri also shows his will to remember the beauty of Chosen’s girls. In contrast, Nakano Sigeharu’s “Chosen Girls(朝鮮の少女たち)” portrays a Chosen’s girl who resisted the Japanese occupation, which reveals a strong Proletarian character. In this poem, Nakano also accuses the brutality of the Japanese and shows her humanity sympathizing with Chosen’s girls and being concerned about their safety. “Korea’s Women(韓國の女),” “Long Autumn Hight(長長秋夜),” and “A Small Incident(小事件)” also express the sorrow of Chosen’s women. These works were created with the warm heart of Itou Keiichi, Oguma Hideo, and Ono Tojaburo towards the Korean ruled by the Japanese. Therefore, these seven works are the masterpieces that vividly represent the Korean women during the Japanese occupation, and they must remain to sparkle Japanese intellectuals’ poetic considerations. 本稿は日本プロレタリア詩に現れた朝鮮の女性像を硏究したものである。 「朝鮮の少女一」「朝鮮の少女二」は詩人である佐多稲子の暖かい視線が込められた作品で、冬に日本へと渡り、あめを売って暮している朝鮮の少女の姿が、事實的に描かれている。菊岡久利の「色の衣裳」にも美しい朝鮮の少女の姿を記憶したい詩人の意志が現れていた。それとは対照的に、中野重治の「朝鮮の少女たち」は、日帝に対する朝鮮の少女の抵抗を描いた作品で、プロレタリア的性格の強いものであった。しかし、そこにはやはり、朝鮮の少女達に対する哀れみの念と共に、日帝の蠻行を告發し、少女達を案じる人間美が感じられるものであった。 「韓國の女」「長長秋夜」「小事件」の3篇にも、朝鮮の女性の悲しみは、持續性を維持しながら読まれている。そこには、朝鮮の女性の生き方が事實的に、感動的に描かれている。これらの作品を書いた伊藤桂一、小熊秀雄、小野十三郞らが、被支配國民であった韓國人に送る視線は、暖かい人間美がその根幹にあった。今後、日帝强占期の朝鮮の女性の姿を生き生きとして描いたこれらの7篇は、日本の知識人の重要な詩的思惟作品として記録されるべきであろう。

오구마 히데오(小熊秀雄)의 「장장추야(長長秋夜)」론

本稿は、日本の詩人・小熊秀雄(1901-1940)の長編叙事詩「長長秋夜」の意味構造を分析したものである。この詩は、当時の朝鮮の老婆を詩の主人公にしたものであるが、韓国人の立場に立って韓國人の情緒を表わす表現を使いながら、普遍的な人類愛をもとに日帝の弾圧に抵抗するといった性格を持つものである。その点は、この作品を研究するうえで重要な要素となるだろう。 本稿で分析した結果、詩に描かれている具体的な日本の横暴の中心的なものが、朝鮮人に対して白衣の代わりに黒衣を着させるという強制的な黑衣獎勵運動や、朝鮮の青年たちに対する強制徴用などであった。これらの事件に関連した当時の先祖たちの忍耐と苦痛の甘受を詩の中で形象化した点で、この詩の優秀性を第一に說明することができる。特に、黑衣獎勵運動に対して強力に日帝に抵抗した朝鮮の老婆の姿の描写や、日帝が動員した人たちによって老婆らが暴行される叙述の直説話法は、詩的に劇化されながら読者の共感を呼び起こす重要な役割を果たしている。ここでの平和な朝鮮を夢見る老婆らの希望のメッセージは、詩の始めから終わりまで、一貫したトーンを維持しながら展開されていることが分かる。 また、何よりもこの作品の誕生の背景と関連して驚くべきことは、この詩を書いた小熊は韓国を訪ねたことがなかったにもかかわらず、韓国人の知り合いからの資料を通して知ることになった韓国の事情をもとにして書かれたことである。このことから、彼の詩的想像力の偉大さを評価することができる。また、小熊は明らかな反植民地的な思想傾向を持つ。このような点から見れば、この詩は当時の被支配の国民であった朝鮮人と同じ視点から叙述された普遍的な人類愛を根幹とする作品である。今後、反植民地の闘争の大きな根幹を成す重要な詩的思惟作品として記録されるべきであろう。

관리자가 인식하는 호텔기업의 혁신활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향: 호텔경영 형태에 따른 차이를 중심으로

This study aims to establish the types of innovation activities of hotel companies and to understand the effects of innovation activities on business performance. In addition, by analyzing the differences in innovation activities according to the management type of hotels, it was attempted to suggest implications for domestic hotel companies to secure a competitive advantage through innovation activities and for continuous growth and development. In order to achieve the research objectives, I explored the factors related to the innovation activities of hotel companies based on previous studies and examined the effects of the factors of innovation activities on business performance. In addition, this study identified the difference between the innovation activities and management performance of hotel companies according to the type of hotel management. As a result of the exploratory factor analysis, six factors were found as hotel companies' innovation activities: organizational innovation, personnel system innovation, process innovation, product and service innovation, marketing innovation, and human resource innovation. The empirical analysis results for hypothesis testing are summarized as follows. First, it was found that all of the six factors for the innovation activities of hotel companies had significant effects on non-financial performance. Second, it was found that organizational innovation, personnel system innovation, process innovation, product/service innovation, and marketing innovation affect financial performance among the elements of innovation utilization of hotel companies. Third, it was found that chain management hotel managers perceived all six factors of innovation activity higher than independent management hotel managers. Fourth, it was found that chain management hotel managers perceived non-financial and financial management performance higher than independent management hotel managers.

국내 외식업체 등급평가제도 도입 방안

Unless the remarkable development of food service industry, many customers are confusing the difference of a taste, a price, a service and so on according to the area or even the similar line of business. To solve this kinds of problem, increase the credibility and standardize the service, the grade valuation system for domestic food service companies is required. The purpose of this study is to contribute for the development of food service industry through the suggestion of desirable grade valuation criterion. The following should be considered to conduct the food service grade system based on the above results. The first, the fair grade valuation system is required. The third, the plan to induce the voluntary attendance should be prepared. To do this, publicity for the grade system is strengthened and the supporting such as tax and fund etc. should be followed.
