가상모델의 정보원 속성 요인들: 2단계 모형에 따른 측정도구 개발과 타당성 확인

The present study aimed to investigate the persuasive impact of source characteristics of virtual influencers on audiences, by adopting the framework developed for human influencers. The study confirmed the continued validity of the framework for human influencers in the context of virtual influencers and provided practitioners with essential information for utilizing the source characteristics of virtual influencers to achieve their objectives. The study utilized a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), path analyses through structural equation models (SEM), and other collateral analyses to demonstrate that the 2-stage measurement scale for human influencers could appropriately reflect the complex human responses to various virtual influencers. This achievement is noteworthy from an academic perspective. This can be considered a significant academic accomplishment of the present study. Its most direct practical contribution is that the results can be used as key prompts for image-generation AI applications to produce virtual humans that induce the desired source effects. 본 연구는 가상모델의 어떠한 속성들이 어떠한 경로를 통해 어떠한 설득 효과를 발휘하는지를 인간모델을 대상으로 검증되었던 2단계 정보원 속성 모형의 틀을 차용하여 규명함으로써, 이론적으로는 차용된 모형이 가상모델에도 충분한 타당성을 갖는지 확인하고 그 활용을위한 도구를 제공하며, 실무적으로는 목표 달성을 위해 투입되는 가상모델의 정보원 속성들을보다 전략적으로 설계하는 데 필수적인 정보를 제시할 목적으로 수행된 것이다. 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형 검증 등의 분석기법들을 동원하여 행한 자료분석 결과, 인간모델에 사용되었던 요인들을 그대로 사용하고 그 내부의 2단계 경로 또한 그대로 적용해도 다양한 가상모델과다양한 응답자의 조합으로 만들어지는 상황들을 적절히 설명할 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이로써 가상모델에 대해서도 정보원 속성 요인들의 객관적 측정을 위한 통합척도가 구비된 것이며, 이를 통해 향후의 연구들에서 내적 타당도를 높이고 연구들 간 결과 비교가 가능하도록 한것은 본 연구의 중요한 학술적 성과가 될 것이다. 또한, 최근 소개된 프롬프트 기반 인공지능 이미지 생성 어플리케이션들에 본 연구의 결과를 활용할 경우, 원하는 정보원 효과를 유도하는 데최적화된 가상인간을 쉽게 제작할 수 있다는 것은 본 연구의 가장 직접적인 실무적 공헌이 될것이다.

Streptococcus dysgalactiae subspecies equisimilis (SDSE) is an emerging pathogen in animals and humans. Herein, we describe two clinicalswine cases of SDSE infection presenting with lameness, neurological signs, or sudden death. Pathological examination indicated suppurativearthritis, encephalitis, and multifocal abscesses in kidney and heart. The β-hemolytic colonies obtained from joint samples of each case wereidentified as SDSE. The two isolates had low minimum inhibitory concentrations for β-lactams, and they presented the same virulence geneprofile (slo−/sagA+/pSTKP8+). Molecular analysis by multilocus sequence typing identified the SDSE isolates from cases 1 and 2 as sequencetypes 315 and 252, respectively.

The seroprevalence of major infectious abortion agents was investigated in native Korean goats from Jeonnam province using ELISA. A total of 98 blood samples were collected from goats. Overall, 48 (49.0%), 11 (11.2%), and 1 (1.0%) serum samples tested positive for C. burnetii, T. gondii, and C. abortus, respectively, while none of the samples were positive for B. abortus or N. caninum. Moreover, a PCR assay conducted to detect C. burnetii antigens in goats with a history of abortion revealed 18 (38.3%) of 47 goats were C. burnetii positive by both the ELISA and PCR assay.

In this paper, related studies were investigated by dividing them into cost-benefit analysis, security continuity services, and SW-centric calculations. The case analysis was conducted on A institutions in the United States, Japan and South Korea. Based on this, an improvement model was prepared through comparison with the current system. The SCS(Security Continuity Service) performance evaluation system-based information protection service cost calculation model is proposed. This method applies a service level agreement(SLA) and NIST Cybersecurity framework that are highly effective through cost-effectiveness analysis and calculates consideration based on characteristics, performance criteria, and weights by information protection service. This model can be used as a tool to objectively calculate the cost of information protection services at public institutions. It is also expected that this system can be established by strengthening the current recommended statutory level to the enforceability level, improving the evaluation system of state agencies and public institutions, introducing a verification system of information protection services by national certification bodies, and expanding its scope to all systems.
버뮤다그래스 페어웨이에 퍼레니얼라이그래스 오버시딩에 따른 두 초종의 밀도 및 품질 변화와 Trifloxysulfuron-sodium 처리에 의한 전이시기 조정

When perennial ryegrass was overseeded in bermudagrass fairway, shoot density of perennial ryegrass was gradually increased to $88,000/m^2$ at the end of May, however dramatically decreased to 0 in September over the rainy season. On the other hand, that of bermudagrass increased from $2,000/m^2$ in March to $20,000/m^2$ in early June, and then decreased to $4,000/m^2$ at the end of July, after the rainy season, rapidly increased to $50,000/m^2$ in early September. Overseeding bermudagrass fairway with perennial ryegrass was maintained a good quality from mid-April to mid-June and decreased the quality over the rainy season from late June to July, and then turf quality was decrease to the worst level at the end of July. After the rainy season fairway quality was improved gradually and was the highest-level during September and early October. Trifloxysulfuron-sodium was treated to minimize the deterioration in turf quality due to early bermudgrass transition time in spring. Consequently, transition was started in mid-May and shoot density of bermudagrass treated by trifloxysulfuron-sodium was $70,000/m^2$ in mid-June. Even in the rainy season it was sustained as $30,000/m^2$, approximately three times higher than that of untreated overseeding fairway. 버뮤다그래스에 퍼레니얼라이그래스를 오버시딩 했을 때 퍼레니얼라이그래스의 밀도는 3월부터 점차적으로 증가하여 5월 말에는 88,000주/$m^2$를 유지하였다. 그러나 장마기를 거치면서 급격히 줄어들어 9월 초순경에는 0주/$m^2$가 되었다. 반면에 버뮤다그래스의 밀도는 3월경에 2,000주/$m^2$에서 온도가 증가함에 따라 점차 증가하여 5월 중순경에 10,000주/$m^2$, 6월 초순경에는 20,000주/$m^2$로 증가하였으며, 장마기를 거치면서 일조량 부족으로 7월 중순경에는 4,000주/$m^2$로 떨어졌다. 장마 후에는 밀도가 급격히 증가하여 9월 초순경에는 50,000주/$m^2$ 정도를 유지하였다. 퍼레니얼라이그래스로 오버시딩한 버뮤래스 페어웨이의 품질은 4월 중순부터 6월 중순까지 좋은 품질이 유지되다가 장마기이후 7월말에 가장 나빴으나 이후 점차 향상되어 9월 초순부터 10월 초순까지 좋은 품질을 나타내었다. 봄철 버뮤다그래스의 전이시기를 앞당겨 장마기의 품질저하를 최소화하기 위하여 trifloxysulfuron-sodium을 처리한 결과, 5월중순경부터 버뮤다그래스로 전이가 이루어져 6월 중순경에는 70,000주/$m^2$ 정도의 밀도를 보였으며 장마기에도 약 30,000주/$m^2$를 유지하여 무처리구에 비하여 약 3배 이상의 높은 밀도를 유지하였다.
