스마트 그리드 환경에서의 개인정보 취약점 분석과 보호 방안

Smart grid is a new electricity grid which transmits and distributes electricity intelligently by converging the information technology into the traditional electricity grid. Recently, the smart grid projects are promoted rapidly because the ‘Green IT’ becomes more and more interesting. However, Modernization of the grid will increase the level of personal information detail available as well as the instances of collection, use and disclosure of personal information. In this paper, We analyze privacy weakness for secure smart grid and propose a protective countermeasures. Without diminishing the benefits of the smart grid, it is possible to design privacy directly into the smart grid by making it the default (no action would not be an option) in all physical, administrative and technological aspects of the system. These proposals will contribute the smart grid security and guarantee promotion of the smart grid.

스마트 그리드에서의 프라이버시 보호

최근 그린 IT에 대한 관심이 고조되면서 저탄소 녹색성장의 완성을 위해 지능형 전력망으로 불리는 스마트 그리드(Smart Grid) 기술을 도입하여 빠른 환경 변화에 한발 앞서가고 있다. 스마트 그리드를 통해 전력망이 진화하고 있지만 사이버 공격과 비고의적인 위험노출에 대한 우려도 일각에서 제기되고 있는 상황이다. 전력망이 갈수록 복잡해지고 서로 연결됨에 따라 유틸리티 공급업체의 사이버 보안 위협을 위한 노력이 점차로 중요하게 될 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 스마트 그리드의 개인정보보호 필요성과 침해 유형들을 살펴보고, 스마트 그리드에서의 프라이버시 보호에 대한 고려사항과 보호 제공방안을 고찰하도록 한다.

제7차 교육과정에서는 전자제품 관련 내용(실과), 미래의 로봇의 역할(사회)이 도입되었지만, 이를 이용해서 학생들이 로봇의 특성과 기능 등 로봇에 대한 것을 배우기에는 부족하다. 이에 대한 대안으로 로봇의 움직임을 프로그래밍 함으로써 논리적 사고력을 증진시킬 수 있는 로봇교육프로그램이 제안,개발되고 있다. 본 논문은 교육용 프로그래밍형 라인트레이서를 학습하여 초등학생들이 로봇을 제작하고 제어하는 경험을 제공하고, 정규 교과과정과 연계한 융합형 로봇교육 프로그램을 개발하고 교수학습지도안을 작성하여 지도방법을 분석하였다. The 7th National Curriculum includes the courses on electronic goods (Practical Course) and roles of robot in the future (Social Studies), which are not sufficient for students to learn about characteristics and functions of robots. As a complementary measure, in order to enhance logical thinking of students through programming of movement of robots, robot education programs have been suggested and are under development. This study suggests the programmable line tracer robot course which provides the elementary school students with the experience of producing and controlling robots. This study also suggests the convergence robot education program to be developed link with the regular curriculum, and analyzes the method of teaching based on the teaching plans.

In this paper, we design and develop a personalized advertisement and information services system based on mobile RFID using RFID virtual tag. It is a system to perform the use of the contents information or the commercial transaction on the contents products through internet server connection by using RFID tag information with a mobile according as transmitting immediately to a cell phone after a tag generator derived RFID tag information to be substituted for the contents information being output at present, after being transmitted from a cell phone the information request signal on the contents information being output from video media. This service system provides a mechanism for gathering advertisement information left behind by many clients visiting advertisement sites for analysis of customers property, service model for selecting personalized services, and mechanism for providing them to customers who visited in a advertisement mall joined to the shopping site.

스마트 그리드의 소비자 보호를 위한 안전한 분산 데이터 관리 구조

스마트 그리드 기술은 소비자의 에너지 사용을 실시간으로 감시하고 비사용 기간 동안 차단 요구에 응답할 가정용 기기와 통신함으로써, 에너지 효율을 가정으로까지 확대해 준다. 그러나, 스마트 그리드에서 수집된 정보는 개인 정보의 라이브러리 형태가 될 것이므로 이것을 잘못 다루게 되면 소비자의 개인정보를 크게 해칠 수 있다. 소비자 중심의 투명성과 통제의 원칙이 처음부터 끝까지 필수 설계 원칙으로 취급 되지 않는다면 중대한 우려가 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 All-Or-Nothing Transform(AONT) 암호화 모드의 특성을 이용하여 스마트 그리드 환경에서의 안전한 소비자 정보보호를 제공하기 위한 효율적인 데이터 분산 보안 관리방안을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 알고리즘은 처리속도 측면에서 데이터의 고속 분산 및 복원이 가능하며, 각 비밀조각 사이즈의 총합이 평문과 동일하여 스마트 그리드 시스템의 개인 데이터 처리에 적합하다. Smart grid technology can expand energy efficiency into the home by monitoring consumer energy usage in real time and communicating with household devices that respond to demands to shut off during periods of non-use, allowing individual consumers to control their electricity usage more effectively. But, the information collected on a smart grid will form a library of personal information, the mishandling of which could be highly invasive of consumer privacy. There will be major concerns if consumer-focused principles of transparency and control are not treated as essential design principles from beginning to end. In this paper, using All-Or-Nothing Transform encryption mode for providing smart grid security, we propose efficient distributed data Management based on XOR operation. The contribution of this paper is to provide a secure algorithm that manages efficiently distributed data in the field of private data in smart grid environment.

모바일 XML 파서를 이용한 안드로이드 기반 해양교통관제시스템의 무선 데이터 교환 프로토콜의 성능개선

IVEF(Inter-system VTS Exchange Format) 서비스는 해상교통관제시스템 상호간, 선박 상호간에 해상교통정보를 교환하기 위한 프로토콜로서 e-Navigation이라 불리는 차세대 선박항법체계의 일환으로 표준화가 진행 중이다. V-145 권고안의 표준은 오픈소스 프로젝트로 개발이 진행되고 있으며, 프로토콜의 기반이 되는 파서가 SAX(Simple API for XML) 파서로 구성되어져 있다. 해상 환경에서 선박에는 제한된 리소스를 가지는 임베디드 시스템이 탑재되며, 열악한 네트워크 환경으로 인해 메시지의 신속한 처리가 필요하게 된다. 이에 비해 VTS(Vessel Traffic System) 관제탑의 경우 대량의 선박 메시지를 처리하므로 같은 프로토콜이라도 상황에 따라 다른 특성을 가지는 파서가 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존의 SAX 파서에 비해 저용량의 메모리를 소비하며, 수행속도가 빠른 XMLPull Parser를 이용하여 IVEF 프로토콜의 성능을 개선하였다. 또한, 이를 이용하여 무선 환경에서 V-145 프로토콜을 시뮬레이션하는 서버/클라이언트 시스템을 개발하였다. 실제 운항중인 선박의 에뮬레이션을 위해 안드로이드 플랫폼이 탑재된 스마트 폰을 이용하였고, VTS 서비스 센터의 에뮬레이션을 위해 윈도우즈 7 운영체제 기반의 데스크톱 컴퓨터를 사용하였다. IVEF is the protocol designed for exchange of marine transportation information between the vessel traffic control systems and between the vessels. Standardization of the IVEF service is under way as a part of the next-generation marine navigation system called e-Navigation. The standard for the recommendation V-145 has been under development as an open-source project, and the protocol is based on the SAX parser. In the marine environment, vessels are equipped with embedded systems with restricted resources, and due do the poor network environment, messages need to be handled quickly. For VTS control towers, on the contrary, parsers with different characteristics are required for the same protocol depending on the situation. This paper suggests the IVEF protocol based on the XMLPullParser which supports faster processing speed and requires less memory than the existing SAX parser. It also suggests the server/client system which simulates the V-145 protocol in the wireless environment. Androidbased smart phones were used to emulate the vessels, and Windows7-based desk tops were used to emulate the VTS service center.
