        임신 전 건강행위 측정도구 개발

        Purpose: This study was designed to develop a valid and reliable scale for the evaluation of preconception health behavior in women preparing for pregnancy. Methods: The initial strategy included a literature review, interviews, and construction of a conceptual framework. The preliminary items were evaluated twice for content validity by experts, and modified two preliminary investigations. Participants in the 2 main investigations and the confirmation investigation were tested for reliability and validity of the preliminary scale in women preparing for pregnancy. The data were analyzed for different items exploratory and confirmatory factors. Results: The 5-point Likert scale consisted of 6 factors and 27 items. The 6-factors included ‘hazardous substance factor,’ ‘medical management factor,’ ‘rest and sleep factor,’ ‘stress management factor,’ ‘information acquisition factor,’ and ‘resource preparation factor.’ Goodness of fit of the final research model was very appropriate and based on the following measures: Q=1.98, comparative fit index=.91, Tucker-lewis index=.89, standardized root mean square residual=.07, and root mean square error of approximation=.07. The criterion validity was .64. The reliability coefficient was .92 and the test-retest reliability was .61. Conclusion: The study findings indicate that the scale can be used for the development of nursing interventions to promote preconception health behavior in women preparing for pregnancy.

        임신 중 음주에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Objectives:The purpose of this study was to investigate the status and influencing factors of alcohol use during pregnancy. Methods:The design for this study is a cross-sectional descriptive correlation study. Samples were collected from 325 women including 166 pregnant women and 159 women who have ever experienced pregnancies. The data were collected during the period between September and October in 2010. The instruments for this study were AUDIT- K, family support, self-efficacy. Results:There were 163 women (50.2%) of 325 subjects used alcohol during their pregnancies, 143 women (90.7%) of those surveyed didn't realize their pregnancies. Otherwise 54 women (33.3%) used alcohol, knowing their pregnancies. Age, religion and income were statistically significant demographic characteristics influencing alcohol use during pregnancy. Also, there were other variations that are statistically significant; are planned pregnancy, problem drinking without pregnancy, family history, family support and self-efficacy. The analysis results of the factors on influence of alcohol use during pregnancy showed that problem drinking without pregnancy, family history, family support. Conclusion: This study showed that the factors on influence of alcohol use during pregnancy are significantly related to problem drinking without pregnancy, family history and family support.

        간호학 전공 만학도 남학생의 대학 생활 경험

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of male students’ life experience who started studying late for nursing. Methods : The data were collected through in-depth interviews of 8 male nursing students from 3rd to 4th grade who experienced clinical practice. Giorgi's phenomenological method was used for data analysis. Results : Findings included 7 main themes and 15 themes. The main themes concerning mature male students were ‘Entering school to start a second life.’, ‘Need to adapt to unfamiliar learning methods.’, ‘Maintaining interpersonal relationships while emphasizing courtesy.’, ‘Practice in the field with a attitude.’, ‘The reactions of those around me are varied, but they support me.’, ‘Dealing with economic difficulties.’, ‘Hope for successful employment.’ Conclusion : The results of this study provide a deeper understanding of male students’ experience who started studying late for nursing. These results can be used in the development of strategies to support mature male students in nursing.

      • 대학생 성교육 프로그램의 개발을 위한 요구도 조사연구

        Purpose: This study aimed to explore the experiences and needs about sex education of university entrants in Korea, and to identify the relationship among the levels of sex-related knowledge, sexual attitude and reproductive health promoting behavior. Methods: Totally 188 freshman year of two different university were recruited to reply. The design of study was a exploratory research, using a cross-sectional survey. A self-administered questionnaire was used to measure the experiences and needs about sex education. The data were analyzed with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: 95.2% of the experienced sex education but the level of satisfaction about sex education was 38.3%. The sex education methods that subjects wanted were comfortable and interesting using videos and practices. Sex-related knowledge significantly differed according to sex. Sexual attitude differed according to the experience of sex, the line of dating and the route of information about sex. There was positive correlations among sex-related knowledge, sexual attitude and reproductive health promoting behavior of female entrants. Conclusion: So sex education program, composed of knowledge, attitude and behavior should be interesting and helpful in order to fit current trends and fulfill university entrants’ needs.

        간호대학생을 위한 전자태아감시 자가학습 교재의 개발 및 적용효과

        Purpose: This study aimed to develop supplementary material about the electronic fetal monitoring for nursing students, and to test the effects on electronic fetal monitoring related knowledge and confidence on nursing performance in delivery room. Methods: Totally 58 nursing students were recruited either experimental group (n=30) or a control group (n=28). A non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was employed to test the effects on fetal monitoring related knowledge and confidence on nursing performance in delivery room. The supplementary material about the electronic fetal monitoring was developed based on Analysis, Design, Development, Implement and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. Fetal monitoring related knowledge and confidence on nursing performance in delivery room were self-reported by the scales that author developed. Data were collected at pre-test and after the 6-week intervention. Results: There was significant difference in confidence on nursing performance in delivery room between two groups after intervention. Conclusion: These findings suggest the importance of the supplementary material about the electronic fetal monitoring for nursing students to improve confidence on nursing performance in delivery room.

        문제음주 여성의 임신초기 경험

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of pregnant women’s experiences with drinking alcohol during first trimester of pregnancy Methods: The data were collected through in-depth interviews of 7 pregnant women who drank alcohol in the first trimester. Giorgi's phenomenological method was used for data analysis. Results: Findings included 6 main themes and 14 themes. The main themes concerning pregnancy and drinking were: ‘Open attitude in drinking, History of drinking in family or spouse, Seeking information in how drinking affects pregnancy, Regret not doing planned pregnancy and not quitting drinking before pregnancy, Willing to stop drinking until the child birth, Awareness about importance of preconception care. Conclusion: The results of this study provide a deeper understanding of pregnant women’s experiences of drinking alcohol during the first trimester of pregnancy. These results can be used in the development of strategies to prevent drinking alcohol during first trimester and to support preconception care and prenatal care.

        간호대학생 대상의 핵심간호술 실습교육 운영에 대한 주제범위 문헌고찰 : 국내 연구를 중심으로

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the type of core nursing skills training and educational effects for Korean nursing students. Methods : The data was analyzed by scoping review, using the framework proposed by Arksey & O'Malley (2005) and supplemented by Levac et al. (2010), was conducted. RISS, NDSL, DBpia, KISS, and KCI were used to search the literature. Two independent reviewers separately selected studies by extracting characteristics of the studies using pre-tested forms. Overall, a total of 705 articles were initially identified, out of which 40 articles were ultimately included for the final analysis. Result : The scenario, video taking, and peer tutoring method were observed to be the most commonly utilized educational approach for core nursing skills. The core nursing skills most frequently addressed included indwelling catheterization, vital sign measurements, intramuscular injection, and intravenous fluid infusion. When evaluating core nursing skills, the primary measurements focused on critical thinking disposition in the cognitive domain, performance confidence in the affective domain, and clinical competence in the psycho-motor domain. Conclusion : It is necessary to develop various operation methods for effective core nursing skills training. The findings of this study offer valuable insights that can serve as basic data for establishing effective core nursing skills training for nursing students.

        대학생을 위한 블렌디드 러닝 기법의 성 교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과

        Purpose: This study was describes the development and implementation a sex education program with a blended learning method for university students. Methods: Sixty-eight university students were recruited either to the experimental group (n=35) or the control group (n=33). This program was developed based on the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation model. The analysis phase consisted of a literature review, focus group interview, expert consultations, and target group survey. In addition, learning objectives and structure were designed, and a printed text-book, presentation slides, cross-word puzzle, and debate topics were developed. In the implementation phase, the program was conducted 3 times over the course of 3 weeks. The evaluation phase involved verification of the effects of the program on sex-related knowledge, sexual autonomy, and justification of violence, as well as an assessment of satisfaction with the program. Results: The experimental group had significantly higher scores on sex-related knowledge (t=5.47, p<.001), sexual autonomy (t=2.40, p=.019), and justification of violence (t=2.52, p=.015) than the control group. Conclusion: The results indicate that this sex education program with blended learning was effective in meeting the needs of university students and can be widely used in this context.
