        다물체계의 평형위치에서 고유진동수에 대한 공차해석

        Tolerance analysis method for natural frequencies of multi-body systems having a equilibrium position is suggested in this paper. To perform the tolerance analysis, the Monte-Carlo Method is conventionally employed. However, the Monte-Carlo Method has some weakness; spending too much time for analysis and having a low accuracy and hard to converge in the dynamical unstable area. To resolve these problems, a tolerance analysis method is suggested in this paper. Sensitivity equations of natural frequencies are derived at the equilibrium position. By employing the sensitivity information of mass, damping and stiffness matrices, the sensitivity of natural frequencies can be calculated.

        The manufacturing tolerance influences performance of mechanical system directly. To get the influence, statistical tolerance analysis of the governor mechanism is performed in this paper. And tolerance optimization of governor is performed to minimize the manufacturing cost. The Monte-Carlo method and the response surface method are employed for the tolerance analysis and optimization. Mass of flying ball, stiffness of spring and joint attachment point are chosen as deign variables and the optimal solution is obtained for the optimization problem.

        It is generally accepted that the increased rouleaux formation of erythrocytes is the main cause of the increased rate of the sedimentation and finally the increased rouleaux formation is due to the increased fibrinogen and simultaneously decreased albumin level in the plasma protein concentration. Kuh. Han, Chae and Sohn in our laboratory confirmed that the liver took a part in the protein metabolism following injury such as burn, croton. oil-dermatitis, sup puration and tuberculosis. Chae and Sohn clarified the role of the adrenal cortex in relation with the liver on the mechanism of the acceleration of E. S. R., that is, of the changes of plasma protein fractions in the rats following acute infection by studying electrophoretic patterns of plasma protein and the attitude of mitochondria (Chae)and-RNA and DNA(Sohn)in the liver cells. On the other hand, Whipple and his coworkers reported that the decreased albumin level and increased fibrinogen of the plasma protein in the dogs with sterile abscess by turpentine was due to the increased turn-over rate, and that the protein me taboiism was anabolic. change. According to Levenson and et al; in the study of using Nis labeled. glycine, the incorporation rate of N15 was greater in the tissue of the burned.. rats than in the tissue of the control rats, and from these results, they asserted that the anabolism of protein occurred in the burned rats. Methods and Materials 1. Male albino-rat used in these experiments were about 200 gin. of body weight. 2. Adrenalectomy was performed via the back skin. 3. Burn was induced with boiling water on the one third of skin surface. 4. The determination of sedimentation rate, total plasma protein and fibrinogen was done by the micromethod, by tyrosin method('MMatsuoka) and by the tryrosin method(Weichselboum) respectively. 5. The paper electrophoresis was performed by Shin modified method of Tiselius. Part Ⅰ . To confirm the effects of anabolic hormone on the weight gaining, on the plasma protein patterns and on the E. S. R., the determination of body weight, E. S. R. and plasma protein fractions level were performed in. the normal rats and burned rats. The results were as follows : 1. In the burned rats, a high sedimentation rate was observed and concomitantly a slight decrease of plasma albumin, but markedly increased plasma fibrinogen were occured. 2. A marked increase of the body weight, but a-slight changes of plasma protein patterns of the control rats was induced by the administration of N. A. P. P. and T. S. P. 3. In the burned rats, N. A. P. P. and T. S. P. caused more higher sedimentation rate and more marked changes of the plasma protein patterns. Part Ⅱ. Chae and Sohn reported that the burn failed to to induce the acceleration of E. S. R. and change of plasma protein patterns in the adrenalectomized rats. Under this condition, the infusion of cortisone or IIOCA corrected the influence of the adrenalectomy. And in order to find whether or not the anabolic hormone could substitute the adrenal cortical hormone, these experiments were performed. The results were as follows: 1. In the adrenalectomized rats, the anabolic hormone induced little change of E. S. R. and electrophoretic patterns of plasma protein. 2. In the adrenalectomized rats, the anbolic hormone plus burn caused little changes of E. S, R. and of electrophoretic patterns of plasma protein. 3. In the adrenalectomided rats, the infusion of cortisone and N. A. P. P. in combination induced little changs of E. S.R. and of electrophoretic patterns of plasma protein, but both cortisone plus burn caused a maked changes of E. S.. R. and of electrophoretic patterns of plasma protein. 4. In the abrenalectomized rats, the combination of the anabolic hormone with both cortisone plus burn caused more maked changes of E. S. R. and of electrophoretic patterns of plasma protein. Part Ⅲ. Chae observed the behavior of the mitochondria of the liver cells in relation with the changes of E. S. R. and the plasma protein patterns in the burned rats and in the adrenalectomized rats. And he reported that the mitochondria showed morphol= logical activity in parallel with the acceleration of the sedimentation. Sohn also obsserved the attitute of th RNA of the liver cells in the same procedure with Chae's. Since the function of the mitochondria and the amounts of the RNA of the liver cells have an intimate relation with protein metabolism, author intended to confirm the effect of anabolic hormone on the mitochondria and RNA of the liver cells in the burned rats and in the adrenalectomized rats. In addition to, author also compared the effect of anabolic hormone with the effect of cortisone on the mitochondria and RNA of the liver cells. The results were as follows : 1. In the normal rats, the anabolic hormone induced the proliferation of the - nuleus, the icrease of RNA in the cytoplasma of the liver cells and the multiplication of the mitochondria of the liver cells. 2. in the burned rats, the anabolic hormone caused more intensified increase of RNA and multiplication of the mitochondria of the liver cells. 3. In the adrenalectomized rats, little changes of the liver cells was observed by the administration of the anabolic hormone.

      • Molybdenum과 Carboxylic Acid를 합성한 금속 전구체

        산업이 발전함에 따라 석유는 산업화가 진행되기 위한 가장 필요한 자원이다. 그러나 석유의 매장량은 한정적이고 이를 대신할 에너지원 개발이 절실하다. 이에 한정된 석유자원을 좀 더 효율적으로 활용하기 위해 원유정제 과정에서 발생되는 중질유의 경질유화로 전환시켜 고부가가치를 지닌 자원으로 만들어 경제적 손실을 최소화하는 방안이 제시되고 있다. 따라서 석유에너지를 효과적으로 사용하며 경제적 손실을 줄이기 위해 단순정제를 마친 중질유를 상품성이 높은 경질유(Gas oil, Naphtha등)로 얻어내는 효과적 기술이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 중심금속으로 Molybdenum을 사용하여 중질유 수첨분해용 전구체를 합성하였다. 중질유 수첨분해 반응에 사용되는 전구체는 Carboxylic계 리간드를 사용하여 합성하였으며, 리간드에 따른 분해효율은 한국화학연구원의 수소첨가 분해용 고온, 고압 반응기를 사용해서 확인하였다. 합성된 전구체의 화학적 구조를 알아보기 위해 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, FT-IR를 사용하였다.

      • Hyaline membrane disease의 一剖檢例

        In recent years there are many reports of hyaline menbrane disease in foreign literatures, whereas there are no report in Lorean publications up to date. This fact seems to me to be mainly due to lack of regard for this disease. In our pathological department, we have experienced a case of gyaline mmebrane disease of a newborn who was died in hours after birth. The post-mortem findings were as follows: Both lungs were prominemtly atelectatic and congested. Histologically numerous dense pink and homogenous hyaline menbarnes were lined in alveolar duct and alveoli, and squama were found in some alveolar lumen.

        The effect of synthetic ceramide analogues on gastritis and esophagitis in rats

        The effects of ceremide analogues on esophagitis and gastritis in rats were examined. Gastritis induced by indomethacin was significantly reduced after CY3325 and CY3723 treatment, whereas other analogues had no effect. The amount of malondialdehyde in gastritis was significantly reduced by CY3325 or CY 3723. CY3325 or CY 3723 decreased the glutathione levels in gastritis. The myeloperoxidase level in gastritis is increased, and its increment was decreased by CY3325 and CY3723. In reflux esophagitis, the ulceration was decreased by CY3325, CY3723. The gastric volume and acid output are reduced, whereas the pH value is increased by CY3325 or CY3723 after esophagitis. These results suggest that ceramide analogues, CY3325 and CY3723, can prevent the development of gastritis and reflux esophagitis in rats.

        The protective mechanism of QGC in feline esophageal epithelial cells by interleukin-1b treatment

        In a previous study, Quercetin-3-O-b-D-glucuronopyranoside(QGC) has anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatoryeffects in vivo. QGC is a flavonoid glucosideextracted from Rumex Aquaticus. We investigated thedownstream target proteins involved in IL-1b-stimulatedROS production and the ability of QGC to inhibit ROSproduction. Cell viability was determined using the MTTreduction assay. Western blot analysis was performed withantibodies to investigate the activation of three MAPKs,NF-jB, and phosphorylated IjB-a (pIB), and the expressionof COX-2. 20,70-dichlorofluorescin diacetate was usedto detect the generation of intracellular ROS species. Whenthe cells were exposed to media containing IL-1b for 18 h,cell viability was not affected. QGC did not reduce theCOX-2 expression induced by IL-1b. However; QGCattenuated the production of intracellular ROS induced byIL-1b. IL-1b increased the expression of ERK, p38 MAPK,and pIB, and nuclear translocation of NF-jB were recoveredby the ROS scavenger N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) andQGC, but not by the NADPH oxidase inhibitor diphenyleneiodonium. Pretreatment of cells with the ERK inhibitorPD98059, the p38 MAPK inhibitor SB202190, NAC,and QGC attenuated nuclear translocation of NF-jB andactivation of pIB. QGC has a scavenging effect on cytokine-induced ROS production, thereby preventing itsdownstream effects, nuclear translocation of NF-jB, andactivation of pIB is mediated by activation of ERK and p38MAPK, although QGC does not inhibit IL-1b-stimulatedCOX-2 expression in feline esophageal epithelial cells. Thedata suggest that QGC exerts anti-oxidative effects andinhibitory effects against esophageal epithelial cells signalsby the action of IL-1b treatment.
