        Low serum cholesterol level as a risk factor for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest: a case-control study

        Objective We aimed to identify the association between low serum total cholesterol levels and the risk of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA). Methods This case-control study was performed using datasets from the Cardiac Arrest Pursuit Trial with Unique Registration and Epidemiologic Surveillance (CAPTURES) project and the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES). Cases were defined as emergency medical service-treated adult patients who experienced OHCA with a presumed cardiac etiology from the CAPTURES project dataset. Four controls from the KNHANES dataset were matched to each case based on age, sex, and county. Multivariable conditional logistic regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the effect of total cholesterol levels on OHCA. Results A total of 607 matched case-control pairs were analyzed.         챗봇 활용 철근콘크리트 건축물 구조안전 자가점검 시나리오 개발에 관한 연구

        Due to the aging of a building, 38.8% (about 2.82 million buildings) of the total buildings are old for more than 30 years after completion and are located in a blind spot for an inspection, except for buildings subject to regular legal inspection (about 3%). Such existing buildings require users to self-inspect themselves and make efforts to take preemptive risks. The scope of this study was defined as the general public's visual self-inspection of buildings and was limited to structural members that affect the structural stability of old buildings. This study categorized possible damage to reinforced concrete to check the structural safety of buildings and proposed a checklist to prevent the damage. A damage assessment methodology was presented during the inspection, and a self-inspection scenario was tested through a chatbot connection. It is believed that it can increase the accessibility and convenience of non-experts and induce equalized results when performing inspections, according to the chatbot guide.

        가새각도 변화에 따른 축회전 다이아그리드구조 시스템의 민감도해석

        일반적인 정형 다이아그리드구조물은 구조물외부면을 따라 삼각 트러스형태로 가새가 설치되어있고, 기둥이 없기 때문에 다양한 형상의 구조물을 표현할 수 있다. 하지만 비정형구조물은 변수가 다양하기 때문에, 이러한 많은 미비점을 보완하기 위해서 여러 변수에 따른 거동을 평가하는 연구가 계속 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Vollers가 분류한 비정형 건물 중에서, Twisters형태의 다이아그리드 구조 시스템에 적용하고, 구조 시스템의 구조설계에 영향을 미치는 변수로서 재료의 탄성계수와 항복강도를 내력에 대한 변수로 정했다. 가새 각도 변화에 따른 축회전 다이아그리드 구조시스템의 민감도 해석을 수행하여, 상대적으로 영향력이 높은 설계변수를 파악하고, 가새 각도와 축회전 각도 변화에 따른 구조물의 민감도 경향을 파악하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. General regular shaped diagrid structures can express diverse shapes because braces are installed along the exterior faces of the structures and the structures have no pillars. However, since irregular shaped structures have diverse variables, studies to assess behaviors resulting from various variables are continuously required to supplement the imperfections related to such variables. In the present study, materials’ elastic coefficients and yield strength were selected as variables for resisting force that would be applied to diagrid structural systems in the form of Twisters among the irregular shaped buildings classified by Vollers and would affect the structural designs of such structural systems. The purpose of the present study is to conduct sensitivity analysis for axial rotation diagrid structural systems according to changes in brace angles in order to identify those design variables that have relatively larger effects and the trends of the sensitivity of the structures according to changes in brace angles and axial rotation angles.

        아웃리거 구조시스템의 한계세장비 근사식 활용을 위한 건물규모에 대한 연구

        To construct buildings on limited land, the size of the building is important. The development process needs to be minimized because determining the size of a structurally safe building at the planning stage incurs considerable time and cost. This study proposes the Limit Slenderness Ratio Approximation Equation. This study examined an outrigger structure system among several systems proposed for controlling the lateral displacement in tall buildings. This study compared the Limit Slenderness Ratio Approximation Equation with the approximate equation by changing the variables of the building model, and examined the size of the building using the approximate Equation. As an analysis program, the MAIDAS architectural structural analysis program was used to conduct model-specific analysis. The appropriate scale of the building to minimize the error between the approximate value calculated by the Limit Slenderness Ratio Approximation Equation and the analysis result of the structural analysis program is as follows. As the number of outrigger installation increases, the error can be reduced; the ratio of the cores is reasonable, from 20% to 30%, and the arrangement of the column is suitable only for the outer column without an internal column. 최근 도시화로 인구집중이 지속되고, 도시 과밀화로 인한 대지 부족 현상, 지가 상승 등의 문제가 발생하여, 그에 대한 대안 중 하나로, 초고층건축물에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 한정된 대지에 건물을 짓기 위해선 건물의 합리적인 규모 설정이 중요하다. 계획단계에서 구조적으로 안전한 건물의 규모를 파악하기에는 많은 시간과 비용이 들기 때문에, 이러한 과정을 간소화할 수 있는 하나의 방법으로 한계세장비 근사식이 제안되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고층건물에 횡변위 제어를 위해 제안된 여러 시스템 중 아웃리거 구조시스템에 대해서, 한계세장비 근사식을 기본으로, 해석프로그램의 결과값과 근사식을 비교 검토하고, 근사식의 활용성을 높이고자 하였다. 해석프로그램으로는 MAIDAS 건축구조해석 프로그램을 사용하여 모델별 해석을 진행하였다. 그 결과 한계세장비 근사식으로 계산한 근사값과 구조해석 프로그램 해석 결과값과의 오차를 최소화하기 위한 건물의 적정규모는 다음과 같다. 아웃리거 설치 개수가 많을수록 오차를 줄일 수 있고, 코어의 비율은 20%~30%가 합리적이며, 기둥의 배치는 내부기둥 없이 외부기둥으로만 되어있는 형태가 적절한 것으로 나타났다.

        The demand on high-rise buildings increased, lateral drift control became a most important design variable, at the same time, various lateral drift control system were proposed and outrigger structural system was one of these typical systems. In recent years, the optimal location of outrigger has been proposed. The maximum of lateral drift vary according to the slenderness ratio of structure, even the structures were set as similar heights and outriggers were also set at the optimal locations. Commonly, There"s no knowing that the limitation of the maximum lateral drift either meets the requirements or not limitation of the maximum lateral drift as just at the optimal location of outriggers simply. This paper transformed the equation on the optimal location of singular outrigger proposed by Taranath. Equation of limitation of slenderness ratio on structures with singular outrigger on the optimal location were proposed singular outrigger on the optimal location, limitation of slenderness ratio was also proposed.

        이중 아웃리거 구조 시스템의 한계 세장비에 대한 연구

        Due to the recent overpopulation of urban cities, land shortage and soaring land prices have caused an increase in the demand for high-rise buildings. To build buildings on a limited land, the size of the building is important. Displacement control by horizontal loads in a skyscraper is critical to securing stability and usability of structures. Several systems have been proposed for efficient horizontal displacement control, and so far the study continues. Among them, the Outrigger System is a representative of the typical horizontal load resistance system. Although studies have been conducted so far to locate the optimal position of the outrigger, studies of the slenderness ratio of the buildings are still insufficient. Based on the Outrigger-Optimized Position equation, this study induces the calculation of the displacement of the outrigger installation building according to the slenderness ratio.

        다이아그리드 구조 시스템의 횡적 거동에 대한 민감도 해석

        지진하중⋅풍하중 등에 의한 횡적 거동 분석시, 민감도 해석은 구조 모델의 입력변수의 변화에 따른 횡적 거동의 특성을 분석하고 그에 따른 상대적 주요 변수를 찾는 것을 목적으로 한다. 따라서 민감도 해석은 건축물의 구조 진단과 보수 보강 분야에서 특히 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 동일한 높이에서 다이아그리드 가새부재의 설치 각도를 변화 시키면서 TDA이론을 적용한 선형정적 해석법으로 민감도 해석을 수행하였다. 지진하중의 영향이 큰 중층 건축물에서는 모듈의 설치 각도가 58°일 때 가새부재가 가장 주요한 변수로 판별되었고, 풍하중의 영향이 큰 고층 건축물에서는 모듈의 설치 각도가 67.4°일 경우 가새부재가 가장 주요한 변수로 판별되어 시스템 적용의 효율성을 입증하 였다. 또한 구간별 민감도는 12층에서 36층 모델의 경우 중상층부에서 가장 크게 나타났으며, 고층 건축물의 경우 하부에서 가장 큰 민감 도값이 산출되었다. In evaluating lateral behavior on the seismic and wind load, the purpose of sensitivity analysis is to find critical variables and to identify characteristic response with variability of variables. The sensitivity analysis is very important in structural diagnosis, repair and reinforcement field. This study investigates the sensitivity by linear static analysis applying the TDA method in changing angles of diagrid braces on the same height structures. In case of mid rise model, under the seismic load, the brace member is determined as a major variable at 58° but a high rise model, under the wind load, has the brace member as a major variable at 67.4°. In addition, location of critical sensitivity on the mid rise model is distributed over middle section, while it is distributed lower section on the high rise model.
