The purpose of this study is to consider method of improving reliability of compressive strength prediction by face<br/> hitting rebound test hammer and to propose compressive strength reliability expression to apply to face hitting rebound<br/> test hammer. The result is as follows. 25mm size face hitting rebound test hammer was used to observe a correlation<br/> between compressive strength and rebound degree for entire hitting angle direction. so, if method using this hammer is<br/> applied, it will be a method to improve reliability in compressive strength presumption by rebound test method.

With the serial observation data of the Fisheries Research and Development Agency in Korea and Japan Meteorological Agency from 1969 to 1974, the geostrophic current and volume transport were calculated in the Korea Strait and in the middle of the East Sea (Japan Sea), in order to compare the total volume transport in summer and winter seasons. The results are as follows. The annual mean of the net volume transport of the Korea Strait is 0.19${\times}$10$\^$6/m$\^$3/sec in winter season and 1.33${\times}$10$\^$6/m$\^$3/sec in summer season. The transport through the western and eastern channel of the Korea Srait is almost same in winter season, but the transport of the western channel is much larger than that of the eastern channel in summer season. The annual mean of the net volume transport of the middle section of the East Sea (Japan Sea) is 2.61${\times}$10$\^$6/m$\^$3/sec in winter season and 2.41${\times}$10$\^$6/m$\^$3/sec in summer season. Therefore the transorts are almost same in both seasons. Comparing the transports of the two sections, the transport through the middle section of the East Sea is 13.7 times as large as that of the Korea Strait in winter season and 1.8 times in summer season.

The purpose of this study is to propose improved apartment management rules so that the inhabitants of apartment houses can manage their apartment in efficient and transparent manners. This study points out several problems of current management system and propose improved apartment management rules by analyzing misconducts of management office, related laws and regulations, standard apartment management rules, these and judicial decisions. Therefore, the inhabitants may refer to this study in establishment or amendment of their apartment management rules.

This study was intended to survey the satisfaction levels of the residents, who live in apartment complexes, with the management of apartment complexes. The questionnaire consists of three sections, that is, Maintenance and Operations Management of Apartment Complexes and Convenience Services for Residents while containing a total of 16 questions respectively. All the data was analyzed using the frequency analysis tool of SPSS software and a Chi-square was conducted to examine the differences between the residents' opinions on each background variable. The results from this study are as follows. (1) It was found that the residents expressed a high level of satisfaction with "Maintenance". However, it is considered that there are some requirements to develop some other systems better in consideration of the class of residents, who show relatively a high level of dissatisfaction with "Safety Management" and "Management of Parking Lot Facilities" (the family heads are less than 30 years old and the monthly income of a family is less than 2 million won). (2) An urgent matter is to enhance the operation management system, since most residents showed a low level of satisfaction with it. It is essential to prepare for a measure to relieve the suspicions of residents about the "Accounting Management" and "Main Group of Management". The "Management Regulations" should be made in the form of pictograms and distributed in order for the residents to understand the contents easily. (3) Since overall residents showed a low level of satisfaction with "Convenience Services" and they are also less interested in them, those kinds of services should be provided during the course of the management after preparing for some schemes to induce a voluntary participation of the residents.
플라이애쉬를 혼입한 기포콘크리트의 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

The purpose of this study is to obtain basic data of the properties of the foamed concrete within purified fly-ash Which is manufactured from raw material of fly-ash so as to make various application of foamed concrete. To find change of the properties according to admixing purified fly-ash as substitution of cement, admixture ratio was increased 20% step by step from 0% to 60% at the amount of 300, 400, 500, 600㎏/㎥ of B(cement+purified fly-ash). The results of study were shown as follow: As the admixture ratio of purified fly-ash was increased with decreasing the value of flow but increasing the value of absorptivity because of its high fineness and trend of the breaking of foam. It would be necessary to check the admixture ratio of purified fly-ash to make up for the KS F4039 with the value of flow, it's minimum is 180㎜. As the admixture ratio of purified fly-ash was increased, the compressive strength was decreased but with aging, it increased dramatically for it's property of pozzolan reaction. This study shows that the admixing of purified fly-ash in foamed concrete is very useful but we have to check the admixture ratio of purified fly-ash to its side effects before using it.
모듈러 현장시공단계 안전관리를 위한 FMEA 평가방식 제안

모듈러 건축시공은 일반 건축시공에 비해 설치 및 양중단계에서 사고 발생 비율이 높아 공법적 차이를 고려한 차별화된 안전관리체계가 필요함에도 불구하고 별도의 체계가 수립되어 있지 않다. 또한, 모듈러 시공현장의 안전관리에 대한 연구가 아직 미비하여 모듈러 현장 안전성에 대한 우려가 있다. 본 연구에서는 모듈러 시공단계의 FMEA Sheet를 제안하여 현장 사고 발생 예방 및 작업자 교육을 위한 자료로 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구의 궁극적 목적은 원자력발전소 방사화 콘크리트 구호물의 해체과정에서 발생할 수 있는 구조적 · 인적 리스크를 도출해 리스크 분류체계를 구축하고 각 위험요인의 중요도 평가를 통해 위험순위를 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 사전연구로서 건설 철거작업과의 유사성 분석 및 전문가 인터뷰를 통한 작업분류체계 및 리스크 분류체계를 구축하였다. 본 연구는 고도화된 원전 방사화 콘크리트 해체공사 리스크 분류체계 기반 Fuzzy-AHP를 적용해 중요도 평가를 실시하기 위한 기초연구를 수행하였다.
