This study attempts to analyze the interrelationship between the value-orientation of man and the purpose-orientation of education. It demonstrates the importance of good value-attitude as the prerequirement of good education, which comes under influence of the spirit of the time as well as the inner state of modern man. From aspect on the spirit of the time, three dimensions are focused: cognitivism, egoistic individualism, and hedonism. From aspect on the inner state, the existential vacuum, an "abyss-experience", which is both increasing and spreading, is focused. As the main point of study is to examine the actual goals is the very act of education from the viewpoint of value-orientation, two kinds of goal-complex undergo the examination: the one is "emancipation", including such relevant ideals as "democratization","humanization", and "criticism", and the other is "self-actualization", presented as the general objectives in the curriculum of school education. The former is proved to be destructive to public value-orientation, the latter to be rather ego-oriented. Both notions turns out to be inappropriate for the goal-presentation in the field of education, because they do not meet the formal requirements of it. Educational goals must represent the personality-ideals, which should be pursued, not political ideals, and be formulated in terms of outcomes of educational activities, not processes. Educational objectives and tasks in an age of value-orientation crisis should be more common-good oriented, subject to the ground-ideal of our society.
3D 치아 스캔 데이터를 위한 포인트 클라우드와 메쉬 기반의 분할 모델 성능 비교

Recently, automatic segmentation, classification and shape reconstruction of teeth using 3D oral scan data have been actively attempted. In this study, recently proposed 3D segmentation models based on deep learning from tooth surface data were applied to segment each tooth and their performance was compared and evaluated. The models used in this study were divided into point cloud-based and mesh-based models according to the data format. The performance improvement of each model was also compared and evaluated by applying a graph cut algorithm as a segmentation post-process. The experimental results showed that PointTransformer as a point cloud-based model and MeshSNet as a mesh-based model had the best segmentation performance. PointTransformer also converged the fastest into optimal segmentation. We can conclude that the proximity information of the points or meshes in the surface data and the use of the transformer had an important effect on improving tooth segmentation performance. 최근 3D 구강 스캔 데이터를 이용하여 치아를 자동으로 분할 및 분류하거나 치아 형상을 예측하는 등의 시도가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 치아 표면 데이터에서 각 치아를 분할하는 데에 최근에 제안된 딥러닝 기반의 3D 분할 모델들을 적용하고 그 성능을 비교 평가하였다. 비교에 사용한 모델들은 데이터 형식에 따라 point cloud 기반의 모델과 mesh 기반의 모델로 구분된다. 또한, 예측된 결과물에 후처리 작업으로 graph cut 기법을 적용하여 각 모델의 분할 성능 향상을 비교 평가하였다. 실험 결과, point cloud 기반의 PointTransformer와 mesh 기반의 MeshSNet이 가장 우수한 분할 성능을 보였고, 특히 PointTransformer는 최적의 분할로 가장 빨리 수렴하였다. 결론적으로 치아 외관을 구성하는 포인트 또는 메쉬의 인접성 정보와 Transformer의 활용이 치아 분할 성능 향상에 중요한 영향을 주는 것으로 분석된다.

This study presents a modularized process of a hybrid renewable energy system that combines photovoltaic power and wind power to supply stable power in a unit area (1 km²). The water electrolysis process and fuel cells process also contributes to the supply of the stable power. The entire system can constantly supply power of 4.39 MW/km². Actual meteorological data is used for simulation.
핵연료 집합체에서의 대형 이차 와류 혼합날개의 난류생성 특성에 관한 연구

Mixing vanes have been installed in the space grid of nuclear fuel rod bundle to improve turbulent heat transfer. Split mixing vanes induce the vortex flow in the cooling water to swirl in sub-channel of fuel assembly. But, The swirling flow decays rapidly so that the heat transfer enhancing effect limited to short length after the mixing vane. In the present study, the large scale vortex flow(LSVF) is generated by rearranging the mixing vanes to the coordinated directions. This LSVF mixing vanes generate the most strong secondary flow vortices which maintain about 35Dh after the spacer grid. The streamwise vorticity generated by LSVF sustain two times more than that split mixing vane.
