「스타워즈 키즈」를 통해 본 동영상UCC이미지의 해체주의적 특성 연구

21세 기의 새로운 화두로 등장한 UCC와 그중에서 동영상 이미지로 이루어진 컨테츠의 특성을 자크데리다의 해체주의에 입각하여 살펴보면, 동영상 UCC는 사이버공간에서 새로운 자기 표현과 정보제공 등의 수단으로 사용되는 컨텐츠이다. 이를 통해 수많은 인터넷유저들은 자신만의 독특한 색깔을 표현하게 된다. 자크 데리다는 전통적인 형이상학에 대한 저항으로 해체를 주장하고 있으며 소쉬르의 기호론을 초극해 기표는 결코 기의에 종속되어 있다고 보지 않고 있다. 결국 기표는 기표들과의 관계 속에서 연속된 의미를 생성하고 의미의 규정은 계속된 의미생성으로 인해 미루어지는 차연이 생기게 된다. 〈스타워즈 키즈〉는 영화 스타워즈의 장면의 일부를 기표로 유추하여 새로운 장면을 연출하여 그것이 사이버 공간에서 새로운 기표로 작용하며 이들의 기표작용으로 인해 새로운 기의가 생성된다. 그러나 계속되는 기표의 생성과 의미작용으로 인해 의미의 규정은 계속 미루어지고 여기서 사이버 공간의 개인의 정체성 문제도 혼란을 겪게 된다. 다수의 기표와 상대적으로 적은 의미로 인해 결국 장 보드리 야르가 말한 의미의 허무주의에 이르게 되고 결국 환원될 수 없는 기의의 생성적 다양성인 “산포”를 경험하게 된다. 동영상 UCC이미지는 차연을 통해서 현대사회의 문화적 특성을 이야기 하고 있으며 비록 UCC가 개인의 정체성을 표현하고 개인의 개성을 표출하는 수단으로 사용되고 있으나 결국은 개인의 정체성도 규정이 계속 미루어져서 정체성을 하나로 규정지을 수 없는 혼란의 상태로 빠지게 할 수 있다고 본다. And the regulation of meaning differance delayed by meaning generations to have been continued is come into being. 〈STARWARS KIDS〉 uses by Significant a part of a scene of movie 〈STAR WARS〉. And direct a new scene. And it work by new significant in cyber space. New significat by their significant operations is generated. However, meaning regulation is continuously postponed by generation of continued balloting and meaning operations .Also, personal identity is in disorder in cyber space. Finally it is become in nihilism of the meaning that Jean Baudrillard told by multiple significant and relatively a little meaning. Be experienced “the dispersion” that is generative variety of the significat which cannot be restored after all. A moving vee image is tell us to the recently cultural characteristic through differance. UCC shows in personal identity, and be used to means to express a personal personality, but in the end the personal identity regulation is continuously delayed. Therefore, I think that a moving vee image can addict with state of the disorder that cannot define identity.

공공기관에서 효율적인 디자인 업무 수행을 위해 디자인조직과 디자인담당자의 위상과 역할은 디자인의사결정과정에서 매우 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기본적 개념정리와 기초적 현황조사의 측면에서 디자인경영, 디자인매니저의 개념을 이해하고자 하였다. 더불어 디자인조직의 현황분석을 위해 경기도 디자인총괄추진단과 경기도 내 31개 지자체의 디자인조직과 디자인담당자의 현황 조사를 토대로 경기도의 디자인조직과 디자인담당자의 현황을 살펴보았다. 또한 지자체의 규모별 특성에 따른 디자인조직의 형태를 살펴보기 위해 서울특별시, 부산광역시, 전주시의 디자인조직의 형태를 살펴보았으며, 시장 이하 전 실과소와 외부전문가로 구성된 디자인도시추진체계를 갖추고 있는 고베시 ``디자인도시추진실``을 조사하였다. 고베시 ``디자인도시추진실``은 문화, 산업, 환경, 커뮤니티 등 전 분야를 도시디자인의 영역으로 보고 디자인사고에 의한 디자인 경영적 측면에서 접근하고 있었으며 디자인도시추진체계를 구축하여 통합적으로 운영하고 실무는 기획조정국 산하 도시디자인추진팀이 맡아 종합적이고 일관성 있는 디자인도시정책을 펼치고 있었다. 본 연구에서는 디자인조직과 디자인매니저의 역할에 대한 현황 조사 수준이므로 후속연구에서는 이에 대한 검증이 보완되어야 할 것이다. In the public institutions design organization and design managers position and the role are very important In this study, first, it has try to understanding to concept of Design Management and Design Manager. Next it has researched construction of Gyeonggi Province and 31 municipalities` design organization and design managers. Also it has examine the design organizations in local governments with different scales and form of organizations in Seoul, Busan, Jeonju, and urban design policies of designs team of Kobe, Japan. Kobe city`s urban design area is included culture, industry, environment, community, etc., all areas of design and managerial aspects of design thinking has approached. In addition, it has organized ``Design City Propulsion System`` for the integrated operating Urban Design Policy. And design working is in charge of ``Urban Design Promotion Team`` under the Ministry of Planning for comprehensive design policies. This study is only on the level of the Survey. Therefore, next study will be supplemented for this verification.

통합디자인프로세스의 효과적인 적용을 위한 기초자치단체의 디자인전담조직 유형 연구

기초자치단체의 다양한 공공디자인 관련 업무의 효율성을 높이기 위해 통합디자인 프로세스가 적용되어야 한다. 이를 위해 도시관련 부서에서 공공디자인 업무를 보는 조직은 별도의 디자인전담조직으로 구성되거나 기획관련조직으로 재조정될 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 통합디자인 프로세스를 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 디자인부서 유형을 제안하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 통합디자인의 개념을 문헌조사 연구방법을 통해 재정리 하였다. 본 연구는 또한 관련 정부 기관들의 여러 웹사이트를 방문함으로써 중앙기관과 경기도, 가평군에 있는 지방기관의 디자인 업무현황을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 기초자치단체의 디자인업무의 일관성과 효율성을 위해 공공디자인 업무를 디자인 관련 업무만을 다루는 부서가 전담해야 함을 파악했고 이를 적용할 수 있는 디자인전담부서의 조직유형을 제안하였다. 특정한 편견이나 간섭을 배제한 채 자치단체와 단체장의 의견과 정책을 투명하게 반영할 수 있도록 별도의 디자인전담조직을 구성하거나 기획관련 부서에 디자인 전담부서의 구성을 조직하는 것이 효과적일 것이다. 끝으로 향후 연구를 통해 제안된 조직 유형의 당위성을 증명할 필요가 있음을 밝힌다. The integrated design process should be applied in order to bring the efficiency of various public services related to public design to local governments. To do this, it is necessary for the departments working on public design at urban-related division to be restructured design department or to be transferred to planning-related department. The purpose of this study is to suggest the types of designing organization that is capable of applying the integrated design process effectively. For this, this research has refined the concept of integrated design with literature review. Furthermore, we have examined the current situations of the works related to design service of national government, and local government at Gyeonggi province and Ga-pyeong county by browsing various web sites of the government organizations. As a result of this study, we learned that public design serve needs to be handled by the organizations which can only deals with design-related service in order to bring the consistency and efficiency to design service of local governments. In addition, we also suggest the types of design organization that can work on the issue we found. It seems to be effective that planning-related division should manage to form the organization of design service since the division can reflect the opinion and policy direction from local government and its heads without any bias and interruption. That will be the most effective Integrated Design. We also consider that the future study needs to be followed to demonstrate the appropriateness of the suggested types of organization.

디자인관련기관과의 연계를 통한 디자인미술관 운영방안 연구

본 연구는 대중을 향한 디자인의 일상화라는 측면에서 디자인문화 확산에 중심 가치를 두고 다양한 관점에서 디자인관련기관과의 연계를 통한 디자인미술관의 역할과 운영방안을 연구하고자 한다. 디자인관련기관은 정책수행자의 역할을 행하고 디자인미술관은 디자인문화 확산의 중심적인 역할을 수행할 수 있는 역할 특성을 지니고 있기 때문에 이 둘이 협력한다면 보다 효과적인 디자인문화 확산을 지원할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 디자인문화에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 국내외 디자인관련기관 분석과 디자인미술관 분석을 통해 우리 실정에 맞는 디자인문화 확산 방안을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. The major purpose of this study is not only to spread of the design culture throughout every day life in various views but also connecting with Design Museum’s operational strategy with the design-related organization. Moreover, if Design Museum and design-related organization cooperates in their attributes, they could cooperate more effective and supportive ways of spread the design culture. By that this study extends to analyze the domestic and foreign design connected agencies based on understanding of design culture. Another major aim of this study proposes to draw up a new plan to spread of the design cultural in actual condition of Korea.
