        백부자-대체 가능 한약재의 계종버섯에 대한 급성독성시험과 안전성등급화

        Objectives : Termitomyces albuminosus (Berk.) Heim is one of the famous wild edible mushrooms in the southern part of China. It is known that Termitomyces albuminosus, like Aconitum koreanum used in Korean traditional medicine, contains a kind of cerebroside, termitomycesphin, causing a pharmacologic effect on the neuron system. The pharmacologic effect of Termitomyces albuminosus can be used to possibly replace Aconitum koreanum. However, It needs to be certified as safe before it can be used. Here, a single-oral toxicity test and safety classification was conducted to obtain acute information of the toxicity of dried-Termitomyces albuminosus powder and to secure its safety in clinical applications. Methods : In order to calculate approximate lethal dose(ALD), test substance was orally administered to male and female SD-rat at dose levels of 5,000 and 0 (vehicle control) ㎎/㎏ (body weight). Based on the result of this toxicity, also the estimation of safety classification was calculated using the HED-based (human equivalent dose) MOS (margin of safety). Results : There were no mortalities, test substances treatment-related clinical signs, no changes in the body or organ weights, and no gross or histopathological findings at 14 days after treatment with test substance. Thus, the approximate lethal dose of dried-Termitomyces albuminosus powder was considered over 5,000 ㎎/㎏ in both female and male mice. Conclusions : Based on the limit dose, 5000 ㎎/㎏, it was estimated that dried-Termitomyces albuminosus powder is classified as “Specified class B” indicating that clinical dose is not limited to patients as safe as food.

        요가를 활용한 K-POP 댄스 프로그램이 여자중학생의 수면의 질과 자각적 피로도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 8주간의 요가를 활용한 K-POP 댄스 프로그램이 여자중학생의 수면의 질과 자각적 피로도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여, 학생들에게 실질적인 도움이 되는 신체활동으로서의 K-POP 댄스 프로그램 개발에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 충청남도 C에 소재한 H중학교 1, 2학년 여학생 30명을 임의로 선정한 후, 요가+K-POP 댄스 집단(A), K-POP 댄스 집단(B), 비교 집단(C)에 각각 10명씩 무선 배정하고 2017년 9월 수면의 질과 자각적 피로도를 사전측정하였고, 8주간의 프로그램 처치 후 2017년 11월 사후측정을 하였다. 프로그램은 주2회 70분씩 실시하였으며, 수면의 질에 대한 차이 검증은 공변량분석(ANCOVA), 자각적 피로도는 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 실험의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수면의 질 총점에서A집단이 다른 두 집단에 비해 유의하게 낮은 점수가 나타나 수면의 질이 가장 높아졌음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 자각적 피로도의 총점수는 A집단의 평균이 다른 두 집단에 비해 낮은 점수를 나타내었으나 B집단과는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났고 C집단에 비해서는 A집단과 B집단이 유의한 차이로 낮은 점수를 나타내어 자각적 피로도가 낮아졌음을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of 8-week K-POP dance program using yoga on quality of sleep and self-reported fatigue of female middle school students to provide the basic data necessary for correcting and supplementing the K-POP dance program so that K-POP dance activities, which are currently receiving great attention from students, can be practically useful in many ways. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, we selected 24 female second grade students in H-middle school in Chungcheongnam-do, were selected at random and the allocated 10 students each for the yoga + K-POP dance group(A), K-pop dance group(B) and comparison group and in September 2017, sleep quality and subjective fatigue were measured in advance, and after 8 weeks of program treatment, post-mortem measurements were taken in November 2017. The program was conducted for 70 minutes of 2 times a week for 8 weeks. ANCOVA was used to test for differences in quality of Sleep and one-way ANOVA was used for self-reported fatigue. The main results of the experiment are as follows. First, the group A showed significantly lower scores on quality of sleep than the other two groups, indicating that quality of sleep was the highest. Second, the total scores of subjective fatigue were lower in the A group than in the other two groups, but not significantly different from the B group. The group A and the group B showed lower scores than the group C, indicating that the self-reported fatigue was lower

        다변량 시계열 Boundary 예측 및 신뢰도 평가 기법 기반 LNG 운반선 메인 엔진 시스템의 조기 이상 탐지

        Recently, a variety of studies have been conducted to detect abnormal operation of ships and their causes and in the marine and shipbuilding industries. This study proposed a method for early anomaly detection of the main engine system using a multivariate time series sensor data extracted from LNG carriers built at a shipyard. For early anomaly detection, the process of predicting the future value through the sensor data at present is necessary, and in this process, the prediction residual, which is the difference between the actual future value and the predicted value, is generated. Since the generated residual has a significant effect on the early anomaly detection results, a compensating process is necessary. We propose novel loss functions that can learn the upper or lower prediction boundary of a time-series forecasting model. The time-series forecasting model trained with the proposed loss function improves the performance of the early anomaly detection algorithm by compensating the prediction residual. In addition, the real-time confidence of the predicted value is evaluated through the newly proposed confidence model by utilizing the similarity between time-series forecasting residual and confidence residual. With the early anomaly detection algorithm proposed in this study, the prediction model, which learns the upper boundary, outputs the upper limit of the predicted value that can be output by the baseline prediction model learned with the MSE loss function and can predict abnormal behavior that threshold-based anomaly discriminator could not predict because the future prediction of the baseline model is lower than the actual future value. Based on the results of this study, the performance of the proposed method was improved to 0.9532 compared to 0.4001 of the baseline model in Recall. This means that robust early anomaly detection is possible in various operating styles of the actual ship operations.

      • 꿀벌 독의 독성 강도와 동물에 미치는 영향

        Sting injury by bees or wasps have become frequent recently and have become a matter to prevent and consider in companion animal health care. Therefore, it is necessary to better understand the level of toxicity of Hymenoptera insect venom, and in this study, we were to investigate the toxicity of honey bee venom and its effects on animals through an acute toxicity test using mice. The mouse acute toxicity test was performed by intraperitoneally administering 0, 2.5, 5, and 7.5 mg/kg of bee venom to C57BL/6 mice. Body weight changes and blood glucose levels were measured before and after administration. During the administration, major common symptoms were observed. Lethal dose 50(LD50)values were calculated and blood samples were collected from sacrificed animals and used for hematologic examination to measure blood levels of ALB, ALT, AST, BUN, LDL, HDL, and total cholesterol. As a result of the mouse acute toxicity test, the LD50 value was found to be 4.48 mg/kg in male and 5.86 mg/kg in female C57BL/6 mice. Information on the toxicity of bee venom and hematological analysis results will provide basic data for the health care and emergency treatment of animals stung by bees.
