        프랑스어 어휘교육의 필요성에 대한 소고

        A l`heure actuelle ou` l`approche communicative, dont l`enjeu principal est de mettre les besoins langagiers des apprenants au coeur de l`enseignement/apprentissage des langues, re`gne toujours dans le domaine de l`enseignement du franc¿ais langue e´trange`re, pourquoi insistons-nous sur la ne´cessite´ de l`enseignement syste´matique du vocabulaire, qui e´tait le parent pauvre de la didactique des langues? Sa ne´cessite´ se re´sume en cinq points suivants: 1 Le vocabulaire est un mate´riau e´le´mentaire de toute activite´ langagie`re. 2 Le vocabulaire comme le plus gros convoyeur de culture refle`te surtout la <culture partage´e>, dont la compre´hension est la clef de vou^te de la communication re´ussie. 3 En commenc¿ant par le vocabulaire, on peut pallier le point faible bien connu des exercices structuraux, qui ne prennent pas en compte le co^te´ se´mantique des phrases. 4 La comparaison entre les vocabulaires franc¿ais et core´en du point de vue de la culture, du sens lexical, du domaine de re´fe´rence, et de la proprite´te´ syntaxique maintient et renforce la motiva`tion des apprenants en suscitant leur curiosite´ intellecturelle. 5 Compte tenu de notre situation ou le franc¿ais n`est pas une langue courante, il est pre´fe´rable de consolider les connaissances lexicales avant d`acce´der aux plus grandes unite´s telles que syntagmes. actes de parole, etc., ce qui nous semble pouvoir faciliter l`assimilation de celles-ci. Si l`on accepte la ne´cessite´ de l`enseignement/apprentissage du vocabulaire, alors se pose la question suivante: comment l`enseigner? Pour y re´pondre, nous proposons d`abord que la classe des langues bien organise´e a un objectif lexical comme un des sous-objectifs de l`<objectif globale>. Et ensuite, nous proposons cinq e´tapes de l`enseignement/apprentissage du vocabulaire: - on identifie la pronociation, le sens appromaxitif et les proprie´te´s syntaxiques du vocabulaire nouveau qui se pre´sente isole´ du contexts. - on le re´pe`te et en identifie le sens pre´cis dans le contexts donne´ dans le manuel. - on e´tudie la variation des formes et du sens dans des contextes diffe´rents de celui qui est donne´, d`une part, et d`autre part les rapports de sens tels que la synonymie, l`antonymie et l`hyponymie en vue de la mise en richesse lexicale. - on proce`de a` la se´lection des mots pour exprimer sa propre pense´e. Par cette e´tape, le vocabulaire re´cemment appris peut se fixer comme les connaissainces actives des apprenants. - on contro^le les connaissances lexicales des apprenants par le test de diverses formes. La formulation pre´cise de l`objectif lexical et sa pratique par re´fe´rence aux processus de l`enseignment/apprentissage du vocabulaire tels que nous les avons propose´s, contribue a` enrichir le contenu de la didactologie/didactique du franc¿ais langue e´trange`re qui veut avoir le statut autonome

      • 비생물적 세포합성을 위해 필요한 화학적 난제 검토

        생물의 기원에는 두 가지 이론이 공존하고 있다. 생물의 속생법칙과 자연발생설이 있다. 본 고에서는, 먼저 생물속생이 과학적 법칙으로서 깨질 수 없는 이유와 생물산업, 특히 식품 및 의약품 산업의 토대가 되는 생물공학적 응용으로 예외없이 완벽하게 적용되는 생물속생법칙의 견고성에 대해서 다룬다. 다음으로, 생물의 자연발생설의 기초가 되는 비생물적 화학과정을 통한 생물의 발생 가능성에 대해서 다룬다. 특히, 화학진화 단계의 간략한 소개와 RNA세계(RNA World), 초기발생생물학(protobiology), 전생체 발생가능성(prebiotic plausibility), 리보뉴클레오티드의 무생물적 합성 등에 대한 최근 연구동향을 검토하고, 이러한 연구가 과연 생물속생법칙을 뒤짚기에 충분한 근거가 있는지의 여부에 대해 논의하며, 본 고의 결론을 짓는다. There exist two theories of the origin of life; biogenesis and spontaneous generation of life. Firstly, I will discuss why the biogenesis theory cannot be broken as a scientific law, and the biogenesis law could be robustly applied to the foundation of the bio-engineering industry, especially the food and medicine industries. Second, the possibility of the occurrence of living things is dealt with through abiotic or prebiotic chemical processes, which is the basis of the theory of the spontaneous generation of living things. In particular, a brief introduction to the chemical evolution stage and recent research trends on RNA world, protobiology, prebiotic plausibility, and abiotic synthesis of ribonucleotide will be reviewed. Lastly, I will discuss and conclude this article whether these chemical evolution research results have sufficient grounds to overturn the laws of biogenesis.

      • 개똥쑥과 동백 열매 추출물 복합체의 전립선암 성장 억제 연구

        본 연구는 개똥쑥 추출 조건에 따른 추출액과 동백 열매 추출물의 복합체를 대상으로 전립선암 유발 세포와 전립선 비대증에 대한 효과를 실험하였다. 개똥쑥은 전남 곡성 흥산영농조합법인에서 재배한 시료를 대상으로 하였으며 동백 열매는 완도 수목원에서 채취하여 사용하였다. 시료 추출은 초음파 추출기를 이용하여 60℃, 15분, 용매는 에탄올을 사용하여 추출하였다. 전립선 암세포주에 대한 세포 성장 저해 효과를 알아보기 위해 개똥쑥 추출액과 동백 열매 추출물 복합체를 마우스 섬유모 세포주인 L929과 전립선 암세포주인 LNCaP, DU145에 농도별로 처리한 결과, L929에서는 2000㎍/㎖에서 유의적인 성장 저해 효과가 있었으며 LNCaP에서는 50㎍/㎖에서부터 성장이 저해되는 경향을 보였고 100, 200, 500㎍/㎖에서 유의적인 저해 효과를 보였고 DU145에 농도별로 처리한 결과 50㎍/㎖에서부터 성장이 저해되는 경향을 보였고 100, 200, 500㎍/㎖에서 유의적인 저해 효과를 보였다. 개똥쑥 추출액과 동백 열매 추출물 복합체를 이용하여 전립선 비대증 치료 또는 예방이 가능하다고 유추해 볼 수 있다. In this study, according to the extraction condition is Artemisia annua extract and fruit extract of Camellia conjugate to target prostate cancer cells and prostate hypertrophy inducing effect on the experiment. Artemisia annua is grown in Jeonnam Corporate Farming Association Gokseong province Heongsan targeted samples were taken from the camellia fruit is used Wando Arboretum. Extractor for extracting a sample by using ultrasonic waves 60 ℃, 15 min, the solvent is extracted using ethanol. Inhibition of cell growth in prostate cancer cell lines to investigate the effect of Artemisia annua extract and camellia seed extract complex of mouse L929 cells and prostate cancer cells, all fiber master LNCaP, DU145 treated with different concentrations result in, L929, the 2000 ㎍/㎖significant growth inhibition in LNCaP showed a 50 ㎍/㎖tended to inhibit the growth is from 100, 200, 500 ㎍/㎖showed a significant inhibitory effect on the concentration of each treatment as a result DU145 50 ㎍/㎖tended to inhibit the growth is from 100 , 200, 500 ㎍/㎖showed a significant inhibitory effect. Artemisia annua extract and camellia extract the complex treatment or prevention of prostate enlargement can be seen that analogy.

      • Multi-Functional Conductive Nanocomposites from Naturally Derived Melanin Materials

        Natural systems utilize multi-functional biocomposites by a bottom-up assembly of nanomaterials for creating hierarchical multiphasic structures, while conventional man-made composites increase one functionality by sacrificing the others. Here, we introduce multifunctional nanocomposites from natural biomaterials, including high crystalline cellulose nanofibers and conductive melanin nanoparticles. Tunic cellulose nanofibers have shown high crystallinity, straight fibrous shape, and liquid crystalline alignments. Thus, their nanocomposites showed excellent optical, mechanical, and surface properties. On the other hand, naturally derived melanin nanoparticles are molecularly structured to possess finely tunable electrochemical conductivities, optical reflectivity, and casting shape stability with inherent biocompatibility. These composites can be used as key functional materials in emerging applications such as biotic-abiotic interfaces, implantable electronics, and eco-electronics.

        정상인 20 대 남자에서 Holter 심전도를 이용한 부정맥에 관한 연구

        N/A A 24-hour Holter EK(i was monitored, during ordinary activities, on 51 medical students and interns without heart or other systemic diseases in order to compare the difference of arrythmia between waking and sleeping hours. During waking hours, the mean, maximal and minimal heart rates were 85.8±7.2/min, 144.9±14.2/min, and 52.0±5.9/min, respectively; during sleeping hours, they were 65.2±9.6/min, 128.5±11.6/min, and 47.1±7.3/min. During sleep the mean heart rate was found to be significantly slow. Sinus arrythmia was noted in all subjects without a difference in sleeping and waking periods, and no sinus pause (more than 2.0 seconds) was noted. Twenty subjects (39.2%) showed supraventricular premature beat. Arrythmia was noted in 15 subjects (75%) during waking, 2subjects (10%) during sleeping, and 3subjects (15%) during both waking and sleeping hours. Ventricular premature beat was noted in 13subjects (25.5%), and this arrythmia was noted in 12subjects (92.3%) during waking and 1 subject (7.7%) during sleeping hours. No case developed VPB`s during the sleeping period alone. Atrioventricular conduction defect was noted in 5subjects (9.8%), and all were noted during the sleeping period. Among them Morbitz type I (Wenckebach block) A-V block was noted in 4subjects (80%) and first-degree A-V block in 1 subject (20%).
