Vol.- No.40
The ongoing coronavirus pandemic has resulted in economic recession and social dysfunctions, and museums throughout the world have also been severely affected. While American museums have gone through changes in operations, losses in their workforces, and financial crises, they still have been actively serving society through digitized collections and diverse educational resources. This research will confirm that museums are civil society organizations that enable and enforce sustainable development by examining their struggles, efforts, and contributions during the pandemic. The COVID-19 crisis has demanded sustainable development more than ever, and this research demonstrates that museums support sustainable development. As they continue to serve as the educational and civic institutions that society critically needs, they have proven their previously built capacity and resilience and have promoted social sustainability, which in turn can help their institutional success and survival for the future.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to improve internal customer satisfaction of the new EMR-based scheduling and viewing program in angiography room. Material & method The program was developed by intervention QA team and EMR team in hospital. Survey process was applied, before and after applying the new program, to 13 Radiological Technologist and nurses in angiography room and 70 ward nurses who have many interactions about angiographies and interventions.Ward survey results were analyzed by matched data analysis paired t-test, and angiography room survey results were analyzed by Wilcoxon signed rank t-test. Result In program satisfaction survey, wards satisfaction increased from 3.36 to 7.7 (p<0.01) and intervention team satisfaction increased from 3.3 to 6.78 (p<0.01) after applying the program. Phone from the wards decreased from 8.2 to 5.2 (P<0.01) and Intervention team workloads increased from 6.9 to 8.6 (P<0.01) after applying the program. Conclusion Ward nurse’ satisfaction increased. Because they could easily search patient prepared, precaution and could search procedure time in real time after applying the program. Intervention team workload increased. Nevertheless, satisfaction increased due to decrease of inquiring calls and complaints.
