본 연구는 토지자원의 레크레이션 잠재력이 전문가의 현지조사를 통한 결과와 원격탐사에 의한 결과를 비교분석함으로서 토지자원의 레크레이션 잠재력이 원격탐사에 의해 정확하고 효율적으로 평가 될 수 있음을 보여주는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 지리정보 체계에의한 토지자원의 레크레이션 잠재력 평가의 가능성과 문제점을 서술하였다.

A detailed soil survey was carried out to clarify the physicochemical characteristics and to know the association as well as the distribution patterns of the soils derived from shale on undulating to low hilly areas in and around Yeongnam university. The soils found in the areas were 6 soil series and 12 mapping units. The Daegu and Sirye soils were distributed on the undulating upland while the Yeongog and Banho soils situated on foot-slopes of the upland or on alluvial fans. The Yuga and Gyeongsan soils were deposited in the vallevs between undulating upland. The soils were generally fine textured with relatively highed moisture retention and strongly acid in soil reaction. The content of organic matter were low but the extractable cations were high. The contents of available phosphate show a wide variation according to landuse. Well to moderately well drained Banho, Daegu and Gyeongsan soils belonges to Eutrochrepts while the Sirye and Yeongog soils with an argillic B horizon could be classified to Hapludalfs and Fragiudalfs, respectively, Imperfectly draind Yuga soils in local valleys were classified into Haplaquepts by the Soil Taxonomy of U.S.D.A. The Gyeongsan and Yuga soils were recommended to paddy while the Banho, Sirye and Yeongog soils to cultivated upland, and the Daegu soils which is very shallow in available soil depth, would be recommended to grassland. Those of the soils recommended to cultivated upland might be suitable for grassland and for orchard as well, but the Yeongog soils which have fragipan in the subsoils were not suitable for perennial crops. Since the soils on undulating were suceptible to soil erosion, contour tillage or strip cropping is recommended unless it is used for grassland.

The effect of methanol extract of Commelina communis L. (C.M.E. ) on blood glucose level in alloxan -diabetic rabbit and acute toxicity of C.M.E. were investigated. C.M.E. decreased blood glucose level significantly but did not affect the normal blood glucose level and LD50 was about 6.250 mg / kg.
대추의 Polyethylene Film 包裝 貯藏에 關한 硏究

Increase in water soluble pectins and decrease in total ascorbic acid on dry weight basis during holding at room temperature after harvest for 15 days were observed. Remarkable retention of firmness and retardation of color development of turning jujube fruits with storage at 5℃ in sealed 0.05mm polyethylene film bag for 10 days were also observed. Storage of ripe jujube fruits in sealed polyethylene film bag(20×20cm) at 5℃ and room temperature (18-20℃ ) for 14 days revealed to change from the original CO₂ and O₂composition of normal air of 0.03% CO₂/ 21.0% O₂ to 8.74% CO₂ /12.30% O₂ and 10.70% CO₂/10.30% O₂, respectively.
우리나라 品種背景의 早生群 一代雜種 벼育成 및 特性檢證

In order to breed early maturing hybrid rices with backgrounds of Korean cultivars, the cyteplasmic male sterile lines Sobaegbyeo A, Daeseongbyeo A and Geumobyeo A, and the restorer lines Chugwangbyeo R, Line2571 R and Line2584 R were bred by backcross system. The source of cytoplasmic male sterility were from BT-cms. and that of the restorers were from the Chinese cultivar AR-3. The F1 hybrids Sobaegbyeo A/Line2571 R, Daeseongbyeo A/Line2571 R, Daeseongbyeo A/chugwangbyeo R, Geumobyeo A/Line2548 R and Geumobyeo A/chugwangbyeo R were obtained from artificial crosses. The hybrids and their parents were grown in field, and heterosis of yield and yield components were tested. The days to heading of the F1 hybrids were 4 days later than the variety Sobaegbyeo and 6 days earlier than Gwanagbyeo. Significant heterosis for number of grain per panicle and 1000 grains weight were observed, while less or no heterosis for number of panicles per hill and fertility were observed in the F1 hybrids tested. Yield of the F1 hybrids showed 8.8 to 60.2% heterosis over mid parent, 1.8 to 55.1% heterobeltiosis over better parent, and 1.8 to 46.4% standard heterosis over the standard variety Geumobyeo. Among the F1 hybrids tested the combination Sobaegbyeo A/Line2571 R showed the highest heterosis for grain yield.
볏짚 Biomass의 鹽酸 加水分解에 의한 Cellulose의 糖化

Rice straw as a kind of lignocellulosic biomass was deliglified by acetic acid pulping. 70-76% of the cellulose was hydrolyzed in HCI-AICl3 saccharification method of lignocellulose. 76.95-83.20% of the hydrolyzed yield was turned out to be monosaccharides including glucose and mannose. Those were identified by HPLC detection. HCI-AICl3 system for cellulose hydro-lysis is superior to other acidic hydrolysis methods in terms of kinetic and yield. The hydrolysis yield of straw cellulose is maximized at 76% of the total straw cellulose. The monosaccharide and disaccharide yield out of hydrolyzed cellulose reached 85% at optimum reaction conditions. The optimum reaction conditions are 20% HCI. 0.03 Mol of AlCl3 120℃ of hydrolysis temperature and 5 hours of reaction employed in this study.
