The importance of the decentralized training with decentralized execution (DTDE) framework is well-known in the study of multiagent reinforcement learning. In many real-world environments, agents cannot share information. Hence, they must be trained in a decentralized manner. However, the DTDE framework has been less studied than the centralized training with decentralized execution framework. One of the main reasons is that many problems arise when training agents in a decentralized manner. For example, DTDE algorithms are often computationally demanding or can encounter problems with non-stationarity. Another reason is the lack of simulation environments that can properly handle the DTDE framework. We discuss current research trends in the DTDE framework.

Rising China is incurring fundamental transformation in security environment in Asia. China’s increased power is supposed to raise security threat to neighboring states which are sharing borders with China. However, China’s attitudes toward adjacent countries appear to be different. On land, it has been willing to negotiate and compromise with neighbors on the critical issues such as territorial disputes. On sea, however, China has never hesitated to enforce its assertiveness by declaring its dominion over 80% of area in the East China Sea, which generates conflicts among stake holders. This article analyzes China’s asymmetric approaches on land and on sea with Nicholas J. Spykman’s geopolitical framework, who prophesied that China’s pursuit of regional hegemony would endanger Asia’s peace and stability.
학점은행제 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 전공만족도의 관계 및 성별에 따른 조절효과

목적 본 연구는 학점은행제 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 전공만족도의 관계 및 성별 조절 효과를 구조적 인과 관계로 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 조사대상은 학점은행제 교육과정에 등록하여 재학중인 대학생이며 구조화 된 설문지를 사용하여 2019년 3월 5일부터 4월 5일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기초 통계 및 구조방적식모형(Structural Equation Model :SEM) 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 본 연구에 대한 결과, 연구가설Ⅰ은 부분적으로 채택되었다. 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위변인 중에서는 자기 평가가 전공만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고, 이어서 문제해결, 목표설정 및 정보수집의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 정보수집은 전공만족도에 부적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 진로계획은 전공만족도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그리고 연구가설Ⅱ는 기각되었다. 결론 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위변인 모두에서 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 조절하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. Objectives This study purpose to identify the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and major satisfaction of college students and the effect of gender control as structural causausality in the academic credit bank system. Methods Subject to the survey are college students enrolled in the academic credit bank system curriculum and collected date from March 5 to April 5, 2019 using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs to analyze the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Results As a result of this study, theory Ⅰ was partially adopted. Among the subvariants of career decission- making self-efficacy, self-evaluation has the biggest impact on major satisfaction, followed by problem solving, goal setting, and information collection. In particular, information collection. In particular, information collection has been shown to adversely affect major satisfaction. And the theory of study Ⅱ was rejected. Conclusions It has been shown that both subvariants of career decision self-efficacy do not control the effect on major satisfaction.

This study aims identifying the demand for accelerating design engineering education as a convergence of industrial design and engineering design. With exploratory research using inductive reasoning under constructivism, a case study on portable helmet development via additive manufacturing has been conducted. The development is performed by industrial designers and engineering designers, and a design engineer is involved in the development once industrial and engineering designers’ performance results in problems. Through effective progress and outcomes in solving problems by the design engineer, the necessity of accelerating design engineering education has been verified.

Communication for multiagent reinforcement learning (MARL) has emerged to promote understanding of an entire environment. Through communication for MARL, agents can cooperate by choosing the best action considering not only their surrounding environment but also the entire environment and other agents. Hence, MARL with communication may outperform conventional MARL. Many communication algorithms have been proposed to support MARL, but current analyses remain insufficient. This paper presents existing communication algorithms for MARL according to various criteria such as communication methods, contents, and restrictions. In addition, we consider several experimental environments that are primarily used to demonstrate the MARL performance enhanced by communication.

Although Construction Failure Information has been reported in literatures, reports of research, and etc., it Is difficult to utilize the information because the information classification does not exist. Therefore, this study investigated and analyzed literatures of domestic and abroad research Institutions and suggested the Construction Failure Information Classification(CFIC). The CFIC is composed of four classified items; facility general information, failure situation information, failure cause Information, and failure counterplan information. Each item is divided sub-items. Through CFIC, Construction Failure Information can be standardized and utilized for useful data to prevent recurrences of construction failure. 건설실패에 관련된 정보는 연구문헌, 사례집, 보고서 등에서 제공하고 있지만, 실패정보에 대한 체계적인 분류가 구축되어 있지 않아, 정보의 활용에 많은 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내$\cdot$외의 건설실패연구 관련기관 및 문헌을 조사$\cdot$분석하여 건설실패정보 분류체계를 제안하였는데, 시설물 일반정보, 실패상황정보, 실패원인정보, 실패대책정보의 4개의 대분류로 구성되어 있다. 그리고 각각의 대분류항목은 중분류항목과 소분류항목으로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 건설실패분류 체계는 실패사례의 정형화$\cdot$표준화를 통하여 건설산업 참여주체들이 실패정보를 공유함으로써 실패의 재발을 방지하는 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
