        저품위 동광으로부터 습식제련공정에 의한 구리의 분리 공정 연구

        본 연구에서는 습식제련 공정을 이용하여 저품위 동광으로부터 구리를 회수하고자 하였다. 침출시료는 저품위 동광을 파·분쇄하여 0.355 mm 이하로 입도분리하였으며, 1.5%의 구리, 4.7%의 철, 1.0%의 망간 그리고 0.3%의 아연을 함유하고 있다. XRD 분석 결과 구리는 산화물 형태로 관찰이 되었으며3 M 황산, 80℃ 조건에서 97%의 구리를 침출하였다. 침출용액으로부터 LIX9894N를 사용한 용매추출 공정을 통해 구리를 철, 망간, 아연으로부터 회수하였다. 구리와 다른 금속들 사이의 분리 경향은 분배비와 분리계수를 통해 확인하였다. McCabe-Thiele Diagram을 작도하여, 구리를 회수하는 최적 조건으로 5 vol.% LIX984N, O/A 비율 0.5, 향류 2단 추출을 설정하였다. 이 조건에서 99%의 구리를 추출할 수 있었으며, 2 M 황산으로 탈거한 후에 1.6 g/L의 구리를 함유한 황산구리 용액을 얻을 수 있었다.

        국내산 함바나듐 티탄자철광으로부터 CaO 배소를 통한 바나듐 침출거동

        In this study, the leaching behavior of vanadium (V) was investigated through CaO roasting and sulfuric acid leaching from domestic V-bearing titanomagnetite (VTM). Changes in the phase according to the amount of CaO added and roasting temperature were analyzed. Regardless of the roasting conditions, perovskite (CaTiO<sub>3</sub>) was preferred to form. When the CaO content was increased, the calcium ferrite (CaFeO<sub>x</sub>) phase was formed; otherwise, ferrite (Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>) was preferred. After CaO was roasted, leaching was performed for 6 h with 1M sulfuric acid at 50℃ and a 10% solid-liquid ratio. Results of leaching revealed that when the roasted product was sintered, V was not sufficiently oxidized, and the leaching efficiency decreased. In addition, when the roasting temperature was low, the leaching efficiency of V decreased due to the influence of unreacted excess CaO. To lower the leaching efficiency of iron and titanium in VTM concentrates, suppressing the formation of CaTiO<sub>3</sub> and CaFeO<sub>x</sub> was necessary by minimizing the amount of CaO added. Consequently, a leaching efficiency of 86% V, 4.3% Fe, and 6.5% Ti was obtained when the roasted product of 1150℃ and 10 wt% CaO was leached.

        강원랜드의 사회적 책임활동이 재방문 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향

        This study discussed various activities of social responsibility by analyzing how these social responsibility activities influence the quality of social connectedness, the number of revisits, and the visitors` recommendations and feedback. Two main results are summarized below. First, it turned out to some degree that the activities of social responsibility have a positive effect on the quality of the social connectedness, the frequency of revisits, and the visitors` recommendations and feedback. While the activities of social responsibility for the common good do not affect the social connectedness, the number of revisits and recommendations, the social responsibility activities for economic and regional development have a partially positive effect on them. Second, no mediating effects between the activities of social responsibility and the number of revisits and recommendations were found. However, in terms of the quality of social connectedness, the economic and regional developments are more indirectly affected than the number of revisits and recommendations are directly affected. This result indicates that activities of social responsibility strengthen the quality of social connectedness between Kangwon Land and its clients, resulting in more frequent revisits as well as more positive feedback, rather than directly influencing the existing clients` revisits and the feedback by the activities of social responsibility.

        가족관계 만족과 스트레스 지각 관계에서 여가만족의 역할

        between satisfaction of family relation and perceived stress. The secondary data were selected and collected from survey of Korean Bureau of Statistics, Statistics Korea. The results of this research are as follows: Firstly, the satisfaction of family relation affects negatively on the perceived stress. Secondly, the satisfaction of family relation affects positively on the leisure satisfaction. Thirdly, the leisure satisfaction affects negatively on the perceived stress. Lastly, the leisure satisfaction shows the mediating effect on the relationship between satisfaction of family relation and perceived stress. The implication of this study suggest that the satisfaction of family relation is close related to the leisure satisfaction from leisure activities and these both variables show making the reduction effect of the perceived stress. To conclude, the governments and non-governmental organizations should make the policies and program to enlarge the satisfaction of family relation with leisure activities.

      • 폐 혼합전지 침출액으로부터 용매추출을 통한 Zn, Mn 동시회수

        본 연구는 회분식 연구에서 pilot 규모의 연속 장치를 통해 폐 혼합전지로부터 Zn과 Mn을 Ni, Fe, Cu 등으로부터 동시에 회수 및 농축하는 것을 입증하기 위해 연구하였다. Pilot 공정은 안정적 해체 및 물리적 전처리 공정, 침출공정, 용매추출 공정으로 구성되었다. 우선 안정적 해체 및 물리적 전처리 공정에서 Ni-Cd 전지, 폐-망간 알카라인 전지를 1:2의 비율로 혼합하여 Fe, Cu, Al을 약 90% 이상 제어하였고, 반면 Zn와 Mn, Ni 농축된 전지분말을 획득하였다. 이 전지분말로부터 약 10 ㎥ 규모의 침출장비를 이용하여 황산환원 침출을 통해 8.3 g/L Zn, 7.0 g/L Mn, 1.9g/L Ni을 함유한 용매추출 feed 용액을 확보하였다. 마지막으로 1단의 크기가 70 L 규모인 용매추출 장비를 이용하여 3단 추출, 3단 세정, 3단 탈거의 용매추출공정을 구성하였다. 이를 통해 Di-2-ethylhexyl phosphoric acid(D2EHPA)을 사용하여 Zn와 Mn을 25 g/L, 15.4 g/L 로 동시에 회수 및 농축시켰고 나머지 불순물의 경우 그 농도를 10 ppm 이하로 제어시켰다. 사사: 본 논문은 환경부 글로벌탑 환경기술개발사업 중 유용자원재활용기술개발사업의 지원에 의하여 연구되었으며 이에 감사드립니다(과제번호: 2016002220001).

        카지노종사원의 감정노동이 직무소진 및 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is. to investigate effects of emotional labor on job burnout when casino employees are contacted with customers and effects job burnout by emotional labor on organizational effectiveness of casino employees. The results of this study presented by the empirical analysis are as follows. First, as for effects of emotional labor of casino employees on burnout(emotional exhaustion, depersonalization), all the components of emotional labor of casino employees had statistically significant effects on burnout(emotional exhaustion, depersonalization). Second, effects of job burnout of casino employees on organizational effectiveness(jon satisfaction, turnover intention) showed statistically significant results. Thus, the eight hypotheses were all adopted. Based on the analysis results, this study presented basic data in correct decision-making of those who are in charge of managerial practices of casino resorts on human resource management to enhance organizational effectiveness and casinos are needed to manage emotional labor of their employees based on job or personal characteristics for management of human resource management with efficiency and competitiveness for the future.

        카지노업장의 서비스스케이프에 따른 종사원의 내적반응이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The theoretical model based on the Bitner(1992)’s environmental psychological research (Mehrabian & Russell, 1974) has been applied to the studies on servicescape from the customer’s point of view and from the staff’s point of view in various fields (hotel, kitchen, restaurant, festival, event, etc.). However, with the purpose of developing and managing competitive servicescape suitable for Kangwonland casino, this study tried to apply the Bitner’s theoretical model to empirically analyze it, focusing on Employees at Kangwon Land Casino. This study tried to investigate the components of servicescape based on the Bitner(1992)’s research and to empirically analyzed the relations between the service scape and the internal responses of the casino employees and the organizational effectiveness. The following are the implications drawn from the research results: First, it was found that there was no difference between the service scape components from the customer’s perspective and those from the employee’s perspective, suggested in the previous studies. Second, it was found that if the aesthetic impression (aesthetic elements such as the interior design) and convenience (ease of use related to the job performance) of the casinos were fully considered when designed, employees’ concentration would be increased, so that they would perform their job stably and the organizational effectiveness would be improved. Therefore, based on these research results, for the effective and competitive management of human resources in terms of internal marketing, the fact should be reflected that the service scape components of the casinos arouse psychological responses.

        호텔기업의 지식경영활동이 지식경영성과에 미치는 영향

        In today`s knowledge-based society, knowledge makes major contributions to the generation of individual`s value added through creation, spread, distribution, and utilization and serves as one of the principal sources of national competitivity. But hotel corporations whose dependence on their organizational members have neglected the importance of knowledge management activities. The ultimate goal of hotel corporations is to maintain their existence by securing competitive advantages over their competitors. In order to secure competitive advantages, they need to shed off the conventional paradigm of company management, which increasingly grows weaker as the industrial society turns into a knowledge-based one, and make effective use of knowledge, which is the core source of their wealth and competitivity, in their management. Thus this study set out to identify factors of knowledge management activity to result in great management performance to hotel corporations. It also aimed to suggest specific action plans for them to do knowledge management efficiently based on the results.
