        X선에 의한 정상한국부인의 내 골반 계측과 외골반계측및 그의 상관관계에 대하여

        Measurement of the internal pelves(transveerse inlet and ischial spine diameter) and external pelves (intercristal, interspinl, and intertrochanteric diameter)of 52 Korean Women aged from 21 to 50 were performed by mean of Hodges and Dippel`s method of Roentgen Pelvimetry and their correlations were studied: 1)The average length of transverse inlet diameter was 125.09+-0.09mm. 2)The average length of interischial spinous diameter was 10.58+-0.08mm. 3)The average length of intercristal diameter was 254.85+-0.21mm. 4)The average length of interiliac spinous diameter was 225.61+-0.17mm. 5)The average length of intertrochanteric diameter was 267.57+-0.19mm. 6)The difference between the transverse inlet and ischial spinous diameter was 24.50+-0.35m. 7)The coefficient of correlation between the interischial spinous and the transverse inlet diameter was 0.97 and it shows high relationship. 8)The coefficient of correlation between: 1.Intercristal-Transverse Inlet Diameter:0.99+-0.0013 2.Intercristal-Ishial spinous Diameter 0.99+-0.0013 3.Interliac spine-Transverse Inlet Diameter 0.98+-0.0033 4.Interiliac spine-Ishial Spine Diameter 0.99+-0.0033 5.Intertrochanter-Transverse Inlet Diameter 0.98+-0.0033 6.Intertrochanter-Ishial Spinous Diameter 0.98+-0.0033

      • 구간적 선형 등고선에서 보간을 위한 적절한 등고선 선택 알고리즘

        지리 정보 시스템은 최근 도시계획, 자원관리, 환경관리, 재해정보 관리, 토지관리, 농업 및 임업분야, 군사적 시스템 등에 응용됨으로써 관심이 높아지고 있다. 3차원적 공간 데이타를 구축하는데 많은 시간과 노력이 든다는 사실에서 비교적 방대한 자료를 가지고 있는 기존의 2차원 지도 자료 정보를 이용하여 3차원 데이타를 얻는 것은 중요한 과제중의 하나이다. 본 논문은 등고선 형태의 지리 정보를 구간적 선형 등고선으로 변환하는데 필요한 사용자 인터페이스를 구축하고 보간계산에 필요적절한 등고선 선택 알고리즘을 새로이 제시한다. 또한 알고리즘의 적합성을 여러 예를 들어 실증하였다. 그리고 한 예제를 사용하여 제안된 방법을 실제로 적용하였으며 그 결과로부터 제안된 방법이 연구목적에 부합됨을 보였다.

        A 7-year-old girl with asthma developed large mucus plug confirmed by bronchoscopic evaluation. Her respiratory failure and concomitant multiple atelectasis were improved after bronchoscopic removal of the mucus plug. Mucus plug is known to frequently occur in children with asthmatic attack, because of exudate accumulation in airway, different profile of mucus in asthmatic conditions and decreased activity of cilia. Despite the conventional concept that mucus plus is managed by chest physiotherapy, large mucus plug in asthma may cause severe respiratory failure with the development of atelectasis which should be removed by bronchoscopy. We report herein a case of large mucus plug that caused atelectasis in a child with asthmatic attack. (Korean J Asthma Allergy Clin Immunol 2010;30:50-54)

        Cyanidin 3-Rutinoside, an Anthocyanin Pigment of Schisandra chinensis Baill, Inhibits Allergic Inflammation

        The occurrence of allergy-mediated inflammatory diseases such as asthma and atopic dermatitis have increased, but comprehensive treatment remains difficult. Previous studies have shown that Schisandra chinensis Baill has antioxidant, antidiabetic, and antitumorigenic effects. Cyanidin 3-rutinoside (CR) is the major anthocyanin pigment of S. chinensis. However, the biological effects of CR have been rarely studied to date. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the regulatory effects of CR on phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate (PMA)/A23187-induced allergic inflammation in vitro. CR inhibited the secretion of inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α, and it also suppressed the phosphorylation of nuclear factor-kappa B. These results show that CR ameliorated PMA/A23187-induced allergic inflammation via the suppression of inflammatory cytokines in HMC-1 cells. Therefore, CR has potential as a therapeutic agent for allergic diseases.

        Verifying the Classification Accuracy for Korea's Standardized Classification System of Research F&E by using LDA(Linear Discriminant Analysis)

        Recently, research F&E(Facilities and Equipment) have become very important as tools and means to lead the development of science and technology. The government has been continuously expanding investment budgets for R&D and research F&E, and the need for efficient operation and systematic management of research F&E built up nationwide has increased. In December 2010, The government developed and completed a standardized classification system for national research F&E. However, accuracy and trust of information classification are suspected because information is collected by a method in which a user(researcher) directly selects and registers a classification code in NTIS. Therefore, in the study, we analyzed linearly using linear discriminant analysis(LDA) and analysis of variance(ANOVA), to measure the classification accuracy for the standardized classification system(8 major-classes, 54 sub-classes, 410 small-classes) of the national research facilities and equipment established in 2010, and revised in 2015. For the analysis, we collected and used the information data(50,271 cases) cumulatively registered in NTIS(National Science and Technology Service) for the past 10 years. This is the first case of scientifically verifying the standardized classification system of the national research facilities and equipment, which is based on information of similar classification systems and a few expert reviews in the in-outside of the country. As a result of this study, the discriminant accuracy of major-classes organized hierarchically by sub-classes and small-classes was 92.2 %, which was very high. However, in post hoc verification through analysis of variance, the discrimination power of two classes out of eight major-classes was rather low. It is expected that the standardized classification system of the national research facilities and equipment will be improved through this study.

        최근에 이용 가능한 데이터의 양이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다 따라서 이들 데이터로부터 유용한 지식을 발견하는 자동화된 기법이 주목을 받고 있다. 데이터 마이닝이란 지식 발견의 중요한 단계로서, 데이터로부터 유용한 패턴을 발견하는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 마이닝 기법을 조사한다 이러한 조사과정을 통하여 실세계에서 보다 효율적으로 적용 가능한 데이터 마이닝 기법을 찾아내고. 이들 기법에 대한 적절한 응용 영역과 앞으로의 연구방향을 제시한다. Recent times have seen an explosive growth in the availability of various kinds of data. It has resulted in an unprecedented opportunity to develop automated data-driven techniques of extracting useful knowledge. Data mining. an important step in this process of knowledge discovery consists of methods that discover interesting. non-trivial and useful Patterns hidden in the data In this paper. we surveyed data mining techniques. We find effective data mining techniques in applying real world. and suggest appropriate application area for the each techniques. We conclude the Paper with some research issues.

        유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 보안을 위한 경량 블록 암호 구현

        본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 보안을 위한 128비트 Reversible Cellular Automata(RCA)기반 경량 블록 암호를 설계하고 구현한다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅이 요구하는 하드웨어 제약조건을 충족하기 위하여 높은 임의성을 제공하는 Cellular Automata를 기반으로 블록구조를 설계하였다. 구현된 블록 암호기법은 암호화 과정동안 704 클럭 사이클로 동작하고 2,874 게이트수를 보였다. 구현 결과 기존의 AES나 NTRU보다 처리속도가 31% 향상되었고, gate수는 20%만큼 절감되었다. 차분 분석(Differential Cryptanalysis)과 Strict Avalanche Criterion(SAC)을 수행함으로써 구현된 블록 암호 알고리즘의 안정성을 검증하였다. This paper presents a 128-bit Reversible Cellular Automata (RCA) based lightweight block cipher for Ubiquitous computing security. To satisfy resource-constraints for Ubiquitous computing, it is designed as block architecture based on Cellular Automata with high pseudo-randomness. Our implementation requires 704 clock cycles and consumes 2,874 gates for encryption of a 128-bit data block. In conclusion, the processing time outperformed that of AES and NTRU by 31%, and the number of gate was saved by 20%. We evaluate robustness of our implementation against both Differential Cryptanalysis and Strict Avalanche Criterion.

        Changes in the Diagnostic Efficiency of Thyroid Fine-Needle Aspiration Biopsy during the Era of Increased Thyroid Cancer Screening in Korea

        Purpose The volume of thyroid cancer screening and subsequent thyroid fine-needle aspiration (FNA) have rapidly increased in South Korea. We analyzed the thyroid cancer diagnoses/thyroid FNA ratio according to the annual number of FNA to evaluate changes in the diagnostic efficiency of FNA. Materials and Methods This was a nationwide population-based retrospective cohort study. The overall thyroid cancer diagnoses/thyroid FNA ratio and annual incremental thyroid cancer diagnoses/incremental thyroid FNA ratio were indirectly calculated using data obtained from the Korea Central Cancer Registry database and the Korean National Health Insurance Service claims database from 2004 to 2012. Pearson correlation analyses were performed to evaluate the strength of linear associations between variables. Results The number of thyroid FNA increased from 28,596 to 177,805 (6.2-fold increase) from 2004 to 2012. The overall thyroid cancer diagnoses/thyroid FNA ratio decreased from 36.5% in 2004 to 25.1% in 2012 and was negatively correlated to the number of FNA (R=-0.977, p < 0.001). The annual incremental thyroid cancer diagnoses/incremental thyroid FNA ratios (range, 15.3% to 30.7%) were always lower than the overall thyroid cancer diagnoses/thyroid FNA ratio in each year and also worsened according to the increase in the number of FNA (R=-0.853, p=0.007). Conclusion The diagnostic performance of both overall and annual incremental thyroid FNA worsened, whereas the number of thyroid FNA procedures increased. More sophisticated indications for FNA are required to improve its diagnostic efficiency, considering the increased burden of screening-detected thyroid nodules.
