개방형 분산 객체 환경에서 수행되는 응용들에는 다양한 형태의 보안성 위협 요소들이 상존하고 있으며, 이에 대한 대책으로 분산 객체 환경에서 사용자 인증, 접근 제어, 암호화 등과 같은 보안 서비스의 필요성이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture)에 기반하는 분산 객체 응용들에 다양한 보안 서비스들을 제공하는 보안 플랫폼에서 불법적인 사용자의 정보 접근을 통제하는 접근 제어 기능을 설계하고 구현한 내용을 기술한다. 보안 플랫폼의 구현된 접근 제어 기능은 CORBA의 보안 표준에서 정의한 권리 기반 정책을 수용하며, 접근 제어시 사용자의 권한을 얻는 과정에서 통신망의 부하를 감소시키기 위해서 푸시 모델에 기반하여 구현된다.

The usage of object models for the development of software has been growing due to the prevalence of the object oriented paradigm. The object models produced as results of requirements analysis and design activities are very beneficial to the implementation phase. It is even possible for source code to be generated automatically if object models are concrete enough. Therefore system analyzers and designers should make an effort to refine the abstract object model defined at an early stage in order to achieve a more concrete object model. In general, refining an abstract object model into a concrete model depends too much on the designer''s informal experience. In this paper, we present the refinement techniques required for concreting an abstract object model based on OMT(Object Modeling Technique)''s notation. We will discuss the definition of the abstraction level of an object model and the transformational rules of refinement. These transformational rules are currently applied to the design of a software tool, named Process Modeler, which is a major component of the software development process modeling system for ICS(Information Communication Service). Finally we can achieve a concrete object model which can easily be translated into C source code.

N/A Cholesterol gallstone is known to occur two to three times more frequently in diabetes than in normal population. Hypotheses such as hypercholesterolemia or obesity were presented to explain the higher incidence of gallstone disease in diabetes but failed to show strong cause-effect relationship. We compared the gallbladder emptying of a diabetic group who had not ever had gallstone disease with that of a control group using Tc-99m cholescintigraphy and also made assessment about several metabolic factors in diabetic group to know which one was closely related with the impaired gallbladder emptying. The results are as follows. 1) Gallbladder emptying (ejection fraction) was significantly reduced in diabetes group (72.9 +- 19.8%) compared with normal control (89.6 +-9.6%) (p<0.05). 2) Gallbladder emptying in the diabetes group with autonomic neuropathy (64.2 +- 21.6%) was impaired to a greater extent than in the diabetes without autonomic neuropathy (82.3 +- 12.3%) (p< 0.05). 3) Severe impairment of gallbladder emptying (EF < 70%) in diabetes was not related with obesity, Hb A,C level, disease duration or serum lipid level but related with the presence of autonomic neuropathy (p<0.01). In conclusion, gallbladder emptying is impaired in diabetes and such an impairment was more prominent in the diabetic patient complicated autonomic neuropathy, which may lead to bile stasis and allow for cholesterol crystal formation.

A case of pretibisl myxederna in typical Graves disease was described. A 50-year-old woman revealed diffuse toxic goiter, exophthalmos, and pretibial myxedema. From light and electron microscopic findings, large amount of acid mucopolysaccharides were deposited in the stroma and fibroblssts. In spite of elevation of TBII (a kind of thyroid stimulatory factors, negative direct immunofluorescence of lesional skin and no response. of pretibial myxedema to the treatment with antithyroid drug (propylthiouracil) suggested stimulstory factors of fibroblasts might be different from those of thyroid gland.

N/A Hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism are both associated with a variety of muscle abnormalities, from myalgia to myopathy. There are several reports of autoimmune thyroiditis associated with various rheumatic disorders, such as systemic sclerosis. Polymyositis, however, has been reported in very few cases, if any, especially after the treatment for active hyperthyroidism. A 22-year-old woman developed idiopathic polymyositis during the treatment of Graves' disease with propylthiouracil. She developed severe proximal muscle weakness during the treatment for hyperthyroidism. Her serum creatine kinase level was elevated. Electromyography, muscle biopsy and the clinical course of the patient's illness were consistent with idiopathic polymyositis. Whether this coexistence of Graves' disease and polymyositis represents a cause-effect association or a chance occurrence is unknown.

In this study, we developed an AI deep learning-based fighting behavior recognition method for a video surveillance system and proved its effectiveness through various experiments. The proposed method consists of a two-step fighting behavior recognition framework. First, continuous video frames of the target surveillance video are transmitted to the Inflated 3D ConvNet (I3D) network, which shows a good behavior-recognition performance, to extract the spatiotemporal features. These extracted 3D features are then used as the inputs in the next step, where a fight situation is detected using a classification model consisting of a fully connected layer. To use the proposed aggressive behavior detection framework effectively, first, it is necessary to train the fight detection model. However, it is not possible to collect sufficient fighting videos in various outdoor environments. To overcome this limitation, we generated a large amount of learning data through data augmentation. Therefore, instead of directly learning from the training videos transmitted to the I3D network, the classifier trains itself to recognize various fighting actions using the Kinetics video dataset. That is, the action features are extracted from the transmitted consecutive frames using the pretrained I3D network and subsequently used to train the fully connected layer classification model. In addition, we proposed a learning method that includes recognizing ambiguous conflict boundaries using multiple instance learning to mitigate the ambiguous starting and ending of the contention videos. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified through several experiments by drawing comparisons between the present results and those of the previously reported studies.

N/A Insulinoma is the most important cause of hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia. Insulinoma can be cured by surgical management but diagnosis and localization are difficult due to their small size and variable clinical manifestation. We studied clinical manifestation of the patients who were diagnosed as insulinoma or nesidioblastosis. Methods : We studied clinical charts of 16 patients who underwent operation under the impression of insulinoma from 1990 to 1997. Results : 1) Of the 16 patients, 13 had insulinoma and 3 had nesidioblastosis. 2) Neuroglycopenic symptoms were present in all cases. Among them, loss of consciousness or confusion were present in 12 cases (75%). Adrenergic symptoms were present in 9 cases (56%). Mean symptom duration until diagnosis was 39 months(range; 15days∼10years). 3) 72 hr fasting test showed hypoglycemia in all cases. 4) Insulin/glucose ratio was above 0.3 except for two cases. 5) CT and MRI had low sensitivity (38%) and specificity (33%) as a preoperative tumor localization tool, and more invasive technique, i.e., selective angiography and transhepatic portal vein sampling, were necessary in most cases. Conclusion : Nsidioblastosis may be more prevalent than previously suspected. Diagnosis of insulinoma is not always easy and invasive diagnostic methods should be considered when the clinical suspicion is high, even if biochemical and noninvasive localization tools give negative results.

온라인 검색 광고는 인터넷 사용자의 증가, 그리고 온라인 광고 수요의 규모가 커짐에 따라 광고 시장에서 보조적인 역할에서 벗어나 주도적인 위치로 변화하고 있다. 지속적인 규모성장과 수요 증가에도 불구하고 기존의 관계형 데이터베이스에 의존한 온라인 검색 광고 플랫폼은 구조적인 한계로 인해 유연한 자원 확장이나 분석속도의 보장성을 유지할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 빅데이터 분석 시스템을 이용하여 온라인 검색 광고 플랫폼을 설계 및 구현함으로써, 데이터 저장 공간을 유연하게 확장할 수 있으며, 일정한 시간으로 수렴할 수 있는 안정적인 분석 속도를 유지하는 시스템을 제안한다.
