Polymer thin films were prepared by capacitively coupled plasma polymerization process for application of gate insulator. The polymer thin films revealed to form polymer layers with original properties of the monomer. Among the plasma polymer thin films, the styrene polymer having large number of phenyl sites revealed higher dielectric constant of k=3.7 than that of conventional polymer. The plasma polymerized styrene thin film revealed no hysteresis characteristics and low leakage current density of 1×10<sup>-8</sup>[Acm<sup>-2</sup>] at field strength of 1[MVcm<sup>-1</sup>], which measured by I-V and C-V measurements using MIM and MIS devices.
창의성의 영역 일반성과 영역 특수성의 학문별 차이점 규명 : 교육학, 경영학, 공학의 창의성 키워드를 중심으로

본 연구는 국내 교육학, 경영학, 공학 분야에서 창의성에 대한 연구논문을 분석하여 창의성에 대한 영역 일반성과 영역 특수성을 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 학문 분야 간 공통점은 영역 일반성으로, 학문 분야별 차이점은 영역 특수성으로 가정하여 연구를 시행하였다. 이를 위해 학술 데이터베이스에서 2005년부터 2021년까지 발행된 교육학, 경영학, 공학 분야의 창의성과 관련된 논문 총 119편에서 창의성 관련 키워드를 찾고 네트워크 분석을 통해 학문별 창의성 키워드에 대한 공통점과 차이점을 알아보았다. 연구 결과 첫째, 학문별 창의성에 대한 공통 키워드는 ‘새롭고, 사고, 산출, 절차, 독특한, 해결’ 등이었다. 둘째, 각 학문에서만 나타난 창의성을 대표하는 개별 키워드는 교육학은 ‘지식, 인지능력’, 경영학은 ‘다양한’, ‘가치’, 공학은 ‘사회’, ‘시스템 ’ 등으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학문별 공통 키워드는 창의성의 영역 일반성으로, 학문별 개별 키워드는 창의성의 영역 특수성으로 해석하였다. 본 연구는 학문별 창의성 키워드를 중심으로 창의성의 영역 일반성과 영역 특수성의 의미를 구분 지어 보고자 하였다. This study attempted to unveil the domain generality and domain specificity of creativity through analysis on domestic creativity-related studies in education, business administration and engineering. It was performed in assumption that academic similarities and differences belong to domain generality and domain specificity respectively. For this, creativity-related keywords were obtained from a total of 119 papers in education, business administration and engineering fields published from 2005 to 2021 on academic database. Then, their similarities and differences were examined through network analysis, and the results found the followings: First, in terms of common keywords on academic creativity, ‘new’, ‘thinking’, ‘output’, ‘procedure’, ‘unique’ and ‘resolution’ were obtained. Second, in individual keywords representing creativity in each field, ‘knowledge’ and ‘cognitive ability’ were found in education while ‘diverse’ and ‘value’ were discovered in business administration. In engineering, ‘society’ and ‘system’ were obtained. Third, academic common and individual keywords were understood as domain generality and domain specificity of creativity each. The goal of this study was to classify the meaning of domain generality and specificity of creativity, focusing on academic creativity-related keywords.
기후변화대응을 위한 도시내 녹지공간의 역할 -대전광역시를 사례로

The purpose of this research is a calculation of an annual amount of CO2 absorption and a proposal of development and management direction on green space in city to respond positively to climatic change. Objects of this research are 2-5m tall trees in Hanbat arboretum and Weolpyung-park in Daejeon metropolitan city. As results, trees in arboretum absorbed 44.3 tCO2 per year and 1.54 tCO2 per hectare, and trees in Weolpyung-park absorbed 1,971.35 tCO2 per year and 7.21 tCO2 per hectare. Also trees in arboretum generated 32.3 tO2 per year, and trees in Weolpyung-park generated 1,430.6 tO2 per year. This research verified that green spaces in city such as arboretum, urban forest, forest park, etc. were able to reduce greenhouse gases and to provide various public functions such as preservation of biological diversity and soil, water suction, air purification, landscape creation, and outdoor recreation. This research will be used as one of the frame of references to calculate the amount of CO2 absorption.

The limping after direct lateral approach, the abductor muscle split is one of postoperative complications of total hip arthroplasty. We evaluated the causes and duration of limping after a modified Hardinge approach with abductor muscle split by Frndak and Mallory to the hip. This study shows results of this approach in 56 patients with a mininum 2 year follow-up. The results were as follows; 1) The limping gait ( Trendelenberg sign ) was recovered at 3 months after hip arthroplasties. 2) The limping associated with hip or thigh pain persisting over 3 months occurred in 6 cases. However, Trendelenberg sign disappeared in postoperative 3 months. 3) There were 2 cases with limping over 3 months without hip or thigh pain. The diagnosis of these were osteoarthritis of hip. Postoperative radiography demonstrated inappropriate medialization of the acetabular cup and insufficient length of the neck of the femoral stem. Because of these causes, the abductor lever arm was decreased, and then Trendelenberg gait persisted. 4) There were 9 cases with complications during 1 year after the operation; hip or thigh pain in six hips, posterior hip dislocation in one hip, acute infection in one hip and delayed deep infection in one hip. This study shows that appropriate medialization, neck choice, postoperative rehabilization and tight suture of abductor muscle are necessary for the early recovery of abductor muscle function.
