항산화 Selenium과 비타민 E 섭취가 혈중지질과 전해질에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Selenium and vitamin E administration in blood lipids and electrolytes for normal university for three weeks. The subjects in this study were 8 normal university, who were divided into two groups. During the administration period, one group took selenium and vitamin E for three weeks and the other was the placebo group(empty capsules). The subjects performed exhaustive exercise on a treadmill. The parameters related to the plasma were measured through incremental maximal exercise testing before and after each treatment. The blood lipids(TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C) was analyzed with DT 60Ⅱ(Kodak, USA). Plasma was sampled from an antecubital vein using a hypodermic syringe at pre and post(all-out), recovery 10 min and 30 min after incremental maximal exercise. The results are as follows. The blood lipids(TC, TG, LDL-C) was significantly decreased by Selenium and vitamin E(p<.05). The electrolytes(K, Na) was significantly differenced by Selenium and vitamin E(measurement time: p<.05).

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of aroma therapy on anaerobic power and blood fatigue factor of taekwondo players. The subject of this study were 7 males taekwondo player who performed anaerobic power tests of the knee in extension and flexion(respectively 5 repeat at 30°/sec). The blood fatigue factor(CK and LDH) was analyzed with DT 60Ⅱ(Kodak, U. S. A). Plasma was sampled from an antecubital vein using a hypodermic syringe at rest, post-exercise(all-out), recovery 10 min and 30 min after incremental maximal exercise. The results was as follows. The isokinetic muscle strength were significantly increased by aroma therapy(Peak torque was right flexor, extensor and left extensor ; Average power was right flexor and left extensor: p<.05). The blood fatigue factor(CK, LDH) were significantly decreased by aroma therapy(time: p<.001). In conclusion, aroma therapy before exercise may have greater effects of anaerobic power, blood fatigue factor than does control group.
옥타코사놀 섭취가 주관적 운동 강도와 효소 활성도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of octacosanol administration on ratings of perceived exertion(RPE) and serum enzyme activity for taekwondo athletes for 4 weeks. The subjects in this study were 7 high school taekwond athletes, who were divided into two groups. During the administration period, one group took octacosanol for 4 weeks(40mg/day: content of 100% octacosanol), and the other was the placebo group(empty capsules). The subjects performed exhaustive exercise on a treadmill. The ratings of perceived exertion(RPE) measured using of Borg & Noble(15 scale). Plasma was sampled from an antecubital vein using a hypodermic syringe at rest, post-exercise(all-out), recovery 10 min and 30 min after incremental maximal exercise. The result was as follows. First, The ratings of perceived exercise(RPE) were significantly decreased by octacosanol(6, 7 stage: p<.01). Second, The CPK(Post, Recovery 10 min: p<.01; Recovery 30 min: p<.05) and LDH(Post, Recovery 10 min, Recovery 30 min: p<.01) were significantly decreased by octacosanol. In conclusion, taking octacosanol before exercise may have greater effects of ergogenic aids than dose placebo.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of propolis administration on cardiorespiratory function and blood fatigue factors of taekwondo athletes. The subject in this study were 7 taekwondo players, who were divided into two groups. the subjects performed exhaustive exercise on a treadmill. The parameters related to the cardiorespiratory function were measured through incremental maximal exercise testing before and after each treatment. The cardiorespiratory function(VO2max, VE, RQ, RF, AT and HRmax) was measured on the tests breath through breathing valves using modified bruce protocol of metamax 3B(metasoft 2, U. S. A). the blood fatigue factor(Lactate, NH3) was analyzed with DT 60Ⅱ(Kodak, U. S. A) and Lactate analyzer(YSI, 1500. U.S.A). Plasma was sampled from an antecubital vein using a hypodermic syringe at rest, post-exercise3(all-out), recovery 10 min and 30min after incremental maximal exercise. the results was as follows. The cardiorespiratory function were significantly increase and decrease by propolis(AT: p<.05 and RQ, HR: p<.05, RF: p<.001). The NH3 were significantly decreased by propolis(rest, recovery: p<.05)

This research has acquired preliminary information about the existing conditions and understanding of members regarding time management for members in the architectural field. The goal of this research is to construct a basis for the time management education framework in architectural field in the future. This research mainly focuses on following questions based on limited objectives: Do groups of academics and professionals have understanding and knowledge of time management? Can the level of an individuals scheduling techniques be correlated to the patterns of knowledge and understanding of time management principles and practices? Can the time management practice status in individuals working environment be correlated to the patterns of knowledge and understanding of time management principles and practices? Can an individuals self-confidence level be correlated to the patterns of knowledge and understanding of time management principles and practices? Data have been collected through comprehensive questionnaires given to academics and professionals in United States. By means of statistical analysis, the hidden patterns, deficiencies and relationships in attitudes about time management have been revealed. The statistical analysis has produced conclusions that, among several subdivisions, self-discipline and planning have strong relationships and confidence, personal organization, control, and information gathering subdivisions have certain relationships with objectives of time management education in this research.
